I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
It's super bad, 1 star is too much for them, they should have zero star
Zara took full amount of money and upon delivery one of the boxes were missing. Their online chat is the worst not helpful at all, no well communication and no follow up on ur case and their customer email is the worst, I made a complain (multiple time) no one have replied back to me to check (I believe no one checking it) even they don't have auto reply. And not only that, they didn't know the mistake have happened from them or the courier (Aramex) which later found that Aramex delivered only 2 boxes and since 2 weeks I am following up with them till now I didn't get my items (7 items were missing)
Don't ever order online from Zara, their customer service is the worst, and don't order from a place they deal with Aramex (v bad courier service)
If Zara is not ready for online shopping, I don't know why they have started (maybe only to make us suffer)

I have written to Zara three times now since 19/04/17 and still have not received a reply. I attempted to exchange a pair of faulty ladies jeans at 'Zara' Garden City, Perth. Initially staff were very understanding and agreed that the jeans were definatly faulty with rips at the corners of the rear pockets, belt loops, and then finally, a large rip at the seam rendering them unwearable, all after just four weeks since purchase. When I could not produce proof of purchase due to the jeans being purchased as a gift via a gift card the tone changed. All of a sudden it didn't matter that the jeans were faulty and there was nothing they could do to help. This is not acceptable, all I requested was a replacement pair (not a refund), as I just assumed the original pair were faulty (Trafaluc Denim Makers).

I've been shop with zara so many years the quality and design is perfect, but this is the first time I made an order online. I placed an order on june 4th with standard shipping in 2-4 business days. Until june 14th I NEVER RECIEVED any email about my shipment, and they're already charge in my bank account. If the product got delayed or out of stock, at least they have to send me the email to notify. I dont mind to wait, I did made a call on June 10 to ask about the shipment, they told me its got delayed. Im fine with it, still waiting until june 14th i Called them again. And they told me will make a refund for me. Two hours after the phone called i check my email and didnt recieved any notify email about refund. This is 21th century, please send us an email if something change!

Ordered xmas gifts for children living out of town in early Dec. Got confirmation they shipped and some NEVER did. Called after learning from kids they never received and zara did confirm some never shipped. THEY FAILED TO TELL US THIS IN DECEMBER WHEN WE PAID. This was in mid January. They offered a refund which we are still waiting for... but we could have easily not figured this out and assumed our kids got the gifts. What a total scam. Order gifts, pay for them, get confirmation from THEM they shipped and they never did. Then no notice from them they didn't ship. RIP OFF OF A COMPANY. Will never shop there again. They should be closed down. Owner richest man in the world... has company robbing customers.

This is the fourth and last time I buy from Zara. They NEVER NEVER deliver on time, and if you call or chat they only say that "you will get an email when your package is ready and the carrier gets it". They NEVER commit to a date or service level. Beside their call center is apparently run by non-native english speakers, and is very hard to understand what they are saying, not to mention the long wait to get someone on the phone.

I ordered 2 shirts from a sale they recently had. I got a confirmation email and everything, expecting my order to come within a week. Well, that week passed and I got an email saying my order was cancelled because it was out of stock? How are you going to sell something that CLEARLY wasn't out of stock when I ordered, and then tell me, a WEEK later that I can no longer receive them? Granted, the person I talked to was quick in his reply, but to tell me that my order "was never wrapped and shipped" is completely unacceptable. If something is out of stock, DO NOT let someone purchase it only to tell them it's not for sale anymore! Don't buy anything from Zara online, or Zara for that matter.

Zara has recently posted inhumane photos disrespecting the atrocities happening in Gaza. As an Arab citizen I will not stand here in silence! I used to be a frequent shopper at Zara but after this recent incident I can't say that anymore. The disrespect or genocide in Gaza is something that I will never let slide. So please for everyone reading this, if you are here in support of Gaza please reconsider buying at Zara!
Below are some links that show proof that Zara is disrespecting the genocide in Gaza:

Zara is a great place to get clothes and more but that changed me my sister and 2 daughters saw a fitting room and went in this is in the children's department the manager came out of the door and rudely raised her voice at me. I said to the manager "my daughter has the clothes on we're going to and she has her other clothes on. The lady was rudely raising her voice at me I am very upset and very mad. This other guy that worked there took the lady's side was looking at us while my daughter was changing and did not do anything did not say anything. My daughter was very scared and scared to shop there because of the incident I am very mad we did not do anything in this little incident I am very disappointed I love Zara there clothes are so cute but this is not nice. Also when the lady told us to go downstairs to the other fitting room in the womens department when we went down there IT WAS CLOSED this is not nice thanks alot.

I bought over $200 in merchandise today, when I got home I realized on my receipt that I wAs charged more than the ticket price, and when I removed the last price sticker on the other items the original price was lower than the sales price! To top it off when I put on the sweater for the first time I lighly pulled down my sleeve and the Seam cane apart! I am so disappointed and will never shop there again!

