I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
I recently purchased a dress from this company and I have to say, I feel absolutely stunning in it! The dress is gorgeous and the fit is perfect. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a dress that makes them feel amazing.
Chinese site of oriental dresses not at all consistent with the photos. Size very very large. Delivery times are not respected at all. I had made arrangements to order my dress a month in advance for my event and it arrived well after the event. The package took a long time to ship and when it did it got stuck somewhere in Asia for a super long time. The pompom is that the return policy is ridiculously pathetic because you only have 7 days to request receipt of the return and refund procedure. Knowing that they take the liberty of sending you your package whenever they want, however when it comes to after-sales service and refunds, it's up to you to scramble to do that quickly. Very disapointed. I do not recommend this unreliable site.

Zapaka should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered two dresses for my daughter to choose between for a family wedding the last week of August totaling $285.18. Once the order was placed I never received any updates - no shipping confirmation email, no status updates, NOTHING. The dresses still handle arrived over three weeks later and we are forced to scramble for an alternative at the last minute. When we arrived home from the wedding September 25 the dresses had arrived. I emailed to ask how to return the dresses as we didn't need them and they responded saying the dresses weren't eligible for return because they had been delivered while we were gone and the SEVEN DAY return window had closed. Absolutely abysmal service.

I bought a dress from Zapaka for an upcoming uni ball and while it arrived in time the dress was about 3 sizes too small.
I ordered a size 8 (all my other clothes are 6-8) and I couldn't even start to zip it up.
I took it to a seamstress to let out - it's not worth the hassle to return. The seamstress stated she could not let it out more than two sizes and this dress was certainly more than two sizes too small.
I enquired about an exchange - I didn't even want a refund to be told they couldn't do anything as it's custom.
Nowhere when I ordered did it tell me I was ordering custom. I ordered a standard size and colour from the options listed. This is misleading to the consumer and should be more clearly advertised.
I obviously should have read these reviews before purchasing but hopefully the dispute I've lodged through PayPal will go through and I would encourage anyone going through something similar to do the same.

I have ordered a dress and received the wrong size. They asked me to return it to China spend money on the return in order to proceed the refund. Its ok for them that I had to wait for that dress for a long time and now I have to go through all this. Never ever buy from Zapaka buy from aliexpress. Every single product they sell is from aliexpress with much cheaper price and better costumer support.

Over a week ago, I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to prom. The dress arrived today. IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS!. And now there is no time for ZAPAKA to correct the order. This dress is not wearable. It's horrible looking. The embroidery on it is yarn and not embroidery thread, and it has embroidered words on it. Who would wear such a thing? I have sent two emails and I have yet to hear back from the company. I better get my money back.
The first photo is what we ordered. The second photo is what we got. Even if you blow it up, you can't see the words that are embroidered on this dress. They edited the photo so you can't see the words. No one would wear a dress to prom with embroidered lettering on their dress.

Ordered a dress at the beginning of April. It stated that it would ship within 10-15 days. When it didn't ship within the time frame I contacted them to cancel the order since it wouldn't arrive in time. They only offered to refund the express shipping ($21.99) I paid and not for the dress that never shipped and I never received since it was outside the 120-hour return window. How can you keep the money for a dress you never shipped. Horrible customer service. Am disputing the charge to attempt to get a refund of the full amount. Will never order again. I had seen an ad on Facebook and was very leary to order but took my chances. I was not disappointed! My dresses and shoes are perfect! I couldn't be more satisfied! My order took about two weeks, which I thought would be longer than that due to the covid shortage. Definitely count me in for more orders.
I placed my order and contacted customer service to see if I would get it on time for an event. They were honest and advise that as things are with COVID-19 they could be assure me it would. They gave me the option to cancel but I didn't. I received my order in time. They were professional and communicated fast with me.
Dreadful! I paid for express delivery £16 extra for my order of two 1920s Black and white dresse and accessories to arrive in time for Halloween, didnt arrive in time! Instead I had to order some more dresses from Amazon prime which i think the dresses are of better quality. Extremely disappointed dont bother wasting your money!. Ive requested a refund and still waiting for a response, looking at other reviews im also dreading this process and fuming the fact you have to pay to return your items back to China

We ordered a dress for prom in mid March. The dress is still 'being made'. We asked to cancel the order as the dress will not arrive in time for prom. We were told that since the order is more than 3 days old we can only be refunded the cost of shipping.
Since the dress was not shipped in the time frame we were quoted, I want a full refund. We are not canceling because of anything within our control. The dress advertised was beautiful, but having a dress that can't be worn at the event it was purchased for (because the supplier could not meet the needs as promised) it does us no good.

I wanted a refund on a couple of dresses I purchased, as they were too small. I followed all the instructions given to me by Zapaka, but when the dresses reached the correct destination in China, they were refused and sent back to me. Despite me reaching out to the company several times since, I have heard nothing back from them. I wouldn't use this company again.
My daughter found a prom dresses & we even paid extra for express shipping. She ordered two sizes in case the sizing wasn't true. Dresses came a month later (it was supposed to be 10 days) & when I requested to return them, I found out I had to ship them to CHINA! The cost to ship would be almost as much as the two dresses! I will now keep the dresses and try to sell them somewhere online to recoup some of the cost. I had a gut feeling to avoid ZAPAKA but now it has been confirmed.

I ordered four (4) dresses, intending them to gifts. After ten (10) days had passed i emailed Zapaka requesting an ETA, withiut a response. Tried again and was advised that the Zapaka shipping info was clear about the timeline... it took xyz days to assemble/confirm/package the order and then an additional xyz days for delivery. Then received another email stating that if the products were in a US warehouse i could expect an expedited delivery... which I requested. The dresses came well past the birthdays for which they were intended, so they became Xmas gifts. Lesson learned.
Very satisfied with my purchase exactly what I'm looking for. The dress was gorgeous and arrived exactly as described and pictured. The size fit exactly according to the measurements in the size chart. The dress was to arrive 7 to 15 days from ordering and it arrived on the 8th day. We are very pleased.

I've been trying to process a return and grt a refund for almost a month. First, you have to email them for return instructions. They take forever to respond and try to have you keep the items (offering a discount) to delay providing the instructions. It takes over a week to get all the info, since they ask for pictures of the item rerurned(ridiculous). I returned the item, with tracking (also had to email photo if the tracking). They received the item on 6/5 and as if today, still no refund. Also, the quality of the dress was very poor!
