Every time I buy something from them, the item is either too small or the fabric feels so cheap. There are brands I have never heard off. If you Google those brands, it looks like only yoox carries them which makes me nervous about buying them.
Took money from my account and said that the transaction had failed. Emailed over 10 times with no reply, even then after calling to have this chased up, no reply. I'm now out of pocket due to them taking payment and not shipping my product.
Something has happened to this company they always used to have good stock from big brands on there site at very good prices. Over the last 2 years I have noticed stock is not so good anymore, the quality is shabby and the brands are really standard now. The pricing is very high on most items even sometimes more higher than retail from other shops. YOOX has gone wrong somewhere and it's a shame as YOOX use to be a good, interesting and fun place to shop where you could grab yourself a stunning big branded bargain. Now it's a dive with rubbish and shabby stock how sad!
A substantial amount of money from a refund has failed to arrive in my account and after a week of complaining I am getting absolutely nowhere. All I get is "someone will get back to you" but no idea when. I have asked repeatedly for the transaction ID so it can be investigated from the other side but no response to that either. I'll never trust them again.
I bought Balmain boots from this company and I believe that they are fake. First of all the box looked damaged with paint coming off. Shoes were just stacked with some paper and the insole off one shoe came off completely before me even trying them in ( after I removed a paper inside the boot). It was ugly glue marks on that insole and a pen mark. I have high doubts that It's authentic Balmain. Don't want to bother returning them but next time I won't believe that they sell authentic items.
First order with YOOX. Charged on 9 July - currently 20 Aug. Failed to deliver. Was supposed to go to collection point, twice advised it would arrive that day, twice failed to do so. YOOX did nothing to resolve. Kept waiting on phone ages by UPS having failed to get response through other routes, having to pay for call; could not resolve either. UPS & YOOX advise collection point refused delivery. Asked for refund several times - no response. Appalling - avoid YOOX like plague.
I placed my order on September 2. It's been 23 days and my order is still in preparation. I've been contacting customer service no one seems to know what's happening with my order. I even called but operator doesn't know anything either. Despite all my emails and inquiries no one is helping me. It's almost a month! Yoox that is very unprofessional.
Spent $250+ on a pair of 8 by Yoox leather boots and the rubber fell off the bottom of the heel…. One heel broke in half… then the OTHER heel broke in half two weeks after…. All within the first 3 months of wearing. Told customer service and they said "oh well". Didn't help at all. Then I took it to a shoe repair shop and they said the heel was made without any structural integrity — no metal, no reenforcement, just plastic covered in leather. For $250+ that is ridiculous.
My credit card details were stolen and someone made an expensive purchase on this website. I emailed the company asking for help and they replied asking me to send some more details about the purchase. After doing so and sending more emails requesting a response, I never heard from them again.
Thankfully, the bank took care of it.
I have never experienced customer service this bad!
They shipped wrong item, it's a different person every time that replies the e-mails and it takes ages until they reply!
They make you return the item even though it was their mistake!

I placed an order on July 20,2021 still not received it. The customer care is absolutely useless, they keep telling me they cannot find the order in their system. I have sent them the confirmation email I received from Yoox and confirmation of money deducted still no help. Save yourself the torture, Order from anywhere but here.
Bought a dsquared2 hat. It was fake. Contacted customer service. Showed them evidence of it. Ignored me. Just said return it. Worst service and website ever, considering the price you paying for items
I have purchased quite a few things on this site. They used to ship the items nicely - now they come all mumble jumbled in a box and so anything made of leather is completely scratched by the time you get it (or maybe it was scratched when it went into the box and they sold it to me anyway? Either way, not good).
Also, i have done research to see if the brand exists anywhere else on certain items - of course not! It's a yoox brand - therefore, original retail price is completely manufactured.
They have sent the wrong items, again. Their website doesn't allow emails - always says "Something went wrong." Then phone customer service sets up an email, and then you never, even years later, hear anything back. Nothing gets corrected, and you're items are "Final Sale," so you're s.o.l. As far as doing a return via the website. My money has been taken and they sent me the wrong stuff. Correct brand, wrong items... again.
I ordered a Jennifer behr knit hat for hundreds less than in other sites. I then saw the very mixed at best reviews. However I got the hat in good condition and on time- within a few days of ordering
After playing with the web site for almost a year I decided to buy an Armani blazer. I used to buy them in an outlet when they were on sale and after more than 10 years they are still like brand new and sit on me perfectly. The one I received from yoox today looked like a worn piece of old clothes. It looked nothing like a picture on the web site and is just horrible. Very disappointed. Stay away from this store by all means.
I am buying from YOOX since 2009. It started as a great company. However my last experience with customer service left me shocked and appalled. I bought a silk top which was too large for me. I checked website and found that the smaller size was available, moreover, the price went down + there was 25% more off promotion applied in the cart. And I should have bought it and just simply return the first one. Yet, while going through return process I was literally tricked into exchange naively thinking the difference in price will show up. Nope! It didn't. Neither I could reverse the exchange. My communication with customer care was a nightmare. I was asked to provide proof that the top was on reduced price (luckily I had that), then I was indirectly accused in literally lying. Then I was granted credit for half of what I expected, and finally, even this credit never materialized. I don't know what happened with YOOX, but definitely I will never be comfortable with buying there again.
I've made $1,000s worth of orders from YOOX. Never had a problem until the last order I placed. A sweater ($38) I ordered was missing from the package. The package itself was sealed and in great condition (no tampering was evident). I emailed them to let them know the sweater wasn't in the package with the rest of the items. I received a condescending email that required me to send them photos of the box and the contents. Also, they wanted me to ask neighbors and families if they saw anything suspicious or strange when the package was dropped off. Also, also examine the package carefully for any tampering and report what I find back to them. Then they will look into my complaint further. Basically, I felt like they were accusing me of lying or trying to offload responsibility. It couldn't possibly be that an employee forgot to add it when processing my order. I've never contacted them with a complaint; not once before this. It's insulting. I've decided to let them have the $38 for the sweater. I'm never ordering from them again...or Net-a-Porter or The Outnet (which are all owned by the same company). They all lost my business over $38. Well done YOOX!
Bought 5 items from them. One of the item is on clearance and was marked "no return".
However, the product was a total wrinkled mess when I received them. I called up customer service and request to return the product, since I am buying a clearance "new product", not something out of a second hand shop. (honestly, the product is worse than stuff I've seen in thrifty shop...) The customer service staff just cite company policy and refuse to grant return even with the condition of the product. Anyhow, they just lost many customers including myself, my sisters and many other people that I am going share my experience with.
Ok my rating is geared toward the customer service. In the past I've order items and have been satisfied with the products I've ordered, but for the first time ever I received a blouse with a nasty stain that appeared to be grease. I did not want to go thru returning so they said we will take 15%, I said 20% would satisfy me so I could get clean. They replied with no... I actually thought that was petty, inconsiderate, and not worth the challenge to a customer. I told them I will get that 5% back by not telling others about them... now satisfied!
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
