I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
It's very nice material and feels very stretchy! Very easy to put on and take off! Definitely a good fit!

In preparation for my sisters 50th birthday I placed 2 separate orders for a total of 4 dresses, 2 pairs of shoes and 4 petticoats 7 weeks before they were going to be needed. I meticulously measured, to ensure I ordered the correct sizing and ensure the dresses would fit when they arrived. Upon ordering, I as promptly charged but only received confirmation, by email and text, for one of the orders. Luckily I had written down the information prior to exiting the site for the other order. I waited a day and when no additional confirmations came, I called. I also tried the chat feature but that was a clear joke because I didn't have a confirmation number. It took well over an hour and a half to get someone and then for them to locate my order and "assure" me everything was fine. Roughly 2 weeks prior to the party I had not received any notification that my order was being worked on or on its way or anything. Knowing it was coming from China that seemed concerning and I called again. After an hour or so on hold, I was only told that the dresses are made to order and their was a slight delay but to rest assured they would be on their way soon. The very next day I received confirmation that my orders were on the way and would be delivered 4 days after the party. I reached out again, and was told I couldn't cancel now because they had already shipped and I would have to wait to complete a return once I received them. I had to order other dresses and shoes and petticoats from someone else and was angry when these orders appeared in my mail a few days before. We tried in all of the dresses and found that only 1 actually fit. I read their return policy and was again enraged. I was essentially guaranteed to never get a refund. I did everything that was asked and still can't find a mail service that can ship to the return address that was provided. What a scam! The only response I have received since my last message to them that I can't send these things back (which you have to do to get a full refund) was that they could process a partial refund of 20%. Just don't do it. Find any other company with similar dresses that I am certain will be better quality and may actually fit.

I ordered a dress (for $324) for a black tie event I have coming up. Normally I'm an AU24, but their size chart indicated my measurements would be an AU32. I thought this was strange, but followed their suggestion and bought the 32. The dress didn't even come close to zipping up. At best, I would say it is an AU18.
It's horrible that these websites are essentially lying about the size of their clothing in order to make it appear that they have an extended size range. Trying to find a formal dress has been a really stressful experience as a plus size person, so to be scammed after finally finding something you like is really disappointing.
The quality was also horrendous - it didn't look anything like the photo on the website. The stitching was a mess, and the boob cups were stiff and sat awkwardly (also didn't go anywhere near covering my bust and were probably a C cup, if that).
Their returns policy makes it obvious this is a drop shipping company - only a 7 day window and you have to email/WhatsApp them to get instructions for returns rather than having an easy application process like actual legitimate websites.
I sent several messages on WhatsApp with no reply within the 7 day window, and when I started emailing outside of this window they finally replied to tell me they could not process the return. I replied and asked for them to make an exception given I had been trying to contact them within the 7 day window, and because the product was not what I ordered, and they have not replied.
Do not buy from this website! It is a scam. They send you faulty products with misleading size guides and charge you ridiculous prices for cheap, low quality dresses. I've bought nicer dresses from Shein, and their sizing is accurate.
