I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).
I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.
Ordered from the 'Australian' ZAPAKA website, took a week before I even got a confirmation email and tracking number, once I did I noticed my items were actually coming from China. I ordered in plenty of time to receive my items for my party, well the party has been and I'm still waiting, it's been 3 weeks, I've emailed 4 times, I've Facebook messaged asking for a refund as I can't even use the dress anymore, they are the most difficult company I've EVER had to deal with. They're offering me a 10% partial refund. $9. I spent almost $100 with nothing to show. They are a TOTAL scam and will never ever shop or recommend anyone buy from here, they are thieves. They will take your money and not come through with anything. TERRIBLE.

Tyw tracking number is USELESS. The package never attempted bed to the USA so there is nothing for USPS to track. I am out $250 and two prom dresses. We did Rent the Runway which was perfect.

Ordered a dress for my daughter, it arrived while we where traveling for Christmas (arrived December 28th) I contacted them on Jan 7th to exchange the dress because it doesn't fit and they will not accept the exchange because it's been over 7 days. The dress came earlier than expected, and now I'm being penalized because I was not home. Tags are on and I wanted to exchange it not get a refund.
7 days is super insane, especially over a holiday when the dress arrived earlier than expected so I was not home.
I will NEVER order here again, save your money for a place that has better customer service.

I ordered an item last week, they wouldn't send me a confirmation email or receipt. They wouldn't provide me with an estimated delivery date. I asked to cancel the order, they said they would not refund me my $250. No item, no confirmation, no refund. This is SCAM!

I successfully ordered dresses from Zapaka twice and was fairly satisfied. The 3rd time I did not receive my order. I contacted customer service and was notified that once the order left their facility, they were no longer responsible. I have no way of contacting the shipping company and have therefore thrown my money away as I'm left with no order. I will not order from them again!

I was scammed out of my refund on my dress, that I initiated within 24 hours. The customer service was terrible. I followed the return policy and they agreed to let me return the dress after receiving pictures, and then changed the return address on me after I had already spent $15 to return the dress. They REFUSED to help me. Would only offer a 20% refund, even though I returned the dress within 48 hours. I spent weeks trying to get my money back, and they just didn't care. It's a total scam of a company. Polly wouldn't even answer any of my questions and clearly didn't care about the consumer. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I will never purchase from here again, I ordered on the 14th, I have requested a refund as I have yet to receive my item, the tracking number they provide is fraudulent. They are not in Australia. They are in CHINA. There website I purchased from said Australia, this is a lie. Polly there service representative is unhelpful and avoids my questions only to answer with crap and more lies. I have asked for contact numbers. Got nothing. I want a refund. Nothing. I asked for true tracking number. Nothing. I've called delivery companies she said had my parcel, FedEx Hermes, aramex all have nothing with the tracking number they provide. Ordered a prom dress - and it didn't fit. We started the return process well over a month ago. I have done everything they requested and spend $60 plus to return the dress. I was sent an email over 10 days ago that the refund was issued and it has not been. They keep trying to blame the bank. Its not the bank. I wouldn't even both with the return but the dress was expensive. BEWARE!

I have never ordered a dress online and tbh I was rly skeptical about ordering off this website but I took a risk and it actually came! Fits like a gem and looks just like the picture. Reviewing my previous review: I first received the wrong item and had to send it back which is of course quite pricey from NZ to China. Although I had opted to have the item exchanged they reimbursed the full price including the original shipping costs for delivering the dress to me. I wasn't quite happy with being stuck with the cost of shipping the item back and when I posted a negative review, they immediately contacted me and put it right by reimbursing the shipping costs to me. They then also explained that the dress is no longer manufactured, hence the desired exchange hadn't been possible. I am happy with this solution - although I would have loved to get the dress I ordered because I really liked the material and it was well sewn and true to size.

This review is gonna be one of the worst that I have ever written. (My order number is ZAPAKAAU*******)
The fabric of the dress is really low quality, the colors are different from the picture, the fringe are light pink and the dress is champagne, and when I opened was already losing some fringes.
I already sent 2 email and one text on Whatsapp because I want to return the dress but no one has answered me yet.
This is really annoying and disappointing, I hope someone gonna answer to my emails ASAP, because I'll keep going to text them.
I added some pictures but it is difficult to demonstrate a bad quality of the fabric with a photo.

This experience has been the worst! I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom 4/5/23 early enough to receive and alter if needed. I heard nothing until I reached out asking for an update on 4/18/23 I was told the dress was preparing to ship. On 4/25/23 they tried to say my order was delivered but then on 4/27/23 they informed me that my dress wasn't even handed over to USPS. I had to purchase a second dress for my daughter as this dress was not going to arrive on time. The dress finally arrived on 5/1/23 which was to late to get it. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
I would give it a -3 negative rating, if possible. The products were of extremely poor quality. I ordered the size I always wear, and one dress was too small and two were a foot to long (at the least.)
I had to leave town for a family emergency and contacted them the day I returned to return the dresses, they said it was past 7 days (4 days over) so it was not possible.
Now I'm stuck with three cheap quality dresses and still need to find a dress that's suitable for a wedding. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

I had this vision that l should wear a beautiful burgundy velvet dress for my birthday party being a voluptuous 20 + this is not as easy as it sounds.
I found the perfect dress and stunning 1920s shawl on ZAPAKA. Six weeks to the party. The dress and shawl were reasonably priced and no extra postage. After a few weeks l was concerned how long it would take. I sent an email which was promptly responded to along with tracking number ( which had been sent before) l was able to follow my parcel journey from Beijing to Mackay QLD Australia which was fascinating and amazing in its slelf.
My parcel arrived in a timely manner, it was packaged professionally and wasn't crumpled at all. The dress and shawl are of high quality and look just as they looked on site. The sizing was good and fitted perfectly. My perfect party dress

I made an order. I waited for my package mistakes were made with the USPS. They delivered the package to the wrong apartment. I was in contact with Zapaka and the USPS. The USPS apologized with an email insisting me to contact Zapaka for a refund. I was in contact with Zapaka they were speedy on responding when I hadn't had news from the USPS. But as soon as I forward the email from the USPS and asking for a refund they stopped responding. I understand it wasn't a mistake they made but it wasn't mine either. The only one loosing here was me. They had to have refunded me the money back since it wasn't my fault either. Horrible

I ordered a dress and hat from ZAPAKA and received it very quickly! I was hesitant at first, thinking it might be a scam, but I did get them. The only issue was the dress had many loose strings on the decals that I had to cut off.

I ordered expedited shipping for an extra $20 so it would get here in time for my prom. It was supposed to take 3-5 days but it's been 10. Now I won't have it for my prom. I sent 3 emails that they didn't respond to, called countless times but was met with voicemail that was full. I used their live chat and all they said was they could give me a 10% refund.