Avoid shopping here. They make no exceptions for 30 day returns - not even for store credit. Bought a gift for Christmas on 12/4 tried to return after 1/4 and was refused - even though the shirt was not tried on until Christmas. NO EXCEPTIONS.

What ever happened to customer service like being greeted when you walk into a store or the sales person is willing to be helpful. My first experience at Zara was in Paris before they opened stores in the US now it's my last resort to buy a simple outfit because their customer service is the worst. I can't say that about every store but the worst store is Century City Mall. The store manager speaks to customers as if she is angry with a nasty attitude. You can barely find a person to help you and if you do most of the time you can't determine who is a sales associate versus the customer because no one wears a name badge and if you ask their name or if they work their they refuse to give you any information. WOW what happened to Zara's philosophy of serving the customer now they have become so big the customer is just a number because they hire unprofessional people to represent their stores. Zara has a great concept with clothing knocking off designer styles and manufacturing clothing for those who cannot afford to buy Gucci. Versace etc but once a retail chain starts to treat customer with disrespect they will eventually become unpopular and pretty soon their numbers will shrink and people will move onto the next best thing.

I sent two lots of orders back in one box and they have only refunded me for one order - They are not refunding me for £78 worth of clothing because I put them in the same return box as the other order. This is THEFT, you cannot keep my money and the clothing!

First, I've experienced the worst over the phone customer service ever existed and I have told their representatives that too. The customer service can not cancel the order that you made online and will tell you to cancel online at their website. So, I didn't know what they do exactly as a customer service.
Secondly, in store representatives are sometimes rude and ignore customers. I've called their store in Sherman Oaks and was put on hold for 15 mins until I hung up and called them again. The manager spoke to me like nothing happened and made excuses for the girl that had put me on hold.
Thirdly, the quality of the clothes are not worth the pricey tag. Even when you get it on sale, its still not worth buying. I washed a shirt and immediately wanted to hang dry, I discovered that it shrunk badly and the stitches came out like it had been ripped. The jeans that I bought for $29.99 (on sale) the stitching at the crotch came undone. So, now what?
Lastly, I found that some of Zara's clothes they sell at a high price are sold 3 times cheaper at a online retail store in China. Exactly the same. I attached the pictures to backup my story.

I've placed an order from Zara two weeks ago, and the order is still sitting at Being Prepared. I called up and asked me to wail for the email for delivery. Today I have received a email informing me that part of my order is out of stock. Zara's apology for this inconvenience stretched as far as offering free delivery on my next order.
Customer service can't help at all, only saying there's nothing they can do to help me.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ZARA AGAIN!

Bought a Christmas gift for my daughter at Thanksgiving. She didn't like the way it fit so I went to return it a week after Christmas. The store would not return my money saying it had been over 30 days. The only way they would have given me my money back was if I had returned the Christmas gift BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Stupid return policy. Now I have a store credit for $119 to a store I will never shop at.

Placed 2 orders online with Zara and they were delivered by UPS and promptly stolen from my front stoop. I submitted a claim with UPS -- which was approved by UPS, but Zara STILL would not issue a refund or replacement. They "did their own investigation" (whatever that means) and came to the conclusion that I should not be issued a refund. I have literally been attempting to get my money back now for a month and a half. I never speak to the same person on the phone twice. No matter what I say to contest, they just read from their useless script. Lost $200 and got a whole lot of hassle. AVOID THIS SHADY BUSINESS.

They shipped the coat I ordered via online but I never received it. I contacted customer service only to find out my item had been lost by the delivery truck & not only this BS reasoning by their customer service, they offer replacement or refund so I chose replacement but only to be told actually they cannot replace it, so why customer service even offer replacement in the first place when only option really is refund. Not even sure if I will be refunded in 2days as I was told by customer service since alot of revews about Zara not giving refund.
How can Better Business bureau let this type of store like Zara operate in US.
They give their customer a run around & their customer service sucks! No PR better talking to a machine 8n my opinion. Zara should be a star minus.

Stay away from them.

The management at Zara is seriously despicable. We'd have these walkie talkies in order to communicate and the managers would bicker and blame others all day on there. There was absolutely zero productivity on their end. They don't train employees properly then sit there and wonder why everyone quits after a few weeks when they're thrown to the wolves after 2 days of crappy and sloppy training. They make the employees do all the clean up and dirty work while they STAND THERE AND TALK TO EACH OTHER. AND THEN YELL AT US FOR NOT FINISHING. I've seen 2 managers take an extra thirty minutes of lunch break (when they already had a full hour), MULTIPLE times. If you come in a minute or two late they'll chew your head off. Straight garbage kind of people. I'm grateful to be employed by people who actually give a damn about me now. I've said this once and I'll say it again. A fish rots from the head. The worst leadership there ever was.
