I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
Great dresses. Mostly black with tartan inserts. They're a good fit (I ordered a comfy fit rather than a tighter one) and they make me feel good. I liked the side-zipper at the waistline of one dress, and the stretchy material of the other dress. The A-line shape makes for a more flattering silhouette.
I ordered them with over a month before they was needed. They took 2 weeks to confirm the mailing address, but once that was sorted, the dresses arrived promptly from Shanghai to Sydney.

Love my dress. It is very comfortable and it fit PERFECTLY and the price is decent compared to other stores that have similar products. The dress came quicker than expected which was great. I recommend ordering from here.

Beware! They say they will give a refund BUT It is NOT true. Went through all the trouble of sending the dress back to China via FedEx and they refused the delivery. Since they "did not receive" the dress, they are not issuing the refund. If you buy the dress, then plan on keeping it. So now, I'm out of the dress and my money. It was not cheap either, the dress was $180.

Ordered march 20th with 8-12 business days for shipping. We are now on day 17 (business day) and product is still somewhere in another state for the last 10 days. No cooperation, response, anything from the company. The worst customer service I have seen in a long time!

This company is impossible to work with. We were supposed to receive our three dresses We ordered in 6 to 10 business days, and instead it took almost 6 weeks. Luckily we had ordered early enough that that wasn't going to be a problem. The dresses are in fact very beautiful. Two of them did not fit right so I attempted to start a return. It took them days to respond to me and when they did, they would offer me a refund of 10% of the purchase price and to just keep the items instead of shipping back. I obviously wanted to ship back to get a full refund. They said that we were in charge of shipping, and I didn't think much of that. I finally got them to send me the address to send the return to, ans my husband went to ship the items today. It will cost over $500 to ship these two dresses back to China. So now I'm stuck with these two dresses, a loss of about $350 and a lot of wasted time on my hands. This has been one of the most infuriating processes I have gone through.

I would be VERY aware from ordering from this company. The dress ordered arrived 3 days after the event obviously too late to use. When attempting to return the item I had to 'jump thru hoops' to do so. I didn't want to open the package which was sealed from them so as not to compromise the contents and merely return for a refund. BUT, a "Polly Song" listed in the customer service emails insisted on opening the package and taking pictures. So, I reluctantly did, but they kept coming back stating unable to open the pictures?! I even tried calling the customer service number listed which was NEVER answered. They have worn me down so I'm going to donate the dress to an organization that provides dresses for girls unable to afford to purchase their own. DO NOT use these folks if customer service or a return is needed. I guarantee I will sway anyone considering using them far away from them. "BUYER BEWARE"!

The dress fit perfectly the first time. No back and forth over sizing or anything. The high quality of the fabric and stitch work is amazing! I absolutely fell in love with my dress and went back to order more dresses in that style. I can't wait to keep up with their updates in patterns.

Do not buy from this website! They sent the completely wrongly sized dress, had no shipping status and sent the dress a month late, and they didn't send the headband that I ordered with it for an extra $15 dollars. The material is awful and breaks very easily and their dresses are so overpriced. They wrote their store location in as some address in California. That was also a lie. If you search the address, it is some random hardware store. They are based in China and the cost to return the dress is almost as much as it costs. I am forced to keep a flimsy dress that doesn't fit me. This is a scam!

I read numerous reviews on this site before ordering because I had never heard much about them. I wanted to do my research and make sure everything checked out. Ordering from them I was still a little sketched out, rightfully so. I ordered my dress and then a month after it shipped. Now it has been almost two months and the dress is still in China. I have a formal in two weeks and will be unable to wear this dress. I cannot speak to the quality of the dress since I have just simply not seen it.

Just assume you can't return anything. But, If you're willing to send back and forth emails with "Polly Song" (customer service bot), negotiate a 10,15 or 20% refund to keep the product rather than return it, take photos of the product, tracking and shipping numbers, send product back to China for $50+, then go for it! I wasn't about to go through all that BS. I donated the dress I bought to a Prom Dress Drive.

Ive been trying to return a dress on order number ZAPAKAUS******* that I bought for my daughter for a week now. I was dealing with a girl named Polly on the service email and after sending multiple pictures to her showing that there's no tag on the dress nor a size tag (hmm is this dress even new), along with nothing on the packaging that she claimed should show it., She has ghosted me, no response for 2 days now. I want my money back so can someone please give me a USA return address that I can send this dress back and get refunded. Your website claims easy returns, this has not been easy.

This company is a scam when it comes to returns. I returned my items which I didn't know had to go to China only found that out when I told them I had a return. I asked before I ordered and they never said China only said it was a certain amount of days after receiving. They received my package and refuse to refund my money. They are thieves. So many other stores to order from, do not order from here. Zero stars.

I recently bought a dress from Zapaka, and it looks nice on the website, but it didn't look good on me. So, I called the number on their website and no one picks up that line. I filled out the return request on their website and no response there either. I messaged them on email and WhatsApp and waited several days for a standard sorry message to tell me to go to website and fill out the return request. I responded back with all the info they asked for + told them I had already filled out the return web request. Then nothing after that, no response, no address to send back the merchandise, no reply on how much the refund will be and timeframe. They just want your $, and they don't care about customer service. If you buy something from them, don't expect to be able to change your mind or return.

Do not buy from them. Dresses are not lined, merchandise not quality, and service is bad.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU MIGHT RETURN! The dress was nice, but was tight and uncomfortable in the armpits. I thoroughly read the return policy before purchasing. I was aware that I would need to pay return shipping if I wanted to return. The problem is, most companies charge the same price for a return shipping label as they did for the original shipping. I paid $5.88 for shipping when I ordered the dress, so I was expecting to pay that much to return the dress. That is not the case. They do not provide shipping labels at all. They just give you an address and say they will give you a refund once they receive the dress. The company is located in China, so the cheapest shipping option was $27 to return a $43 dress. That is absolutely ridiculous! When I asked customer service about this, they just keep sending me the same email with their address, saying they will refund me once they receive the dress. When I try to call their phone number, it just rings and rings until it disconnects.

Refund policy and customer service is awful!! Do not order if you might want to return.

Our light is very beautiful and of the utmost quality. This product was packaged very well to avoid damage. I do wish white cords were offered. I think we may just not use this as a light, but rather a lantern as I do not like the black cord.

I had to return the dress and then custom measure my daughter because the size 12 was too small. The sales consultant Polly Song was really great, helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. We now have the 2nd dress which fits well. Only grievance is that it cost me $47 to return the first dress! Still got a great dress for under $200.

Tried to return a dress, they have refused to refund me. Spent ££ returning the dress, and they have just sent my (unwanted) dress back to me 8 months later. Dealing with customer service is painful, they just send incoherent emails.

Horrible site. Just DO NOT order from here. They wanted me to pay $32 to send my wrong size dress back for a refund (There sizing charts are NOT accurate and the sent the wrong size dress) and told me to contact the change over faculty when it got to Asia. What?! They where just making it very confusing to send it back so I would keep the dress and not get a refund. And only gave me a 10 percent refund when I payed $70. The dress was also terrible quality. They pretend they are based In Australia when they are based in China! Postage is way overpriced. Corrupt company. DO NOT BUY.
