I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
Very bad customer service and very slow to handle issue, especially on delivery. I never received my order and they don't care, at all.

Zapaka sent me a wrong dress color & they told me to re-order again then send back the wrong dress and that they will refund the whole amount plus the shipping costs which i paid extra for sending back the wrong dress. They promised a refund within 5-10 days on 7th of September and I haven't received my money yet as of today. They aren't even reacting to my messages anymore. They confirmed that they will refund me, why is it so difficult to refund a simple dress?

If I could write less than one star, I would. I purchased what I thought was a beautiful ball gown in June for an event in July, and while it arrived on time, the sizing was inaccurate so I had to return it and ask for a refund—something I might note, was listed as free on their website, but when you read the fine print you realize you won't have your shipping refunded, there or back. It was a task to get them to acknowledge the refund initially in emails, and they tried to talk me out of refunding the item and encouraged me to sell it. I chose to proceed with the refund. This was July. I sent all the necessary materials to them, and was to expect a refund in the 10 days following receipt. Weeks passed. Months passed. Crickets. In November, I decided to email them again. Once again, no response, 4 months later. I was then most heartily displeased, so I followed up a week later. The crickets were louder. Finally, approximately three days ago, I sent a final scathing email. Apparently someone's attention was gotten, because they immediately apologized and processed the refund. Only, of course, for the price of the dress and not for the shipping—which is, again, in the fine print but worth noting. I'm not one to write reviews, but this was the worst, most traumatizing shopping experience of my entire life. DO NOT. I repeat, DO. NOT. PURCHASE. FROM. ZAPAKA. And perhaps, don't buy from anything that doesn't have a storefront in the future.

Its been 42 days and my dress for prom has not arrived. The company keeps saying, "it is in transit" and "thank you for being patient". They have ruined prom. They have no working phone number, no customer service, no ability to help. They take your money and then hold no responsibility to get the products to you. BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered dress for my bday party, they sent me a cancellation email saying my order is been cancelled and will refund my money. When I sent an email to find out why it was canceled no response and a week later they reply saying that that email was an error. Due to their error I had to buy another outfit. They mentioned to provide me a full refund as it was their error but today I got an email that becoz I cancelled my order before 120 hours I m only entitled to refund for shipping cost. I ordered a dress for a summer wedding and it was perfect. The lightweight fabric kept me cool in the heat.
I ordered my dress over 18 days ago and it is still in processing. My prom is tomorrow. I emailed and contacted their live customer service. The reply I got was "it takes 7114 days processing time because it is made to ship, and with standard shipping another 7-10 days." So there are two problems with that. I am well passed 7-14 day processing time, and 2. I selected expedited shipping, (3 day shipping). I later was informed it is peak season for their company. This leaves no excuse for them. They should put on the site for example, if you order between April-May you're shipping and processing may take: (this much longer) due to it being peak season, and orders being in such high demand. If I was made aware of this I guarantee I would not have ordered from here, or I would have ordered it earlier. So at this point in time, I will not be attending prom after I spent a few hundred bucks on makeup, hair pieces, nails, and the dress, a prom ticket, all because the dress will not be here for my prom.

I am absolutely in love with these dresses! The quality is amazing, nice thick material, no loose threads or detailing. Really like that the bow can be moved and sizing is pretty spot on too.

I order a Mermaid Dark Green Long Dress with Appliques beading since 4/23 and paid extra to expedite shipping and my daughter prom is this Wednesday May 10th. I don't understand why I can't speak to a live person or get the correct shipping tracking number. Don't buy from this company, terrible service, they are not based in UK and don't follow cancellation policy…
So, they are pretending they are UK based company, send their goods from Southall UB2 5LF, but finally if you escalate the case through paypal (you can't do independently as they won't respond), they want the items to be return to Chine to address I can't even find on a google map...
They are really conning people for money, all the positive reviews are not genuine.it is obvious they are posting them themselves. Probably amongst many accounts, they are trading under Suzhou Amaya Information Technology Co., Ltd. which also does not exist...very strange, I wonder how they can be stopped. I ordered a dress on April 23rd and was guaranteed 3-5 day delivery. On April 29th the item had not shipped and was past the guaranteed delivery day. On April 29th I emailed the refund department and requested the item not be shipped and that I expected a full refund. I no longer had a use for the dress because the event had passed now. Since then I have 11 different emails asking me to reconsider and that the sent the item anyway. The item wasn't shipped until May 9th. They had 10 days to cancel the order and stop the shipment. I have refused delivery and the company is still giving me the run around about my refund. I have no respect for this kind of business. I would not buy anything from this site unless you want a headache and to lose money.
