I wasn't pleased with the initial work done by Yodle as nothing was really happening.and I went for about a month without a contact from them. Was quite dissappointed until I got the call from megan who seems to really want to see me succeed here and make this a good experience for all of us. She's working and I have a few things to do myself so I trust I'll soon get the leads I'm paying for. I would rate it at this point a 3 star
I signed up for a monthly plan with yolde as suggested by their marketing guy who called and convinced me with his sakes pitch. I ended up paying $900 in three months and no results and when i called for help i didnt get any response so i cancelled. However, they charged me for that month also. Out of my frustration i started looking for some solution and found Advanton which is all free and worked for me really well. Yodle must train their staff in delivery and not sales.
I got exactly what I paid for when I signed up with yodle. They told me what they were going to do and what results I should expect and I got just that. They have a good marketing plan and customer service has given me some good advice. I have already made my money back. It’s an investment I’ll continue to use.
After several months of using Yodle, and not having one phone call translate into an appointment, I attempted to cancel our agreement with them. All I got was the run around for over 15 minutes with fast talking salesmen telling me the program was working for me. I continued to try to tell them very politely that we were going to be using a professional PR agency to handle our advertising and that not one of the phone calls from Yodle users resulted in an appointment, and they still wouldn't let me off the line. I'm embarassed that I ever signed up with this company!
Hi Pamela - I'm disappointed to hear you didn't have more success with Yodle. If you are still having trouble cancelling, please reach out to me. You can contact me at 646-768-3690 or gina.balistreri@yodle.com. Thanks, GB.
Dishonest, Dishonest. Dishonest…. Yodle is truly the predator of small business. I signed up with Yodle on a 3 month trial basis. Their sales rep told me Yodle will build me a new website and advertise it online. Try it for three months and cancel if you are not satisfied. At the end of 3 months if you are not satisfied Yodle will give you the internet files for your website. She said they will charge me $750 per month for the first 3 months. The website they created was full of mistakes and misspelling etc. After 3 months I told them I wanted to cancel, they refused my cancellation request and signed me up for $450 per month. They continued charging my credit card. I had to change my credit card number.
Yodle does not rock they rob. I would like to see the success rate they have in helping companies to get phone calls against the #'s of companies that they failed in doing so. They have taken a lot of money from our company, I wish everyone who has had bad responses with this company would get on the ban wagon in reporting them to BBB.
I have enrolled for 6 months.
I have seen bad reviews at Yelp but I feel they are just percentage of their 60k customer base.
I have had reservations after reading those reviews and was about to cancel contract but I have decided to give them a chance.
Hopefully I will get a chance to write an awesome review after my 6 months or even during that time.
Hi Shilpa - I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a better experience with one of our sales representatives. As I mentioned in my email, we are currently looking into the incident and are hoping to resolve any issues. Best, GB.
Worst business mistake I have made for my small business. They promised the moon and delivered nothing. After the three month trial, where I spent $!, 500 per month, they charged again as an ongoing service. My bad for not catching that. As soon as I received my credit card bill, I called and canceled. They then charged me again, and refuse to issue a credit.
Don't make the same mistake I made... Avoid this company!
Hi Gary - this is Syvenna Siebert in Yodle's PR department. I'm really sorry to read about your experience, and I'm disappointed that we didn't meet your expectations. I can also look into any billing issues.
Thanks for your feedback,

I started with Yodle in December and have continually been impressed with the quality of customer care. Every person I have spoken with from Yodle has been professional, knowledgeable, and has gone out of their way to answer my questions and address my concerns. I am looking forward to a long relationship!
I sent a request to add a couple of items to my website with Yodel. Courtney had it done before the end of the day. For my business it is important to have updates as soon as possible to ensure my clients have the most updated info.
Thank you very much Courtney.
So far it has been great. We signed with Yodle the end of November and have received a number of call but what I like is the ease in navigating the web site, the ability to upload photos and information. A one stop shop. Were looking forward to a very prosperous 2015 in a partnership with Yodle.
