I ordered a dress, and unfortunately it did not fit me. Be very carefull: you have only 7 days to notice them you are intended to return the item, after this period no way to return and to get a refund. This period is too short.
I will not order at this place anymore.
DO NOT ORDER IF YOU MIGHT RETURN! The dress was nice, but was tight and uncomfortable in the armpits. I thoroughly read the return policy before purchasing. I was aware that I would need to pay return shipping if I wanted to return. The problem is, most companies charge the same price for a return shipping label as they did for the original shipping. I paid $5.88 for shipping when I ordered the dress, so I was expecting to pay that much to return the dress. That is not the case. They do not provide shipping labels at all. They just give you an address and say they will give you a refund once they receive the dress. The company is located in China, so the cheapest shipping option was $27 to return a $43 dress. That is absolutely ridiculous! When I asked customer service about this, they just keep sending me the same email with their address, saying they will refund me once they receive the dress. When I try to call their phone number, it just rings and rings until it disconnects.

Our light is very beautiful and of the utmost quality. This product was packaged very well to avoid damage. I do wish white cords were offered. I think we may just not use this as a light, but rather a lantern as I do not like the black cord.

I had to return the dress and then custom measure my daughter because the size 12 was too small. The sales consultant Polly Song was really great, helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. We now have the 2nd dress which fits well. Only grievance is that it cost me $47 to return the first dress! Still got a great dress for under $200.

This was the 7th dress I had bought online to be worn by my daughter for her to attend a wedding. None of the other six from other retailers looked like they did in the photos but this dress did. Very pleased and a great price too. Would recommend.

I have been waiting for any type of confirmation or information about my purchase for almost a month. They have not answered email after email and they will not respond to anything regarding tracking, or delivery.
Horrible site. Just DO NOT order from here. They wanted me to pay $32 to send my wrong size dress back for a refund (There sizing charts are NOT accurate and the sent the wrong size dress) and told me to contact the change over faculty when it got to Asia. What?! They where just making it very confusing to send it back so I would keep the dress and not get a refund. And only gave me a 10 percent refund when I payed $70. The dress was also terrible quality. They pretend they are based In Australia when they are based in China! Postage is way overpriced. Corrupt company. DO NOT BUY.

I got this dress for my formal party. It's absolutely stunning! Quality material, made to perfection, it's just an all around gorgeous dress. What is shown is genuinely what you get. Love, love, loooove!
