I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
I'm a frequent online and in-store shopper at Zara. I recently ordered two tops that FedEx "misdelivered" and lost. After filing my claim with FedEx, they told me to contact Zara, and have them reimburse me at FedEx's expense. I had to file my claim three times through Zara, and they kept denying that my package was lost, even though FedEx provided them with proof that it was. I was already charged for the clothing, so I called customer service. Each time I called, I was accused of being a liar! The representatives yelled at me and were very aggressive and accusing. I will never, ever order from Zara again.

I really love the cloth of Zara brand and prices are really nice when it is sales, nonetheless, the quality sometimes is not the best one. In Warsaw I had no problems with shipping, it was delivered really fast and trousers and sneakers were new.

I have been ordering on line for years. This time, the Zara package was not received, Zara said they are not responsible for this loss. I paid over 100 dollars for nothing. So not fair to customers! Do not want to give them any star!

I bought a dress online... arrive 3 days later... on the same day i requested a label since i didn't fit on it and i sent it back.
After a month i got an email saying that the dress show signs of worn...
How i possible i worn that in less than 3 hours, same day arrived, same day printed return label, next early morning sent thruoght my carrier...
I contacted customer service...
After 30 min over the phone, i was told that they will be check again my case...
Couple days after. Got email...
Saying our decision remain the same. Not reply this email.
Unbelievable i wasted my money.

I ordered a LARGE order from ZARA and am missing a pair of shoes. I have been unable to get through to customer service online and no one has picked up on the phone. I have wasted in total at least over 3 hours on hold. I don't think I will ever get my shoes.

Terrible customer service, bought items 28th December. Apparently their supplier Hermes attempted to deliver 3 time, but only provided 1 blank delivery card with zero contact details or next steps. I then contacted customer services numerous time over a 2 week period before being given told I need another tracking number (19th January 2015). I am still awaiting for the tracking number 11 days after the last failed attempt to delivery.
Your customer service has no answer except to say "I will put a not on our system"... WOW! Appalling service"! Zara is definitely not joining up the dot between your customer, suppliers and customer service.

I ordered a dress in the "ipod" of the store. They never told me I had to return it just in the store, I like 2.5 hours away from the closest zara. That is what the customer service people told me after speaking with over 10+ people. Makes me want to never purchase from here, it is so frustrating. Change your policies, in there facebook you just see people complaining about customer service.

Ordered a gift in mid march on line. It didn't work out but i couldn't pick item up from recipient and return until August due to the pandemic. She could not return herself within 30 days because of her age, and covid. They refused to accept return even though their stores were closed. No refund, no exchange, no store credit. ZERO! Done with Zara, there are too many other stores with great customer service that would be happy to have business, especially now.

The dress seens to run small. A material that is scratchy and not at all pleasant to wear. I was expecting smth shorter. Maybe I should have requested the total length before ordering.

Horrible customer service! I have been there customer since 12 years and this was the first time I went to return something without a receipt and they informed me that I couldn't do that because the policy of returns changed in April which was like 3 months ago... and I told them I was not aware of it and if they could honor me this time. Because I had 3 similar sweaters for my daughter which did not match the dress I had for her. Instead of helping me out the manager was rude and so inconsiderate because he was a young boy. And when I was walking away the manger and the employee said something about me and laughed I had not even walked away yet. And then when i complained to head office they didn't even do anything. I'm shocked at Zara's and their customer service. Just plainly horrible. I will make sure I forward this around!

I m Zara's regular customer and do shopping a lot at Zara for myself and my family.i was in London today so I thought why not go and have a look in Zara,so I went Zara (Oxford street) and it was Very disappointed and insulted visit for me.i picked some shirts and mean while I noticed that security guy is keeping eye on me first i thought it just my assumption,so ignored him and keep looking the stuffs.i picked some nice shirts but unfortunately when i saw long que for the try room I dropped the idea to try and went to the nearest mirror and tried one of the shirt on my top to get an idea of the style n size but unfortunately it was look too big on me so i hanged back the shirts and walk to the exist.by the time i noticed that same security guy was still following me and when i was just to exist the store the other security guy who was standing near the door asked that security guy in sign language by pointing toward the customer in front of him so I turned back and I saw that he was pointing finger towards me it was so insulting that I can't imagine it.i was very upset and angry that I straight away pointed him that you are following me and now you are pointing finger towards me like I m a thief or something and he was like it's my job and you can't say this to me I was very angry and I left the store.Zara is a big name brand and if there security treat the customer like that it's very disrespectful.he don't even apologised.I m so shocked and upset that it ruined not only my mood even it upset my whole day I went back to my husband office and I told him.he asked me to go back store with him and we will talk to the store manager but I was so disturbed with all that I said no as I don't want to see that guy again who had no respect for customers.

