I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
I absolutely love my new dress! The fabric is high quality and it fits me perfectly. Great purchase!

Loved this dress for our grandson's wedding! Perfect color to go with my white hair! So many compliments!
Dresses are beautiful, just as pictured, and true to size (only 1 was a little tighter then the others I bought). They came fairly quick.
Looked great, fabric was soft and the sizing chart was perfect. Bought it for my daughter's July wedding and wasn't disappointed.

I wish I had read reviews of Zapaka before buying from them because it would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation. I purchased two prom dresses for my niece on March 26. Her prom was April 22, so we thought that we plenty of time to get the dresses. She could wear one for prom and then perhaps keep the other for another event. I still hadn't received a shipping notification by April 11, so I emailed Zapaka customer service and asked then the dresses would shipped. I said that if it looked like I wouldn't get them in time for my niece's prom on April 22, I would prefer to cancel the order. On April 13, a customer service representative responded saying that the dresses were almost ready to ship and they would let me know when they shipped. On April 16, I replied to the customer service representative that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund because the dresses likely would not arrive in time for my niece's prom and we had to get something else locally to make sure she had a dress to wear. I sent follow up emails on April 19 and April 20. My niece's prom was April 22 and we had to spend $140 to get a last minute dress altered for her. A customer service representative from Zapaka finally got back to me on April 23, offering my a 10% refund or a 15% off coupon if I did not cancel my order. I immediately responded, reiterating my request to cancel my order and get a full refund. No response. Then, on April 26, the same customer service representative sent me an email saying that she could not cancel my order because the items had shipped. Meanwhile, the Shop app did not indicate they had shipped and a day later it still does not indicate they have shipped. I obviously don't want the dresses now and they clearly wanted me to receive the dresses and then not have the time or inclination to go through their horrific return process (which I just reviewed!). I have spent so much time dealing with this shady company when all I wanted to do was make my niece happy on her prom day. I wish I had checked online reviews, including those on the Better Business Bureau website, before placing an order with this company. It would have saved me a lot of pain and aggravation!

I attached both copies of the two orders under photos in this review.
I received two suits this week, one for my husband and one for my son and they were both much smaller than what a usual large and x-large normally are. We received the items on 04/12/2023 from DHL delivery service and I followed the directions of initiating a return on the same day. I have emailed this address for both order number ZAPAKAUS******* and ZAPAKAUS******* and haven't heard back from anyone. I have also sent a two messages through Whatsapp and haven't heard anything. I also tried to call the *******067 and you can't get anyone, nor can you leave a message. Your instructions say you have to initiate a return request within 7 business days after receiving the package and that's what I've done, but no one is responding to my request. Here are your instructions on your website, that you aren't following yourself as a company; I will be disputing these charges through my credit card company and reporting you to the BBB:
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. You can contact us at Whatsapp or phone number *******067, or send email to our *******@zapaka.com.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. Write your order number on the package, like ZAPAKAUS0001 to make your package be recognized easily, so we can solve your problem as soon as possible.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original way you paid for the order. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
* Please note that all the returns, customers need to pay for the cost of shipment.

Zapaka does not have a warehouse in the U.S. The address listed on their site is a different company as shown in the photos. They are actually based in China. They spitefully sent me a shipment after I requested a cancellation knowing it would arrive after my wedding.
I had to place an order for a wedding dress and matron of honor dress later than planned because an Etsy seller stopped responding to messages about the order that was supposed to have been shipped. I had faith in Zapaka because their warehouse is in Durham, which is near where I live. Worst case scenario, I could drive there to pick it up.
I placed the order on April 18th with expedited shipping since my wedding was on May 21st. I emailed Zapaka's customer service and was told by Polly Song that an order would arrive via expedited shipping between May 2nd & May 9th and I would be notified once shipped. On May 5th, I email Polly to check on the status of the order and don't hear back until 7 days later and am told they will notify me of shipping but gave no time frame.
I call the customer service phone number to check in again and there's no answer and no way to leave a message. I go to the warehouse address on their website and it's a completely different business called Restore Pro Reconstruction as shown in the photos. I walk inside the building and ask an employee about the Zapaka clothing warehouse and they have never heard of them. I then find out the Zapaka is in China.
On May 6th, I ask for the orders to be cancelled and was told on May 19th the request would be forwarded to the appropriate department. They ignore my request and spitefully send it on May 21st, knowing full well it would arrive after the wedding which ironically was on May 21st.
They have since removed the warehouse address from the website but I've included a screenshot. It is fraudulent to lie about the warehouse location, send a shipment 3-4 weeks after it was supposed to go out, and spitefully ship after I requested a cancelation and it knowing it would arrive after the wedding. Do not order form this dishonest and unethical company.

Zapaka dishonestly claims they have a warehouse in Durham, NC. It is actually in China.

Do not order from this company! I should have read more reviews before purchasing and now I'm stuck in this horrible situation. Unless you plan to deal with sketchy customer service and wait 1 month + for your order do not order from this site. They are from China and very misleading. I ordered a dress with expedited shipping (additional $30) on May 25th 2022 and Polly Song from customer service has just said the order won't be dispatched until June 10th and I need the dress for June 20th. This company is absolutely ridiculous and they are clearly full of lies in regards to their shipping. I did not order custom sizing I ordered a standard us 6 so I'm not sure why they don't advertise "made to order" for every single size including standard sizing because these standard dresses are not ready to ship. I already paid for expedited shipping so why is Polly Song telling me: "We will notify our relevant department staff to expedite your order. To determine if you can meet your requested date". The relevant department should have been notified when I PAID for the order initially, why do I have ask to expedite my order ESPECIALLY when I paid for this service already? Polly Song also said, "Your package will be dispatched around June 10, and it will take 4-7 working days to ship". Do they really expect a package from China to arrive before June 20th to Toronto, Canada if it was dispatched on June 10th? 7 business days from June 10th is June 21st. I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund none of this 20%, 50% nonsense. How are we as customers supposed to trust this horrible company especially when they take 24+ hours to respond to inquiries and lie about shipping dates. I have no faith in this company and you shouldn't either. Polly Song is definitely lying in our emails to save the face of the company. I cannot continue to believe that this order will arrive before my prom date of June 20th. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please don't waste your time and money with this company. I can't believe I fell for this scam I am so sad I won't have the prom dress I wanted. ORDER ZAPAKACA8039.