We are a small Marriage Coaching business and Yodle has effectively been driving clients to contact us and after follow-up to become clients. As a small business with limited clients slots, we have gained a reasonable number of clients thru Yodle's marketing strategy. They have been responsive to our small need and limited marketing budget. Thank you, Bob
TOP NOTCH! After only a few months, I can see that Yodle performs better than other SEO companies I have used. There has been a gradual increase in quality calls over time and the cost per lead is far below the average of other marketing venues we use. The customer service has been great at keeping in touch and fine tuning and improving our marketing.
I am fairly new to yodel and already I am very impressed. They have one of the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with as a business owner. They are not only helpful but they are knowledgeable and have excellent follow-up.
Alright! So this is kind of a crazy story. The very first lead with Yodle has generated over $190,000 in profit just in the last 4 months. I know that sounds crazy, but it did happen. We setup a google ad words campaign with a 20 mile radius for IT Outsourcing and the first generated lead was this new client. I was blown away. I think the thing to remember is that it can be a hit an miss with advertising, but that's with any company. The important thing is to continue fine tuning your ads and Yodle is always willing to work on that to make sure you get the response that you need. If you don't advertise and position yourself, don't expect to get business online. Such an important need for small businesses. Kudos Yodle for what you are doing and thank you for that first lead :).
Cheers!

I recently joined Yodle and have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. Today was my third follow-up call with my rep. And I must say (Levar, the customer rep. I spoke with) was easy to understand, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and pleasant through-out my training. Learning new technology isn't always easy and generally I will try to do anything to avoid it, but have enjoyed getting familiar and exploring Yodle and look forward to growing my business with their help.
Today I called to have some changes made to my web page. I worked with Javier who was very helpful with completing my changes. He also made some suggestion of other things that I can add to the page to make it a more productive site. After talking to Javier I now have a better understanding of how some of the system works. Thank you.
To this point, I have been very happy (and surprised given past experience with others) with your responsiveness to my questions and the level of knowledge possessed by your reps. This applies to every one I have dealt with at Yodle so far.
Scam, they built my website and promised to maintain it for a nominal fee, after being ripped off $1500. 00 for their "we will get you leads proposal", they said if I ever was unhappy and wanted to cancel, that the domain name that belonged to me would be handed over. Well, didnt happen, they cancelled me with no notification, and when tried to find out why, they said that I actually cancelled the service. He said she said ordeal. So I asked for my domain name and information so I can get my website back up and Yodle said sorry, you have to go elswhere and purchase it. I can go on, but am getting frustrated just mentioning this whole ordeal. Stay away, from this company, this is one reason the U.S. has problems, dishonest organizations. Thanks for nothing Yodle.
Yodle is the worst company ever contacted in my life.
They asked to be informed my bank account with contract for 3 months
It was my stupid decision for this deal.
They offered me special price for adver-site and upgrade
But it was a joke.
I could not have chance to discuss for web-site.
They set up pre-made sample web-site for my business and said don't worry
Yodle will take care of it.
But yodle they do miky mouse job and wrong information.
I will bring this company to the court for money back
Be careful this yodle sales person. They are not so good as company name
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
Answer: Yodle only cost me money and quite a bit of frustration! Tony
Answer: I have a spare wet-vac if you have extra cash laying about. Give me a call. It would be a better application of energy use.
Answer: Run Forest Run. They make promises. They will put wrong info on the web. Who spends 600.00 Before a return if you gat that. Run Forest Run
Answer: Dont do it.
Answer: If you get a website made. The search engine go by the 2nd letter in order for your site to be pulled up quickly. You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book. Magnetic vehicle signs, etc. Need more free tips email me at rstoutmire@yahoo.com subject line Javier S. Contractor. Hope this help you but don't pay any company any money for any work. Rhonda S.
The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with some customers praising its effective marketing strategies and responsive customer service, which have led to tangible business growth. Positive experiences often highlight knowledgeable representatives and personalized support. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding service consistency, particularly after a merger, with reports of deteriorating support, unprofessional behavior from sales staff, and difficulties in account management. Overall, while some clients report satisfaction and results, others express frustration over communication issues and perceived value, indicating a need for improved service reliability and customer engagement.
