I must say I was skeptical at first about using the service but after a couple of months, I knew this was it. I am happy and content.

Service was below par. It took 3 attempts and 2 rescheduling to get someone to come out. I am still waiting due to rescheduling.
Spoke with Dagoberto, the representative who attended me when I called, after talking to him who by the way was well uninformed I told him that when I bought the service they informed me that if they sent the technician home they would only charge me if he had to put a new connection, I never signed any receipt where the technician will show me that he was paying for his visit and as by phone they told me that I would only pay if he had to put everything new and I already had the Xfinity connections, because I had used the service before. IN ADDITION, THE QUALITY OF THE INTERNET IS NOT GOOD COMPARING IT WITH AT&T which was my previous provider, for that reason I asked to talk to a supervisor to have a better explanation since Dagoberto told me to go to a store, I never went to a store to request the service, in conclusions it did not happen to me with a supervisor saying that my stocks were not important enough to go with a supervisor. Read I give a Star because I don't feel happy with the internet service I'm receiving.
I got xfinity internet for college. I am a full time student and rely on interent to do my schoolwork, submit assignments. The past 4 days I have had to call in and get my services restored. The first day i owed 0.00 they restored services, next day restored services again. No past due amount. 3rd day, agent credits 80.00 outs meon payment plan to tke care of 36.00 past due that i somehow magically owed in a day, removes all apps from flex and guess what next day, disconnected and now i owe 99.00 past due. This agent says he only can do a payment arrgangement does not even attempt to explain why the interent keeps getting shut off everyday, why the bill was 0.00 then 0.00 then 36.00 then 99 all in 5 days, my g. P. a was a 4.0 before this week now i am getting a D. This is not reliable nor trustworthy i am being lied to, agents are not even trying to help me i am spending evryday for over an hour trying to reconnect my services instead of working on my schoolwork i am failing class now because of this so its costing me a lot of money this customer service is non exsistent and i keep getting disconnected eery day without an explination why
I'm a senior citizen and have been trying to lower my costs by calling Xfinity and describing exactly what I need and they then put me on the most expensive options today I first did chat where I was transferred to with 5 different people and they all gave me different options so then I called and again told them exactly what I needed in the way of internet and tv service they transferred me once and finally I thought that I had a plan that covered all my needs then my internet wouldn't work so I called again I had by this time spent 3 hours chatting and on the phone and found out that sure I got a lower cost plan but it only gave me 1/2 of what I needed and I found out that I had been paying for much more internet than I needed but none of the people would explain it to me so I have figured out that in the last 10 years that I have over paid *******.00 dollars in excess internet that I didn't use,or need and when I asked them to give me some kind of refund they offered me $15 and they still wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor
For a company that has some of the highest ratings for technology and connect-ability, their app is terrible. Come on! Improve the app!
I was awaken very early this past Saturday morning with a phone notification that a withdrawal had just occurred from my checking account by Comcast/Xfinity without my authorization. I cancelled my service a few days ago on a recorded line and made specific arrangements to pay my last balance in a couple of weeks on my next pay date. I have not been signed up for automatic withdrawal in 7 or 8 months, because I became aware a while back to stay in complete control of my own payments and not to give them access to my account. They made a HUGE mistake and took more than what was in my account, which left me with a negative balance on the weekend and I was stuck with no funds in my account. This also caused insufficient penalty charges and I watched this nightmare grow on my online banking app. The bank was closed and I had to wait until Monday morning to contact my bank and the MS Public Service Commission office. I will keep the details short, but Xfinity learned a very valuable lesson to train their incompetent customer service team and helping themselves to my hard earned salary.
I fought them and they regret touching my private business!
I finally received a call from a supervisor who admitted they made a mistake. They went back and listened to the previous recorded call I made to cancel my service and confirmed NO automatic withdrawals with arrangement to pay the balance on my terms.
Do not let them convince you that you signed up for a one year contract! Cancel you service ASAP and save money and misery by signing up for YouTube Tv or some other option. I went with YouTube tv after checking around and it is easily 1/3 the monthly cost and more channels!
Do not ever give your checking account # out for automatic withdrawals unless it is for city utilities. A year later, you may find they have taken out your balance in as revengeful act because you canceled service. My monthly bill with them was as much as a car payment. There are other options and you will be relieved when you break ties with these thieves!

I had a hurricane event effect my internet service. By effect I mean it tore down our internet, and we were not able to live in the home, so we waited to get it repaired, as well as a new home install as we have no xfinity wires going to the home anymore. I scheduled the appointment for 09/08/2023, because it was deemed a hurricane repair, I was forced to wait from 8am - 8pm. I contacted xfinity several times throughout the day, each time being told the tech, David Alecia, was on the way. However, he never arrived and I was told they would come the next day between 8am - 2pm.
When 09/09/2023 1:00pm arrived, and there was no update, I spoke so a representative who told me the tech would call me in 15 minutes and be there in one hour. Neither of those things happened. I called again and was told that despite it being scheduled until 2pm, they technically had until 8pm. The tech did not arrive. I was talking to a representative about this, and instead of assisting me, he transferred me without my consent and I had to wait in the queue all over again.
It is passed the alloted time, I have waited two days (for a scheduled appointment) and no one has arrived, and I have no update or idea of when I will be having my internet hooked up and at this point I would rather have no internet than to deal with the absolutely disgusting and abhorent customer service I've been forced to endure.
Not fully training their service reps, which by the way are not even in the USA. Totally promising rates that are NOT available. Extremely POOR SERVICE!
They are always down for some stupid reason. They always try to make you pay more than you are suppose to. And their internet is slow
