My consultant at Y-axis was Mr. Suresh Naik Vudethe. I reached out to him regarding a technical glitch I had been facing in my visa application, he resolved it within 24 hours. Mr. Suresh addressed all my queries promptly and gave right information about the whole process. My mock interview also helped me a lot to confidently appear for the visa interview.
Waste of time and money. Don't go through y axis is my suggestion. Mainly two persons durga Rao and vaibhai. Before payment they said bla bla bla about themselves and after payment theyignoreme totally. Y axis big consultants but working persons are less knowledgeable then us.

I took Yaxis Canada PR support on 2020, I am highly disappointed with the assurance and the service they gave after my profile check. I have 10+ years of automation testing experience in top IT companies. They said I can get PR very easily as I was below 35 years and have strong IT experience, however in reality if your CRS score is less than 480 points there is no chance at all to get PR invitation, which they hide in order to get money from the clients, they simply play with the dreams and cheat people. Please don't fall in their trap, calculate your CSR online and apply by yourself. I have applied on Nov 2020 finally after 2 years my IELTS score expired and I didn't get any invite, so they have closed my case :D as they don't refund.
I really thankful to y- axis team they do a wonderful job, Mr Ritesh helped me through all the query and Ms Cheshmitha(JSA) did all my strategy reports and resume writing perfectly. Our application to Canada is on its 1 year anniversary this month. No update from CanAxis. No response to mails. They just told us to wait and should regularly check our mail as employers will directly send messages. But Have you guys ever routed our applications to employer? What have you done during previous months passed?
Applicant here which is my husband an experience nurse applying for multiple options of NOCs, like care assistant or any admin works in medical field, and he has approved ICA already. You should have save the process timing as everything was provided. Anyway, No need to mention more in detail, only i can say to here is "please don't fall into their trap". You will waste most of your time and Once you pay it is over. You will wait forever."
Find better agency that would really work out the process and has real heart of helping applicants until succeeded and with real success rate.
To Can Axis: It is just a money we lost, we can still earn it in Gods grace, but for you out there, it is your dignity and reputation ruins, it will be forever in your conscience.
They are not to be trusted for their word, for enrollment they will make fake promises and show it is easy to go abroad however after payment of fees they change advisors and the new people who are assigned to your profile say they are not aware of the previous promises and then you lose your money. DO NOT INVEST IN YAXIS instead go through IDP. When most of the agencies do not charge for application of student visa then why does why axis charge. When i personally confronted them and told them that you will get you payment from the college i pay fees to then why are you charging now they had no answer. My Money is Gone. Please dont waste your hard earned money in FRAUD AXIS.
Kranti navle, Nayan there sales exe. Persons showing false opp. And false promises. At the time of enrollment they taken some Rs2000 on the name of some useless evaluation of profile. And after evaluation they suggested me to go for NZ Work permit enrollment process. And in that they have taken around Rs*******. And they had promise to have a interview in NZ every week but from the month Feb 2023 i have enrolled and not a single Interview has been line up by them. Now it has completed 4months and still no update on any job interview for NZ. All there employees are making fools just they are sending faltu some updates on cv marketing nothing else. I want to say to top management have look over this bundle in Y-axis going on.

They are just behind your money. Please NEVER NEVER go to Y-axis for any of your work.
They will push you so much for FULL advance payment. They will reply to your messages in seconds before you pay. They will show big discounts for FULL advance payment. But don't get in to their traps. The moment you pay, immediately their behavior changes. You have to literally beg for their responses.
Even, they will stop lending any support to help you out of any problem if occurs after your payment.
If you ask for a country change, they will ask to pay you again even if you have not made any progress on the first country process.
I really got disappointed with their support & services. I lost my full money without doing any work. They do not have any courtesy to pay back even ANYTHING when they have not done ANY work for you. They just show you different clauses in the agreement. Such a big company just wants to eat your money & you are left with no option but just to forego your hard-earned money.
I'm a Y-axis customer. Based on my experience the following is what happened until I ended up and asked for a refund (pending since Mar 2020). They manipulated the system for me to be eligible for Canadian PR (put highest IELTS score band 9) without notifying. They didn't tell about my lower crs score while the service I bought, the process is within 4 to 6 months as per advertised. Biased contracts, all protect they side and not customer but they are the ones who make most mistakes, manipulating the system, not telling, not replying, not done full investigation, even cheating. When asked for the refund, they will say everything is in the report. So be careful because they only care about money more than their own customers. What matters is you, your money and your precious times. Do not let yourself to be a deceived and have to do unnecessary things which from the beginning they do not tell and end up lose money, times, effort. They only do the administrative work. Canada side which will determine based on the qualifications and the highest score set. Should and must make a record of whatever they tell because it will be very useful in future if there is a discrepancy. You can judge by yourself if Y-axis is reliable or not if the above happens. To me, they failed because one of the basic core as a consultant is to inform important/crucial information to the customer but they didn't. They just put it in the report, expect customer to read it and choose not to tell even the pros and cons, direct conversation to others things. In case of refund, they always said all transperant.
My friend suggested me to choose y-axis to be Hassle free for immigration services.
Now I understand why he says Y-axis is the best immigration service out there.

Y-axis has given me the best tutor Saurabh. He has imparted so much knowledge. He is excellent. And I want to thank Y-axis from the bottom of the heart for such a bravo tutor.
The only positive thing that you get is a Clever Salesperson who will convince you that you have made the best choice. What you see at ground-level is absolute chaos and unprofessionalism. A case manager would who is in charge of you is nothing more than a mechanical robot who just reads from a database. You cannot expect them to understand what you want or why you are asking a question. No empathy at all. In my case there were gross errors made multiple times even in global jobsites like Linkedin. The worrying issue is that if you are going to reach the escalation desk, they will also only try to retain you however serious the problem is. I have been fighting for my refund for many months now. In the name of administrative cost, they will deny you a fair refund. I had enrolled for both UK Visa and Canada PR. Now Im back to the drawing board with the pain that both 1) My dreams have been shattered and the fact that 2) My hard-earned money is gone! I have been fighting a battle for many months now to get a fair refund. In the name of administrative costs, they will deny you a proper refund. Whether the case manager, or his/her Manager or the Escalation desk, they are only business minded thinking of just retaining you because they will not be ready to refund the money. Probably the only 1 thing that may happen properly is the IELTS training. But even here, they are quite smart in the sense that before the training classes are done, they will ask you to give a Google review.
Hence overall, my sincere advice would be that you think twice before you enroll yourself in such consultancies.
