I am absolutely satisfied with my dress. It's perfect and looks much better quality than you'd expect for the price. But beware: the delivery time was 2 months for me, although the website only says a delivery time of about 1 month. The customer service is buildable as they can't give you proper information about the processing and delivery times and always just answer the same thing. But the dress arrived, so I'm very happy :).

I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.

I ordered two beautiful dresses for my daughter. Neither one fit so I had to return them. I was worried because they came from Hong Kong. They walked through each step and they were so helpful. I received my refund in 5 business day. Very pleased!

I ordered from them a few weeks back thinking this would be a UK made product since they didn't state it was from China. I was surprised to see that the order was not dispatched until about 5 days later. Then I saw it was shipped from China.
Since it was already shipping, I couldn't cancel. When it arrived, I tried refunding only for me to discover it has to be returned to China. It would cost £65 for a £150 product to post.
I emailed them and all they could say was either I return it and incur the cost, or they offer me 20% refund. Considering the suit didn't fit, it is absolutely useless to me.
Due to the difference in measurement with China, I try and avoid products from there as I have been burnt too many times.
They are totally unhelpful and I would shop with them again even if my life depended on it.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know their products are prepared and shipped internationally. So if you have any reservations, you can make better decisions

I ordered 3 bathing suits and 2 tops for my grand daughter and all items were cute, well made and good quality. I was pleasantly surprised after reading others reviews of what a good experience I had, tracking didn't update very often but all items received in 2 weeks.

I ordered 2 dresses because I couldn't decide on what color I wanted and would have preferred to see them in person. Website indicated "easy returns." Only one dress was delivered. I contacted customer service and realized it came from China. They confirmed that I did only get one dress but required me to send a picture of what I received.? The gray dress was snagged in several spots. I finally received the pink dress and the color looked dingy. It didn't even look brand new. I requested a return. The customer service person indicated I'd have to return it to China. I'd do better trying to sell them. Even if it's a garage sale. Don't buy from this company. I have never had to take pictures of items to send to customer service just to return items. Unless they were damaged.

This website is absolutely a waste of time and money! 14 day policy to return…FAKE! First take pictures of the dresses (that don't fit right) then go to UPS to find out it costs 200 dollars to return (almost more than the two dresses) She said I'll offer you 15 percent off than it was 20 percent off! This is how they rip you off and make their money! Don't buy!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming and it took forever. When it did arrive well past the time line I was given for deliver, it did not fit and I had no time to return it. It took forever for anyone to respond, I had to email twice each time to even get a response and now they want to tell me that I have to pay for the shipping and restocking, because under the return policy, it states that there is processing time (the same amount of time as the delivery), which if I would have known I would have never ordered the dress. Nothing they will do and they only have a 7 day return policy, but do not respond to you. Terrible customer service, do not buy from them.

Ordered 2 dresses for an event S
& M as unsure of sizing.Items took too long to come- placed order 16th November and arrived 9th December- by which time I was on holiday. On return emailed company to advise need to return they point blank refused as I didn't notify with 7 days. -As for product- the material used is very thing so you would be unable to wear anything under them. Unprofessional company to deal with

Tip for consumers:
if you want good quality products- don’t bother using this company. Allow at least a month for any item ordered to be delivered.
And if your unsatisfied with product when received notify them immediately

Update on previous review entries. I have finally received a partial refund after two and a half months of sending multiple emails weekly, with very little communication from Zappaka. I have still not been refunded for all the dresses, they must just hope you get tired of trying to reach them, which trust me you will if you order a dress from here. Save yourself and shop local because these dresses ship from China, and take several weeks to arrive. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Well crafted and great quality pendant light. Very lightweight and easy to install, even if doing alone. Looks amazing over dining room table or as a set over the kitchen island. Super good price too, Highly Recommend lamppo's light.

Just like most of the reviews. I haven't received my order. I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping and still nothing. I've tried emailing them. Calling them. Doing everything and still nothing. I spent 168 dollars on this dress that I didn't even get to wear. They keep saying no order number is available in their replies so im adding mine. ZPKSA4449

Do NOT order from Zapaka! It took 4 emails with customer service (me asking for updates since it had been 3 weeks and I hadn't received any shipping notification) and over a month to get my purchase in hand. When the item arrived it was the wrong color and the dress is cheaply constructed.

This company is a scam. Their website is beautiful and they promise delivery, however, MONTHS later and the dress still has not arrived---even though I paid for expedited shipping. I started inquiring several days after my order for a shipping confirmation and they were responsive with empty promises nearly every other day until the "refund" date had passed. Then they began telling me that I would not receive a refund "per the clearly written policy". They did however offer to refund the $35 expedited shipping (which they clearly were not planning to use) to cancel the order but would not refund me one penny for the actual dress. They wanted to refund me $35 for a $150 dress. After MANY more emails they sent me a "USPS tracking number" that only gets me a "label has been created but is not in the system" notification. Still waiting... prom was WEEKS ago!

Tip for consumers:

Helped order dress for family member. Took measurements which equalled a Large on their size chart. Dress are sized by numbers so selected AU14 as this best matched Large. With express shipping. No email confirmation. No tracking info. I followed up for this info & dress arrived the next day. No tags on dress but dress bag is marked US10 (which should be an AU14) however its small. I would size up. 7 emails later I got a reply and offer to refund. Dress is lovely and happy with quality. Just terrible to communication with if sizing is not right.

If you purchase a dress from this website and need to return it, be prepared to pay shipping costs to China. Nowhere on their website do they state that all returns have to go to China. The shipping costs will be more than anything you purchase on their site. This is unethical business practice and they need to be reported.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away unless you want to pay shipping costs to China on a return.

Despite paying for expedited shipping, order came a month after the event we ordered for. Jump through endless ridiculous hoops to return UNOPENED package and even though they received it, the refused to refund. Awful company

We were a bit nervous to be honest. We didn't think our dress would come in on time as the web site said 2 weeks & the dress came 1month in a half later, however, it did finally arrive & is beautiful. My daughter loves it! We were not only happy that it looked exactly as the picture, we appreciated a call from an actual person after I sent an email. I was met with respect & professionalism. That is hard to find. I received several dresses in small, one of which is labelled small but is a good inch smaller than the others. After weeks of nagging they claim to have refunded me two weeks ago. They haven't and are continuing to be avoidant. Don't buy from here!

"Highly recommended. I've ordered from Zapaka a few times in the past and have always received satisfactory service. I promptly got whatever cute clothes I ordered. Everything also seemed well-made and in good condition.

In my last order, however, one item came with a significant defect. As soon as I contacted customer service and explained the problem, I was shipped a new item free of charge! They seemed helpful, apologetic and kind, especially compared to other companies I've dealt with in the past."
