The old comcast was far better than xfinity! The new system is Horrible, you can't connect with a live agent and the stupid automated system isn't set up to route you to a live person. I DON'T recommend xfinity for anything. There are several other high speed wifi services available that are much better.
I called Xfinity to change my plan two days ago, after finding a better plan on their website for $60. I was assured around 10 times that the price would be $60. Even when I got the email to sign a contract that said $65, I asked if it was going to be $60 and was told yes, that it would go down after my new banking information and autopay setup went through. Today, I see $65 on my bill, so I call again, and I'm told over and over that it's $65, it was never $60, and if I try to escalate the issue, I'll be told the same thing, just by someone else. Even though I'm sure they record their calls, suddenly the price I saw on the website two days ago and the quote I got from a different representative just disappeared, as if they never existed. Xfinity is a horrible company, and it's a shame the monopoly they hold.
So disappointing, went in on 10-7-2022. Received the worst service ever. Just to purchase a charger, spoke to a large heavy set white man with a bald head, named Carl, he was so rude, told me to take my business elsewhere. My 15 year old daughter was with me and shocked with the way we were spoken to. Carl needs some customer service training. Went elsewhere to buy my charger. May be taking my business completely somewhere else.

We were two weeks late for cable bill- Comcast shut off our cable. I get up 4 am for work and I need the internet. 5 times I called to make payment, but every time I input my credit card, the system crashed. No live people until 8 am. I leave for work now- and I don't time to deal with this.
I've needed Comcast for cable, and they have sucked for decades!

Never can get anyone on the phone- they make you do everything in the app such as canceling an account and still get billed months later. Piss poor company- would rather go back to stone ages than use their services again
Don't expect honesty from this company. They will tell you ANYTHING to get a sale. For example, my Iphone 15 preorder, promised by September 22nd, on the website, order confirmation and account status menu. Is now delayed until *maybe* mid-October. They cannot even give me an expected estimated time. No respect for their customers; Laughable dishonest deceitful support.
Their customer service is horrible. There are never live agents to speak with. You call the number and they send you AI text message and the options are not available for your issues. They refer you to the portal to set up the phone call and when you try to set up phone call, you get a message saying unable to connect. Will be dropping their service ASAP. For the amount I pay it is not worth it. Their internet is down at least three times a month. When storms happen in the area their internet is down for weeks but they will still charge you and raised the prices every year. Stay away. I wish I can give them 0 ratings but there is no option. I have been trying to speak with the agent for two days now and been unsuccessful.
I realize that this forum is usually to rip Xfinity/Comcast a new one, but I just had customer service above and beyond. Mark, don't know his last name, helped with an issue that hasn't been resolved since Hurricane Ian turned us upside down. He couldn't have been more understanding or compassionate, and I wish there was a way to give him... and yes, Xfinity, for hiring such a quality individual.

I constanty waste time accessing my email service. Loads slower than a turtle and is always buggy. Pay $160 per month but have no choice cause they are a monopoly. Fat cats get rich while us peons have to deal with lousy service. You would think they could hire some smart tech guys with all the billions they make. Avoid Comcast if you can.
Not only is the "service" very bad, but they also train their customers non-service to lie, cheat, stall and deliver the worst service in the history of customer service. They demand that we use the app and that's a joke. Very seldom works and if it ever does, it sends you in circles purposely trying to upset you so you'll either become hostile or give up trying to resolve an issue with their worthless "service". I am ACP qualified and they treat me like I'm a burden and a problem child. Xfinity, previously continental Cablevision, has been a sore on the arse of the consumer for decades. My "service" drops repeatedly 24 hours a day or night. They won't get another penny from me until they fix this bs non-service. I'm looking forward to a day when there is no Comcast. These are just a few of the many many photos I have showing how bad the "service" really is!
In southwest FL after hurricane ian there are no progress reports or an eta or any kind of explanation being given to customers as to what is taking them so long to restore the services they are still billing us for. They could have been up front and honest but chose not to. Total dirtbags.
Nobody is available, nobody will talk to you. At the store guys are clueless, don't know what to do or how to help. If finally after waiting for 30 min, you get a chance to talk to representatives, they hang up on you, so you start all over. Terrible service, we are switching to another company
No connection or cable. Appointment was cancelled last minute. They wanted me to wait 10 days for a tech and after I called and spoke with customer service the issue still wasn't revolved. So now I'm stuck with equipment that doesn't work. I would rate no stars if it was available but I knew better than to use Xfinity.

Xfinity said there'd be "intermittent" outages "for two hours" while they "upgrade fiber optics." Two days later, still crap internet. No ETA in sight. My partner is now unemployed after almost two full days without reliable service. Useless.
Xfinity is probably the most painful service I have ever dealt with. Their automated system is virtually impassible. Good luck trying to speak to a live person. Every encounter (and there are many) is at least an hour long adventure. Typically once I finally do reach a live person, they seem helpful, but the service is never appropriately corrected requiring me to go through the whole process all over again. Their free Xfinity Wi-Fi is worthless. In fact, it creates more work because whenever my phone selects Xfinity Wi-Fi, I will not get any service. I have to shut off my Wi-Fi so I can go back to cellular data. It's hard to express the number of hours. I will never get back. So happy to finally dump them and go onto a different surface. Any service would be better.

Are bill started at $50 month for Wi-Fi. Then kept going up all the way to $160. On top of that would have outages all the time. Customer service sucks. I don't recommend y'all to anyone as well will never use y'all again.
Xfinity has been incredibly frustrating! My apartment manager and I canceled our service a month ago, yet they continue to charge me. Their customer service team employs voice robots that seem determined to avoid helping, even when I insist on talking to representatives ten times over. I'm fed up with their terrible customer service and will make sure to warn others about it.
