We were convinced by Yodle representative that they could help us generate internet contacts.
We complained several times in the first 6 weeks that the site they set up was not working very well.
10 months and $2900 later the only things Yodle sent us was 2 contacts trying to sell us other internet marketing.
My advice: Stay Clear. You'll get more attention Yodeling in your front yard than paying Yodle.
I echo the sentiment of most of the other reviewers. It sounds good up front, but you get nothing for your money. They "pretend" to help you, but it does not improve. The few calls I received were wrong numbers, or calls after hours who did not leave messages. I suspect that they could have even been calls from bogus callers, as well as emails from bogus emailers, set up by Yodle to make itself look better. When I returned calls or emails, I never received a response back. Stay Away! Run, don't walk!
Yodle has been my right hand in this journey of been a business owner! Their professionalism, and dedication to the customers has been a key factor for their success! They work to the extreme that you feel confident in closing the circle of your business development and growth. I really feel encouraged and empowered to continue with this amazing service. I will recommend Yodle to any entrepreneurs as part of their way through the successful business experience!
Waste of money. They Sell you on service, then ask you to do all the work in their customer portal. Not one iota of valid marketing or value. DONT DO IT! There is a reason they are on the forbes list. For making money and locking people into contracts, not for service and real results.
I couldn't be happier about the increase of clients since signing on with Yodle. Each step of the way was supported by terrific staff. Response to any questions or concerns I have are answered immediately by real people. Lovely.
If I didn't have Yodle I’d be in trouble! Twenty to thirty percent of my business comes from Yodle. It really has helped increase my volume of business and profitability. And, it’s given me some great clients.
I'm just two weeks into using Yodle and have already begun receiving inquiries and orders. The system really works, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly to work with. I'd recommend them to any small business!
I'm very impressed with Yodle so far. It's a very well-organized and simple service to use in managing my web presence and full of great tools such as contact management, social media, etc. Very pleased so far
Yodle sucks, don't waist your money I highly urge you. I rad this reviews before I sign up my plumbing business so I can't really blame any one but my self. The sales man Erich sang me a very beautiful sung and I fall for it. I dare to say he lied to me. So, I started with $500 budget which he told me would be about $15.00 a day and will generate me about 30 calls and they will build me such a professional website. As it turned out they spend my $500.00 budget in 2 weeks which means $500 budget designed for 2 weeks not a month and of course I did get a 1% of promised calls 1 from some kind of sales man and 2 from same person asking me if they fixed a plumbing properly and if not how much would proper fix cost them by the way almost forgot about so called professional website www.upstatescplumbers.com. Also when I called Yodle and complained they told me that they never told me it will be $15.00 a day because there is no way to control CLICKS.
We are getting a lot of calls, but few are quality. Most just want some quick, free legal advice, and are not interested in hiring any lawyer. Still, we have had a few decent ones and have actually picked up a few clients. On balance, the jury is still out on this one. We are not sure if it is even paying for itself. If it is, it is not by much. We are hoping to land some good clients that can be great repeat business, but we will see.
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
Answer: Yodle only cost me money and quite a bit of frustration! Tony
Answer: I have a spare wet-vac if you have extra cash laying about. Give me a call. It would be a better application of energy use.
Answer: Run Forest Run. They make promises. They will put wrong info on the web. Who spends 600.00 Before a return if you gat that. Run Forest Run
Answer: Dont do it.
Answer: If you get a website made. The search engine go by the 2nd letter in order for your site to be pulled up quickly. You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book. Magnetic vehicle signs, etc. Need more free tips email me at rstoutmire@yahoo.com subject line Javier S. Contractor. Hope this help you but don't pay any company any money for any work. Rhonda S.