Markville Mall Zara locations has by far, the WORSE customer service ever. No one knows how to smile, to say "hello," "please," or "thanks" which are basic mannerisms that children are taught. Significant lack of customer service. Went in because another Zara location left security tag on a purse which I purchased the day prior. Went in with receipt. Was discriminated against and treated like a criminal. Store manager named Boram talked to me in a threatening manner. Never shopping here again and don't recommend anyone to shop here unless you enjoy being humiliated and being treated like a piece of trash.

Anna from customer service on chat went ahead and canceled my order without clearly stating that was what she was doing. I asked about how to cancel, not saying, "Go ahead and cancel." her tone was characteristic of a special word, didnt care, could not reinstate order. Bought items at sale price, told me to replace the order and essentially pay more. I was an avid Zara fan, never again. Called to complain about "Anna" been on hold for 15 minutes now listening to Beethoven.

Zara's online shop launched in the US not too long ago. I used to love Zara but not living near one I decided to try their online shop. I did not order any clothing due to an aversion in needing to return items, but at time of review they offer free shipping in the US (with no minimum). I believe they offer free returns within 14 days as well but I did not deal with them in terms of returning items so I can't comment on how easy/hard it was. The item was shipped to me via Fed-Ex and it arrived very quickly. It was packaged very nicely and I was pleased!

Yesterday my Daughter and I had a wonderful shopping exierience at Zara in the Houston Galleria! A beautiful Associate called Nora went above and beyond helping us with sizes and making wise decisions about our selections! I've lived in Houston 20 years and happy to report this was the first time I encountered someone like Nora who loves Fashion and is incredibly knowledgable! It was a joy! I hope Nora is there when we return! She is a role model for Her co workers and I believe she creates a very happy atmosphere! Fashion should be fun! If your bored working in a store find a new career! Thank you Nora! We love you! And will shop in Zara again!

My parcel was delivered to me on the 12/3/22,11:23 AM by their claim on their website and Ecom delivery company.The cost of lost goods around $800. Need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
I live in condo and concierge confirmed there was not parcel. I had no confirmation email to say it had been left anywhere. No photo evidenced.No proof like it's done in Purolator. I have contacted customer service every day since December 5 th and they said it's still under review!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Customer service is TRASH. They are not helpful. They delivered my package to the wrong address, and when I called customer service about it, they told me to re-order the items and have it shipped to my address while "they look into the issue."
After they "looked into the issue" no one followed back up with me, and they would not give me the refund for the order they delivered to the wrong address. So I paid twice for the same order. I contacted my credit card company in regards to this matter, so they can stop one of the charges, and in doing this...zara blocked my credit card. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY...STRAIGHT UP TRASH! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

Oxford street I went to return some crapy shoes after I wore them once, the manager of the store a rude lady( didn't give me her name) told me that she can't refund the item because is not faulty( wtf) I am going to damage them and I will go back. I hope Zara take note of this as a company - your staff are the worst staff any retail business has, miserable, unhelpful and unprofessional. Please invest in proper training for your staff they are terrible!

Last night I walked passd the zara store in south africa waterfront I the jeans on display caught my eye drew me in to buy what I have seen I get told by management that I am unable to buy this its. Only used for advertisement for marketing purposes so I said to her that ' I am here what I have seen got my attention and now I want it why can't I. Have it that's bad marketing. Truth is I think she was just dam lazy to see to my needs or keeping it for. The worst customer service ever, I went to the store in Brickell City Centre complain about a pants that I bought less than one month. After I washed, it shrunk like a kids pants. The guy at the store told me he was the manager, he could NOT help me, and I asked his name, he refused identify his self. That's CRAZY! Worst than buy a trash product, is when the manager refuse give his name! The store should not have someone represent the business like that.

Zara customer service is a bully and treats the customers as if they are idiots. I ordered online but did not receive it. When I raised the issue with CS they just kept giving me date after date and did nothing. A fraud service is all that they are.

Order Multiple packages all for pick up at the same location at Tysons Mall Viginia, waited and conformed through my email that it had arrived, drove over an hour, stood in line for over 30 minutes to find out that only two items are on site. Contact the store Manager whose responce was call customer service and find it yourself.
When I disagree she took my order number and gave me a call back after two hours saying that ZARA made a mistake and they were never shipped out. I should be getting a confirmation email shortely with an explanation. No email came through So, I called customer service third day. I was informed that the remaining items been shipped to wrong store which is three hours drive for me. Someone will be contacting me in next day or two to go through my options.
If this is what I have to go through moving forward I am taking my business somewhere else.

I order from Zara and my package was not delivered. Online appeared that was delivered by the side door which I don't have. I called customer service and they said they will do an investigation on the case. They called me today with the resolution- no reimbursement and no replacement. ZARA is DEAD for me. I will never order from them again!
