I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
I bought shoes labeled as 40/US9, THEY DIDN'T FIT SOMEONE WITH VERY NARROW SIZE 7 FEET... I tried to return, and instead of getting the $55 I paid for them, the they refused and offered $16 after a month of back and forth to even get that. It took over a month to receive my merchandise, everything for super small... I figured I could find people to fit the clothing though so I didn't argue with them about those... But the shoes were a complete waste, unwearable, cheap, and very oddly shaped/sized. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CRAP!

HORRIBLE company that will not pay for their mistakes. I ordered a US4 for my daughter's prom and they sent a size 20 which equates to a US16. I did not realize this company was in China. They show a US address in North Carolina (abandoned bldg.) and a US phone number which I have called and is out of service. I was handed my package from the courier and I opened it immediately. Within minutes of receiving the wrong size, I emailed them. Their response was that it was past the 7 day return policy within receipt of the product so there was nothing they could do. That is obviously a canned response to anyone who contacts them. I have emailed them every single day since and they have ghosted me. No response and no admittance of error on their side. I have my emailed receipt from them clearly showing that I ordered a US4. Now it looks like I'm stuck with a very large dress and they are keeping my money. This company does just enough under the radar to steal your money. Their site should be taken down.

I purchased 2 dresses from Zapaka for my daughter's graduation. Before purchasing, I read return policy. They accept returns…phew! Because you never know how things will fit.
I made my purchase through PayPal. Then I waited. I did not receive an order number or any emails updating my order status (I had no idea when or if my items shipped).
Running short on time, I purchased a dress elsewhere, thinking "I'll return the dresses if they ever arrive."
They arrived. No invoice or packing slip. No information on returns. Emailed customer service and they told me I had to wait until after 7 days from delivery. WRONG. Their website states returns must be initiated WITHIN 7 days.
My package has a return address of New York. HOWEVER, I was instructed to ship the items to China at my own expense. They know it's not worth it to ship it back, so their customers get stuck with items and Zapaka keeps ALL their money. They offered 10% refund. Really?! I'll throw these horrible, low quality items in the trash before I ship them back for $30 or accept a $6 refund.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU ARE STUCK WITH ITEMS WITH NO RECOURSE.

Do not plan on returns. They do NOT fully disclose on their site that you have to pay to ship items to China for a refund.

I ordered 2 dresses from Zapaka that didn't fit and when I asked to return them, they informed me that I would need to send them back to a China address and pay for shipping out of my own pocket. (almost the price of the dress) Their website is misleading with a UK address. No return label was provided, they asked me to provide them the following information: (shouldn't they have all this info?)
- Quantity of each item
- Photo of the products you sent back
- Photo of the shipping label on the package (we) ZAPAKA sent to you
- Photo of the shipping label on the package you sent to (us) ZAPAKA
On the BBB website, there were 44 bad reviews of this company, people never receiving refunds or the items they ordered. I wish I had read them before I ordered the dresses. Don't use this company. It's a scam.

I received the dress on 3/24 and it didn't fit. I sent an email the same day asking for the return instructions and received an email apologizing but no returning instructions. After emailing them 5 times, they stop responding. Also, the phone number that shows on their website doesn't work. THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM! I ordered 3 dresses and a petticoat for a 50s themed party. I paid almost $50 for expedited shipping. They arrived on Jan 16th. I tried on the dresses and found only one that fit well - sizes were inconsistent. The others were too small in the top, the petticoat too large and scratchy. On all of their marketing materials and website this company claims to have "EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE." Given that advertising across the top of their webpage, I assumed I had time to offer the dresses to a friend to try on (she is attending the same party). They were too small for her as well. I reached out to this company via email on 1/25 asking them to provide a return label for the items. I was thanked for "reaching out" LOL and then informed that their return policy required me to give them notification of my return within 7 days of receiving the items. I guess my 9 days was just too much for them to deal with... UNBELIEVABLE. I responded and asked them how they can call that "easy." They won't budge...stating they "sincerely apologize for the inconvenience" but they are "just strictly following our store protocol and return policy." Not only will they not let me return them, even if I did, I can see now I would've had to pay for return shipping. Why would anyone even bother ordering from this company? Truly not worth the additional expense to get it to you within a reasonable period and definitely not worth the drama, hoops, and headache if you need to return anything.

I ordered two dresses, nothing too fancy. It took almost a month for them to ship. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if customer service had been honest about the timeline when I contacted them after more than a week. I was out of town for two weeks when they finally shipped and had to arrange for packages to be held at the post office. I really don't like being lied to. It gets worse. When they finally shipped to me, they sent the wrong size. I initiated the exchange or return process and Zapaka stated I was responsible for paying the shipping for the exchange, international shipping to China. It gets better. It's not a guaranteed exchange or return. They will inspect this dress I tried on once to determine if it is in good enough condition for an exchange/return. I responded that it was Zapaka's mistake and they needed to take responsibility for paying for the return shipping; if they had sent the correct size to start I wouldn't need to send it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY without considering that you may end up stuck with a product you didn't order without any means to fix the situation without spending more money. Their customer service is terrible.

Their timelines for shipping are a complete lie, and Polly Song will lie to you repeatedly about when it will actually ship. Seems like her desperate attempt to keep customers happy, instead of just being truthful. Expect your order will arrive when it arrives. Don't order for special occasions, etc. Their return policies are absurd. See my review. No US distributer, so you'll be paying international shipping for exchanges/returns

I ordered a dress and underskirt, first I never received a confirmation email so I had to contact them for one. When they arrived they did not fit so I tried returning them. The person, Polly, who helped me just told me to follow their return policy on their website, but it does not give a return mailing address anywhere. I was told to mail it to the return address listed on the printed sales slip that came with the dress. I did exactly that, my UPS tracking number says it was received, but no action on refunding me was taken. I understand it is their policy that I won't be reimbursed for shipping, but once I reached out after two weeks of hearing nothing, the customer service rep says they have not received it, and I should have contacted them in a timely manner for an address, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. They even told me that I must have contacted a third party who misled me. They told me this in the SAME EMAIL CHAIN they had been using to communicate with me all along. I had no problem with the product other than it was three sizes too small, but I would have bought another size had this return process not been so terrible. The $95 (including the cost to ship back) is all the customer support they will ever get from me.

Their policy says should you need to return an item, you need to pay for shipping it back to the company, AND they will not reimburse you for the initial shipping cost to send the product. I never got any of my money back, and my UPS tracking verified they received my returned clothes.
