I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
Horrible site. Just DO NOT order from here. They wanted me to pay $32 to send my wrong size dress back for a refund (There sizing charts are NOT accurate and the sent the wrong size dress) and told me to contact the change over faculty when it got to Asia. What?! They where just making it very confusing to send it back so I would keep the dress and not get a refund. And only gave me a 10 percent refund when I payed $70. The dress was also terrible quality. They pretend they are based In Australia when they are based in China! Postage is way overpriced. Corrupt company. DO NOT BUY.
I got this dress for my formal party. It's absolutely stunning! Quality material, made to perfection, it's just an all around gorgeous dress. What is shown is genuinely what you get. Love, love, loooove!
My order number is ZAPAKAUS*******. I still haven't received any confirmation that my order will be coming. I still don't know if it will be shipped anytime soon. On their website, it says that it should take 6-10 days to ship and it's been longer than that and I still haven't heard back from them. I have emailed multiple times and they still haven't gotten back to me. It sucks because I'm trying to get this dress on time for my prom which is in a few weeks.

I ordered my dress and didn't receive a confirmation email or anything. It should be shipped soon, but based on these reviews I'm not sure if it will be shipped when it's supposed to or if it will even be delivered at all. I tried emailing as well as sending a message through the site but I was met with no response. My order is ZUPAKAUS*******. My prom is coming up soon and my dress still hasn't shipped even though I selected and payed for the expedited shipping.

09.08 zapaka received my return. 18.08 after few e-mails they confirmed money transfer but today (29.08) i am still waiting. I lost 168 EUR and cost of returning to China.

I ordered twice from this website. First time I ordered 3 dresses. I received 2,1 that I had ordered the other was a random dress. When I emailed the customer service I was told to take it up with the freight company even though it was a packing issue when they picked my order? I thought I would give them a second chance and ordered 2 dresses. I was sent an email saying one was not in stock despite it saying in stock on the website and that it would be refunded. Refund was received. The other dress from that order just arrived. Is a very poor representation to the photo on the website. After twice bitten, don't bother.

I recently bought a dress off this site and as I am based in Australia, I understand it will take time to arrive BUT I never received a conformation email. Checking my transactions I definitely did pay for this dress as at first thought the transaction didn't go through. I have purchased a dress 3 weeks ago with the ZAPAKADE******* order number and the quality is completely different than the picture in their website. Since days I have been trying to reach them out by calling and mailing to carry the return&refund process out, so far nobody answered to any of my emails nor my calls. Yet they promise answering in 24h answer in their website!
I am so regret and frusturated. I have never had such an bad experience from any website before. I will file a law suit and encourage other customers who have similar experiences to do so!
Dont let these people to earn money out of lies and tricks!

I bought this dress for my prom, and it's absolutely stunning! It took exactly a month to arrive, including processing and shipping. It took quite a while to process, and I was worried it wouldn't be here on time but once processing was complete, it was shipped in a week! I would definitely recommend custom fit, I'm very tall so that was the best option for me, and it's not massively expensive. The quality isn't awful, it's no designer brand, but it's very good for the money. I would also say that the dress has a slight pink undertone to it, but I had no problem with that. Unfortunately my prom has been cancelled, so I won't actually be able to wear this stunning dress for prom, but I had a nice experience with this company and would definitely recommend it for buying dresses - just make sure to order the dress at least 1 or 2 months in advance for your event.

Six weeks later, no dress and no f*cks given. Wish I had never used them, waste of $100. Zapaka are washing their hands of it and the courier company just tells me to go back to Zapaka for assistance. Not helpful at all. Buyer beware

The item you think you are ordering is not the real thing. The photos are from another catalog. Probably women in a sweat shop in China sew something they try to pass off as a duplicate to what you thought you ordered.
As others have said, this company takes your money and it would cost you more to return it to China.
This company needs to be reported to the U.S. government and banned from doing business with America.
Noracora is another Chinese clothing company that runs the same scam.
Bed bugs, SARS, Covid 19 and scams like this is every reason not to trust anything from China.

I wanted to return a dress I purchased because it was too big. It took me over 2 weeks for someone to finally tell me how to return the dress and then they informed me it had to be returned to a "China" address. Be aware about the return policy, it does not indicate that it would need to be returned outside of the United States anywhere on their website.

My daughter ordered a dress from this store. It did not fit. Zapaka claims they will refund your money, but they do not. The website promises a full refund, but is vague about how to receive it. I sent 10 emails asking where to return the dress. I received occasional responses, asking me to send a picture of the dress (which I did), reminding me that they would not pay my shipping, and finally begging me to keep the dress at a discount, but never disclosing the address for returns. Finally I sent the dress back to the return address on the package and Zapaka wrote to say I'd sent it to the wrong place and there'd be no refund.

Placed my order for my prom dress April 14 and did fast shipping. Have tried contacting them and they don't respond. Haven't even gotten a shipping number or telling me hey here's how the dress is coming along and no one answers phones to talk to someone. I ordered a prom dress. It arrived with a hole in it. They make you jump through multiple hoops for the refund process. I returned the dress and they were supposed to send me a replacement, instead they charged my credit card again. I canceled the order and they shipped it anyway. I am still out $196.41 plus over $100 in shipping fees to return it again. I have filed a legal complaint but STAY AWAY from this website. Also, they say they are in the US and they are not, the dresses come from China.

I took the risk ordering from this rando site and I regret it. I ordered a bridesmaid dress and the bra was all the way up to my collar bone and very poor quality. I went to return it outside the 7 day return window and no flexibility was offered by customer service, even though I explained that I had ordered multiple bridesmaid dresses and 7 days was not enough time to make a decision. I was refused an escalation to a manager. Do not order from here!

This website is an absolute scam, and I cannot believe I fell for it! Please do some research before you purchase from websites you are not familiar with. I ordered on the 20th and my order still has yet to even be processed. I reached out an asked for a cancelation of my order and a FULL refund, and if they do not I will go to the Better Business Bureau with a complaint. They send items out to influencers and bloggers to get praise and positive reviews, but then never ships items to normal customers. The fact that I have to post on this website to warn others about this predatory website is absurd. Don't make the same mistake as me, no matter how perfect the dresses may seem, it doesn't matter because it will never actually show up.
