Today February 29, the dress is still not on its way, I have a party on Saturday.
And all they do is telling me that it's packed and ready for shipment.

We bought a prom dress. It did not fit well, and the quality was not good, with some stitching issues. We asked for a return and as many other customers we could not get reply to from the customer service. We emailed several times, and they will ignore you hoping you will go away. Don't get fooled by the reasonable prices, you get what you paid for and if you need to return – good luck. I am really surprised that they are still in business.

Do not ever purchase anything from them They are a complete sca. They never return emails or requests for a return and you only have 7 days to do it! NEVER ORDER form them!

I ordered 2 suits after 3 weeks none had been sent i asked for a refund for 2 weeks leeding up to 3 weeks their response was bad luck due to their policys so i got my bank to refund the transactions. They did send one suit it was very poor quality and un wearable and they wanted me to send it back at my cost after the bank refunded it this is the quality of service you will recieve.

I ordered a dress from Zapaka for my daughters prom. The only reason we purchased this dress is because the website stated US4-US10 sizes were in stock and they would ship within 48 hours. EIGHT DAYS LATER...the dress has still not shipped. I have sent emails, IM's, called the customer service number and I still can't get anyone to tell me why the dress didn't ship and what the status is. Needless to say it will not get here for her prom and based on the additional reviews on this and many other sites I will probably have to small claims court to get my money back. It will be worth the time and effort to make the point. STAY AWAY from ordering from this company...they will take your money and run. My daughter and I were both incredibly disappointed.

PS...here's the order number (Order ZAPAKAUS*******) save your excuses and post the reason your website said it would ship in 48hours and it didn't, the status of the order and tell people why your company can't answer a simple IM, email or phone call.

Their range of evening gowns is astounding, and I settled on a jaw-dropping floor-length dress with a plunging neckline and a dazzling sequin bodice. Bought a lovely frock for a special occasion but it was way too small & obviously not the size it claimed to be (without a size label inside). Sent 6 emails asking to returns & none of them were answered. Direct messaged them from their website - no answer. Messaged their Facebook account & still no answer. They need to learn how to provide a better customer service and upgrade the customer's experience to above $#*!.

While the price point for a costume dress is great, a return is nearly impossible if it doesn't fit or you simply don't like it. The company responded well via email (I never tried to phone) which was the only positive. They offer a 15% refund only and you keep the dress. The refund of less than $8 basically covered the shipping you pay when ordering. If you want to return for full refund, buyer incurs shipping cost to China that will cost you over $100, which is more than the dress. Lesson learned, order from Amazon where you can return.

I was a little skeptical about the quality of the dress I ordered from this company because the price was so affordable. But when the dress arrived, I was blown away. The fabric was great quality, and the dress fit perfectly.

I purchased 5 dresses. The style names were so deceiving / confusing that I accidentally ordered two of the same dresses for two different styles. Instead of getting 5 different styles I got three (with two duplicates). None of them fit well. The return process is an ORDEAL. I had to provide the reason I was returning each one, a photo of each dress and a photo of the label on the packaging. It took over 6 weeks and several followup emails only to get a reply through their chat feature on the their website. This was simply to be provided with an address to return the items. I paid $200 for the 5 dresses which was a great price, but it cost me $90 to return the items to China. Save yourself the money. It's not worth it.

It had been over their amount of guaranteed days before they would ship out the dress and they never did. Customer service will never respond to your emails and they will take your money without giving the product. Absolute scam. You can email them and no response and they will never update you. Don't waste your time and money.

Ordered dress, money taken from.my bank account but no.order number given or any email from them. Chased numerous times providing proof of payment, now they no longer reply to my emails. Avoid.

The worst customer service, does not fit, took 2 months to ship, and looks cheap. DO NOT ORDER. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

I ordered one of the Zapaka dresses for a party because they promised delivery in a week. That was a lie and they just updated the shipping to 4 weeks as it's coming from China! Beware!

Going by their measurements I had to order a size 18 dress. I'm normally a size 12/14 sometimes a 10. When the dress arrived it was far too tight, the wrong colour and for a floor length dress, it was short. Dreadful trouble getting any response from the seller, luckily I paid with PayPal and they came to my rescue. Seller offered a full refund once the dress was returned. Trying to post this dress I was told that it was going to cost ME $45. I only paid $22 to get it. So false advertising does pay for the rip off people. BEWARE
