I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
Placed an order 1/31/2024 (ORDER ZAPAKAUS*******) and have emailed their service team (*******@zapaka.com) with no response. Also called the number that is tied to the credit card charge which occurred 2/1/2024 and got a voicemail of which a message waso left.
Still no response on my order update request.

Placed order, received no emailed order confirmation. So right off the bat, I have no order #. Received gowns quickly, they are beautiful but didn't fit. They also came from a Chinese address w/ no packing slip. Emailed Zapaka three times to initiate a return (twice via regular email, once via Contact Us form on website), but never got a response. With a limited return window, there's a real sense of urgency in getting these dresses back. I am guessing that even if they did respond, it would cost more to ship these things back to China than I paid for them. Would never purchase from this company again, and if you purchase from them, you'd better be 100% certain you want to keep the dress.

Don't purchase from Zapaka unless you are 100% that you will keep the dress.

I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).

It's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my order….
Mind you I paid extra $45 for express shipping
4-7 days TWO WEEKS later it still hasn't even left the warehouse!
I keep getting excuses about the time of year, is busy and thank you for your patience….

We will refund you your express shipping fee, however not the entire amount because I didn't cancel my order in a 24 hour period!

We bought a prom dress. It did not fit well, and the quality was not good, with some stitching issues. We asked for a return and as many other customers we could not get reply to from the customer service. We emailed several times, and they will ignore you hoping you will go away. Don't get fooled by the reasonable prices, you get what you paid for and if you need to return – good luck. I am really surprised that they are still in business.

I ordered 2 suits after 3 weeks none had been sent i asked for a refund for 2 weeks leeding up to 3 weeks their response was bad luck due to their policys so i got my bank to refund the transactions. They did send one suit it was very poor quality and un wearable and they wanted me to send it back at my cost after the bank refunded it this is the quality of service you will recieve.

I ordered a dress from Zapaka for my daughters prom. The only reason we purchased this dress is because the website stated US4-US10 sizes were in stock and they would ship within 48 hours. EIGHT DAYS LATER...the dress has still not shipped. I have sent emails, IM's, called the customer service number and I still can't get anyone to tell me why the dress didn't ship and what the status is. Needless to say it will not get here for her prom and based on the additional reviews on this and many other sites I will probably have to small claims court to get my money back. It will be worth the time and effort to make the point. STAY AWAY from ordering from this company...they will take your money and run. My daughter and I were both incredibly disappointed.
PS...here's the order number (Order ZAPAKAUS*******) save your excuses and post the reason your website said it would ship in 48hours and it didn't, the status of the order and tell people why your company can't answer a simple IM, email or phone call.

Bought a lovely frock for a special occasion but it was way too small & obviously not the size it claimed to be (without a size label inside). Sent 6 emails asking to returns & none of them were answered. Direct messaged them from their website - no answer. Messaged their Facebook account & still no answer. They need to learn how to provide a better customer service and upgrade the customer's experience to above $#*!.
After this review, customer service finally contacted me with return address details. Not happy that the dress 2 sizes too small was returned to me as address unknown even though I sent it to the correct return address. It wasn't cheap to return to China and I didn't receive a refund because of that Crap customer service AGAIN... :(

While the price point for a costume dress is great, a return is nearly impossible if it doesn't fit or you simply don't like it. The company responded well via email (I never tried to phone) which was the only positive. They offer a 15% refund only and you keep the dress. The refund of less than $8 basically covered the shipping you pay when ordering. If you want to return for full refund, buyer incurs shipping cost to China that will cost you over $100, which is more than the dress. Lesson learned, order from Amazon where you can return.

Going by their measurements I had to order a size 18 dress. I'm normally a size 12/14 sometimes a 10. When the dress arrived it was far too tight, the wrong colour and for a floor length dress, it was short. Dreadful trouble getting any response from the seller, luckily I paid with PayPal and they came to my rescue. Seller offered a full refund once the dress was returned. Trying to post this dress I was told that it was going to cost ME $45. I only paid $22 to get it. So false advertising does pay for the rip off people. BEWARE
