I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
I ordered a dress that took forever to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong color and a really scratchy cheap material. I returned the dress and followed their fussy instructions, including having a tracking and uploading photos of the package and postage receipt. They have had the dress for 26 days and have not returned my money. They just keep responding in broken English telling me thank you for my patience. RUN from this company...it's a SCAM.

They have false advertising for fast delivery and easy returns.
Delivery was definitely not fast and I am getting the run around on trying to return the dresses that did not arrive in time for my event. Also bought dresses for more than one person and I am told they do not encourage buying multiple in different sizes and is against policy. What?!
Return shipping to China is on you and they try to exhaust you so that you get frustrated and don't even bother sending things back. It's pretty sickening and time consuming.
Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else!

Just don't do it! I wanted to return my order as the dresses were not at all like the images. Turns out their returns are in China and would be $60 and over a month to return. This is not stated anywhere in their site. I spoke to customer service who admitted that the dresses are made to match the photo. The photo is not actually of the dress you are purchasing! Very unhelpful, just kept telling me I was responsible for shipping. Absolutely a scam! Save yourself the money and the headache!

Had a reply later blaming the logistics team only after threatening to report them.A month later I still have not received my order and I am over their bad service and useless apologies. I would choose no starts but alas you can't. After ordering what I know now is a sub par jacket (quality of which was pretty pitiful for almost $200) we were away at the time on its delivery. On arrival home I opened the jacket to find I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them straight away (on messenger and email) with no response for 3 days. After that time I am informed their return allowance time was 7 days so we are not able to return.
This policy sucks! Not only am I stuck with a jacket 4 sizes too small I can only sell it at a quarter of money originally paid.
I would suggest shopping elsewhere where the return policy is at least achievable in our busy lives and you are getting what you pay for. You guys really disappoint.
I will definitely be letting everyone I can know.

Terrible company. My dress never arrived. I waited months because I thought it might be taking a while coming from overseas. Eventually I contacted them and they said they will look into it. I never heard back so I contacted them again. They told me that I had to somehow prove that I never received the product. What a joke. I don't have time to be going around contacting freight companies to try and find certificates to say I never received my package. Very bad company they will scam you.

Ordered a dress they said was in stock and would ship in 48 hours. Not true! After a week and a half, the dress still didn't ship, so it arrived way after my event. Polly from customer service provides no help - just a lot of "sorry" emails that take 3 to 5 days to reply. I sent it back, have proof, but they won't refund me. Now I'm out $150 and don't even have the dress. This is a ripoff site that ships things from Hong Kong, and they know how to run their business so they get away with this stuff.

Shoes were fine, good quality and comfortable, but it was not what was advertised and I needed lower heeled shoes. Not a problem as they advertised returns. Bought the dream dress on line however, despite my equating the size I ordered to the equivalent Australian size I wear, what I received was unwearable. Two sizes too small. No worries I thought, because they guarantee satisfaction if you notify them within 7 days. I did. Every day since I received the dress. I finally got a response on day 3 of emailing and was told they would look into it. The next day photos were requested, duly sent. Now on day 4 of their 100% guarantee of satisfaction or my money returned. Ha! I have been asked to keep the dress but get a 30% discount on my next order. Not likely. Today, day 5 of being unsatisfied, I was advised that I should have let them know earlier. I've given them the customer service rep's name who I've been liaising with for two days. I have never seen anything like this before. Be wary of sizing, particularly if yr Aussie, and take note of my experiences with their customer service.
