I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
I ordered a dress on April 23rd and was guaranteed 3-5 day delivery. On April 29th the item had not shipped and was past the guaranteed delivery day. On April 29th I emailed the refund department and requested the item not be shipped and that I expected a full refund. I no longer had a use for the dress because the event had passed now. Since then I have 11 different emails asking me to reconsider and that the sent the item anyway. The item wasn't shipped until May 9th. They had 10 days to cancel the order and stop the shipment. I have refused delivery and the company is still giving me the run around about my refund. I have no respect for this kind of business. I would not buy anything from this site unless you want a headache and to lose money.

This is a China based company, all they do is take your money and send you nothing. I bought 2 dresses for prom on April 25th and until today I have not receive anything and they refuse to refund my money.
My mistake is paying through PayPal, again this is a Chinese company as well and will not refund my money. I am now desputing the charge through my bank but its not easy, becuse I paid throug pay pal and not a credit card. Buyer be aware! This Company will keep your money!

She gave me such a run around, she never told me I would receive the dress I ordered. This is a true review save yourself the frustration and the aggravation l went through.

Honestly they blew my mind away I was scared but I ordered the dress on Friday 3/17/23 and didn't receive any email for my order but the next day I received a text notification letting me know my package was shipped. Much like all other reviews, the dress arrived (it was ok but didn't fit) so I emailed the company as the return policy states. They immediately responded and said I needed to provide pictures of the dress before they'd give return instructions. I provided pictures and return reasoning 3x plus I called the phony number…and nothing. They clearly make returns impossible. I wish I spent my money on a reputable company.
