I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).

I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.

While the dress I ordered was what I expected it did not fit and zapaka has a 7 day return policy. I emailed several times, and never heard back, I placed several calls and was unable to speak to anyone and also used chat forum with no success. I am now stuck with a dress that does not fit. Don't order unless you know the dress will fit because you will not be able to return it. I will never purchase from here again!

Despite their own company telling me the dress I ordered wasn't in stock and offering a refund, I am now five weeks later still seeking one.

Dealing with the 'Polly Song' email is excruciating and they have taken my money and never sent the product, and despite saying this, are still trying to pretend the dress is to be/ has just been sent. This is despite me cancelling my order five weeks ago.

The accessories I ordered arrived, however other than a head piece I paid for, I received two pairs of gloves.

This has been a horrendous experience and if you have another option to buy from then I'd definitely do that. Do not use if you could have any issues with your order.

It took over a month before they would send the dresses or give any information about it. I felt as though they had taken my money and nothing was coming. Every means of domination I tried only have me another automated message telling me to try another method. I was discouraged. I filed a claim through paypal and two days after they sent me my tracking number. I was doubtful that it was really the dresses, but they did come and they are beautiful. I don't like not knowing what is going on. I love the dresses, but am still concerned that they might not have sent them off I hadn't filed that claim. I don't know if I could recommend buying from zapaka or not. They still haven't communicated and I have continuously tried. I just want to know what happened. This company is in China (I thought it said it was in the US) so after it was shipped DHL it took awhile. I'm just glad it turned out, but will it next time? I don't know that there will be a next time.

I bought an item directly from the zapaka.com site. The site implies that returns are easy. That is not true. There are no directions for returning items and it took about two weeks of exchanging emails with the company to get the directions. All returns must be pre-approved before being accepted. You must also have a picture of the original shipping package sent to you, along with the label used to return the product and pictures of the product. The return, regardless of where is comes from must be returned to China. Any return subtracts the S&H. These are crazy requirements and returning is far from easy.

I have returned my daughter's prom dress 3 months ago and have't received any email regarding refund process. And I email 3 times and chatted through chatting window but the guy in the chatting window just kept saying he don't know any process. I chatted 3 time every 2weeks. Horrible!

I bought my dress and was so surprised with how fast it came and how well it fits. I should have ordered it custom for the length, but I was able to get it hemmed overall it's a gorgeous dress at a great price and I am so impressed.

I ordered my dress a month ago and have gotten no shipping number or updates. My dress isn't going to arrive in time for my event and I'm very disapointed as I thought I could trust this site, and the dressed looked stunning. Such a bad experience and they haven't replied to my emails and they're immpossible to reach as they're in China, not Australia. So worried my hard earned $200 is going down the drain. Be careful everyone!

We ordered a dress 6 weeks before the date we needed it. The website said it would ship in 8-12 business days. When we did not recieve notification that the dress had shipped, we contacted the service dept. They assured me that the dress would get here on time and they would put a rush on the dress. Tonight is my daughters dance and the dress is not here. They promise what they can not deliver. I will update the review if their customer service department handles the situation well.

Order early. It takes forever (6 weeks plus) to get something from them.

My dress hasn't shown up yet, it's been days. I need it on the ninth for homecoming, and the tracking number won't work. It's saying there been a shipping label placed for it, but that's all. It said september 30th, then the first of october, now the 4th. It still isn't here, it's the 4th.

Ordered a Yellow dress and after almost a month I finally recieved it and well let me start by saying that this dress was nothing more that a piece of sheer material and it is so see threw that you may as well be naked! The quality of the dress is just horrible it came with a belt but there are no loops to put the belt threw to secure it in place, I was told by the company that if I wanted to return it that I had to pay for return postage and of course guess where the product came from... China! I wouldn't purchase anything else from this business ever.

Received the dress I ordered, but the quality was really poor and decided to return it. I contacted the customer service, but they simply ignore my request and did not reply. I contacted the local police and informed them about it.

The dress had no size and forget returning it as shipping will cost more than the dress and they will only refund a minsly 10% doesn't even cover what you paid for shipping I will never purchase from here again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't fall for this company.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's senior prom. Paid extra for it to get here early. Found out a week prior that it hadn't even shipped yet. Cancelled my order prior to them shipping it just to have them send it anyways. Then tell me if I wanted to return it I would have to pay to ship it back to China. I went back and forth with their so called customer service agent just to end up getting screwed! I will never shop here again! If there was a no star review that is what I would have gave them.

Better hope you don't need it in time and if you want a refund just know they will make you pay to ship the item back to China >:(
