Talked to one of their lame people on the phone, to complain about the fact that my internet service was horrible. Also had inquired about service at my new residence. The person I talked to talked me into an upgrade that was supposed to "fix" the bad service. I inquired about an early termination fee since I had been told that Comcast didn't service the area I'm moving to, and the person told me that I wouldn't have any type of early termination fee. Today when I called them, they hit me with a $100 early termination fee, and told me that if I didn't have it in writing it didn't happen. These people are crooks and thieves, and I'd never sign up for their so-called "service" ever again. Oh, and i've been a customer for 25 years, and they chose to lie and steal from me, rather than make things right. That says a lot about a company.

They just left a hole on the side of my house and an exposed wire through my backyard. They have cancelled a tech twice now. I've been waiting since June and it's Sept tomorrow.

We have not had service since around 2:00 PM. They promised it would be back on by 5:00 then by 10:55, and now it is 11:04 PM and we still have no service - no phone, no TV, no email, no service at all. This is what I would call bottom of the barrel service!

Internet works half the time. Always outages, customer service never has answers. Thank God they aren't in the electricity or watwr business. Got rid of the issues at previous home by switching to ATT Fiber, now new neighborhood only offers xfinity.

Please do not sign up for Xfinity internet service. They are charging you $19.99 every billing cycle to watch Netflix plus you're paying nexflix separately for the services. That is fraudulent. I never paid attention to my bill until now. Xfinity owes me $479.00 in reimbursements for charges for nextflix. This company needs to be exposed

Xfinity is not JUST the type of company, but the perfect example of a business that moves into an area with less competition. Why? It's so that they can extort ridiculous charges (check how many businesses do data caps in 2023). Oh but you signed up for 600gig speed so at least it's fast? NO. Average speed 120-160mbps. They use AI to monitor and will throttle down your internet. Look it up. They are all in all - a bunch of cucks. Can't wait to switch.

I have a 2 years contract with home security service internet and Tv. Today I was thinking to add 2 cell phone services to my bundle so I called them. After waiting for all of their nonsense Advartase-announcements and I was at the point of having a break down someone from the India-Pakistan area picked up the phone.
At that point I realized that this is not the company I want to deal with so I chose to transfer my mobile phones to another company.
Since I have a 2 years contract for the tv, internet and security unfortunately I have to wait for the contract to be over.
For the future I rather choose to pay little more than being under a contract with an unprofessional company.
Very often they have to system down sometimes for days but you still have to pay the full price.

Xfinity is not providing the speeds they advertise. I purchase 1000mbps and only receive 250-420. Tech support has been online & in home but found no issues with lines. Why are they data capping? I use lots of data and willng to pay. Just give me what I pay for. Submitted complaint with FCC https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us

Internet for idiots

When you are forced to download an app and use your phone to setup a router on a pc your ISP clearly has no idea what real people want. If u are a power user and want access to YOUR modem u cant even use a browser anymore. Forced to use a HORRIBLE app. Was offered a free upgrade on my modem promised me 5-10x better speeds. Well its no faster and now it disconnects constantly. Had my old one for 5 years never once even had to restart it. This new one not only broke all my router settings and port forwarding for servers refuses to function because comcast uses a horrible all in one piece of crap instead of a proper designated modem and router. Im a power user. Stop treating us like were some jacktards with macbooks

WORSE INTERNET EVER

This is by far the worse internet company I have every had! First the book me on payment plans without me agreeing to them lol then I keep getting notifications that they are cancelled then set up again for 2 days! I try telling the people I didn't set up a payment plan to begin with. Then you obviously got people who don't understand English or don't know wtf is going on because why is your not a solution to the problem just telling me what I already know! I can not WAIT to switch out of this damn company. Oh and I'm paying $100 just for internet when I signed up it was $60 LMAO this company is a joke & have jokers working for them too.

They sure don't;make it easy to cancel which is why I will never get it again! So silly! Asking me lots of questions O just want to cancel, couldn't do it online make you take a call back and then try to get to you stay even though you tell them you're moving where they aren't! Just cancel

Following years of subscribing to Xfinity's fastest internet service, I contacted them today to terminate our subscription due to declining internet speeds. To my surprise, I was informed that our modem was not compatible with the service we had been paying for. Xfinity expressed regret for not upgrading our modem when we first signed up, causing us to overpay for the service. Based on my experience, I advise against signing up with Xfinity.

Sorry service

Hello, Comast is horrible and will put you on hold for 40 mintues or more. I have been trying for about a week 1 and 1/2 to get service from them. I honestly don't think this Company has a clue what customer service is. Don't deal with Comast, just use AT&T you will be better treated better and have faster service installed.

Not a good service

I signed with Xfinity a few months ago (November 2021) and the quality of the service is not what they promised. I was paying the higher rate internet and I called so many times to address the problem that it was a waste of time. A technician came to my house and he agreed that the quality was bad and I needed to pay for a second router. I refused to do that since my house is small and it would increase my monthly rate. Despite it was their fault, I had to pay a termination fee of 160 dollars. I wouldn´t recommend Xfinity.

On March 22, I called to apply an acp number ( which I was approved since 2/20)I was transferred without telling me why I was being transferred 6 times and then a representative from the billing tells me she will apply a $15 credit and then hangs up on me. When I called back (to only reach another representative) she stated that the representative that hung up on me attempted to call back twice( LIES.LIES)and that she never notated that she was going credit my account. I'm pissed because Xfinity customer service grinds my gears on how unprofessional they are, I've been a loyal customer and I've never went through so much frustration. Beware of constant pauses( quiet) while on calls due to the rep putting you on mute and then disconnecting the calls

I have been with Comcast/Xfinity for over 3 decades and the service has steadily gone downhill. It is almost impossible to get to a human to resolve problems or questions and the automatic electronic answering systems are totally inadequate. I spent 4 days trying to get them to fix an outage on our block and to ask questions about my equipment and was told by recordings that I had to go online but I couldn't go to internet or phone because I had no service. I was told I couldn't speak with anyone until my service was restored! Catch-22. Then I received a message that service was restored when it hadn't been. FOUR days of this.

So got call from supposedly xifinity about promotion would be $30 for years no contract just had pay first year upfront. Then got weird was told had to purchase a gift card for the years total $360 and then call Xfinity billing and use gift card to pay. So Called Xfinity billing only promotion was if you got their mobile phone, this was never explained to me at all. So either Xfinity scamming their own customer or another still a scam! So beware of anything to good to be true!

They told me they're giving me a free phone. They lied. I am now stuck in a phone plan with a crappy Google pixel 6A that doesn't work. They wouldn't even send it in for repair because the battery wasn't working and made me cover all charges on top of paying for the phone internet is slow in order to get good internet. You need to spend at least $150 with this stupid company. I hope they get shut down and I hope every business goes under from Xfinity.

I am paying for 100 Mbps internet. I am currently getting.5 Mbps. Do you see the.(point)? When I tried to call them, you get put into a circular question phone chain that does not allow you to talk to anyone. After 45 minutes I finally got to talk to someone. I scheduled an appointment with that representative. I left work early to be there for the technicain. When they did not show up I started the 45 minute process again. After talking to that representative, they said I did "NOT" have an appointment. What a POS company!

Had Xfinty installed on June 2nd and have had nothing but problems, everyday services goes out and need to call.Good luck with calling, i was on hold waiting to speak to a manager for 35 mins then call was cut off! No one called me back they reset my service every time and then say they can have someone out within 3 days? Service isnt even 2 weeks old and it needs to be reboot daily? I will be switching back to Verizon once i can get them to come to my house!
