I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
I wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered a dress on 1/14 (for an event 2/25). Paid $20 for expedited shipping of 7-9 business days. I reached out on 1/23,1/26,1/27, and sent a not so nice email on 1/28 because I never received tracking. Finally after the mean email, I was prompted with a tracking address that states the dress is in LAX for over a week. After speaking with 2 people and customs, the package is fraud and no where to be found. DO NOT ORDER AND LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. They don't do refunds, but luckily I used a credit card and was able to dispute. Almost a month later and still no answers. Or valid tracking. Pitiful.

Recently ordered a dress I was so excited about, however, the quality was insanely poor (VERY similar to Shein quality). I got a different dress at Macys for maybe $20 more that was great quality, so not sure why the quality from here is so bad. I've called, emailed, and reached out on their website to find out about a refund and haven't heard back even though it's past the 24 hours they claim to respond in. All the reviews on the dresses were positive, but I wish I had checked the reviews here before I bought the dress.

Wish I could give negative stars! The dress arrived and looked like something from a Halloween costume store. Cheap junk. Now impossible to return! Many, many emails back and forth and they still won't send a return label! This dress came with NO packaging slip, and absolutely NO tags! Thus far they have offered me a 10% refund, and still refuse to send a return label! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered a dress and it arrived in good time but is one size too small. In an effort to exchange it for the next size up i emailed for an exchange in the 7 day time frame with no response. I have emailed another 5 times since, using different emails with no response. ORDER ZAPAKAAU*******. Its weird though, i recieved an email from them asking me to review my purchase.

Why did I order from this site? We received my daughter's offer today. It was a homecoming dress for $119. Not cheap.
The dress is laughably, embarrassingly poorly made. The skirt is about 14 inches long. Not long enough to wear in public. I should have known better. I sent an email to their customer service department and I am hoping for a prompt response. Until then, I will warn other mothers and daughters on every website I can about this low quality merchandise. Such a shame!

I ordered 2 prom dresses 4/1 for a 4/28 event. As of today 4/26 I have not received it or confirmation of shipment. They responded to my 1st email 4/12. Then nothing. Almost 30 days, disappointing will never purchase here and will warn anyone looking at purchasing from this site.Hoping my bank will help recover funds for good not received. 4/28/23. Terrible in every possible way. Lost over $100 to this sham of a company not only did they send wrong dress (or it was just blatant misleading) the contact communication after the fact horrendous! Expecting me to pay to send back. Then after 50 million emails, offering 20% refund. Complete robbery. Just don't look elsewhere do research first... look a photo what I wanted vs what I got! Bought a Golden Gatsby dress, a pair of vintage styled women's heels, a feather headdress and some black gloves for a Great Gatsby party. I ordered on the 01 Sep from Sydney, Australia. My order got here today, the 04 Oct 2022. The party is in 2 days. This is ridiculous. It's an an Australian site but everything is shipped from Shanghai in China. Do not be fooled by this website.
The items are of good quality, but overpriced for what they are. I cannot believe how long it took to arrive.

Ordered a week ago, still don't have a shipping confirmation. Paid an extra $50 for express shipping that said the item would be received in 5 days. When I emailed the company, they said it would take at least 2 weeks and have not responded to numerous emails since! I want a refund now and simply no reply. Have taken up the dispute with my bank.

The dress was much too small for the size and smelled bad. I tried to return which is extremely difficult. Nothing easy. I wrote an email almost every day for 19 days. There is no easy way to return. I waited 1-2 days between replies-all evasive. They kept saying sure but then not giving me a label or instructions. Last communication said we can give you 10% off to keep it. I was so tired of it, I said yes. Didn't even get that. Now, I have a useless dress I had to keep because they would not just let me return.

I custom ordered a dress only for it to arrive completely wrong, a terrible fit, and made for someone twice my size. I don't know how that happens when you send custom measurements but anyways, I tried to get refunded for any tailoring I would have done and they flat out refused even though it's in their policy. They could only offer me a 15% refund which I have yet to see. Bunch of scammers with terrible customer service.

I bought two dresses and needed to return one. Their return policy is fraudulent. They don't accept returns …they keep sending back messages requesting information and make you send photos but they never send information as to where to send product back to. It took weeks longer to receive products too because it shops from China! The operation has no ethical code.
My friend also bought a dress which never showed and they didn't refund. Terrible!

They do not disclose in their return policy that you have to return to CHINA! So basically, you can't return anything because there is no tracking to China and it is ridiculously expensive. Very tricky not to disclose this. I lost $73, stuck with two dresses that are too small (their sizes are WAY smaller than what we in the USA think is a medium or large). They did refund 10%. So oh goody I get to go buy 2 gallons of milk. (And I'll cry over my spilled milk)!

It's only been a bit over 3 weeks but this company is not confidence inspiring. I have asked each week for shipping and delivery details and get no response other than the initial "one item of your order is on its way" 8 days after the order date. I only ordered 1 item! And the TNT "tracking number" that they initially gave me isn't recognised by TNT! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering; even though Miss 18 fell in love with the dress, it isn't worth the "will it get here in time"! I fear the positive reviews maybe fake, they seam a little too mushy. Here's hoping this may draw the company's attention!

DO NOT order from this company. They will cheat you if you need to return the order. But they'll make you suffer first with delays and questions and repeated requests for photos. All for nothing. Can't believe I sent the dress back (finally got instructions!) and NO REFUND. Total gaslighting. AVOID ZAPAKA they are the WORST!

I should have checked this company out before I ordered from them. They are shipping the products straight from China. The order took 4 weeks to arrive. The quality of the merchandise was good, however it arrived too late for the event. If you want to return your items it is nearly impossible. They offered to give a 15% refund and you keep the items.

Within 24 hours of receiving dress that was way too big, ask to return. They asked for pictures of the dress. Sent pictures. Tell me I must pay shipping and will give me 10% refund and I can keep the dress. Email back my decision. Definitely trying to stall until time to return is expired. Reported to credit card company as fraud. Also, after dress did not arrive within a week, I tried to use tracking number provided in confirmation and received email back that the real number was not available in their system but it had shipped. Once I started to get suspicious that I needed proof that I had only had the dress for 1 day when I requested the return, I tried using Tracking number on package itself - it did not work. Downloaded app to scan barcode on package that gave completely different number that showed it shipped 12 days after date ordered. The email was a lie and it had not shipped yet.
