I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.

“You never get your money back”

This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.

The entire company should shut down... poor service, poor product... out of stock on so many items. Their E-commerce platform sucks... they charge $15.00 just to send an e-gift card.

Honestly if there was an option for 0 out of 5, I would given it that review. The customer service is terrible. They cancel my order and claims that it was under "security reason" and their "system" was at fault. They are rude and completely useless in helping customers. They keep lying and cannot keep up with their lies. DO NOT BUY ON ZARA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STRIPPED FROM YOUR MONEY, WASTED OF TIME, OR TALK TO IGNORANT PEOPLE.

Zara is mostly filled with garbage that falls apart WAY TOO EASILY! I wear a top once or twice and then it's torn. There are a few odd pieces here or there that last longer but overall in terms of quality they SUCK!

I have literally never experienced this many problems simply returning very poor quality clothing. I sent 10 items back in a box, and was told by a person that could not communicate clearly, that I had NOT returned all of the items. I have absolutely NO recourse now because it is my word again somebody in a warehouse. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE RISK ADVERSE, BECAUSE YOU WILL GET CHEATED OUT OF WHAT IS DUE BACK ON A RETURN. ADDITIONALLY, THEY CHARGE FOR RETURNS NOW—MANGO DOESNT, and AND THEIR CLOTHES ARE FANTASTIC QUALITY!

I've been ordering from Zara online for a few years as the city that I live in does not have their store. I have never had any problems with them. And their free returns are great!

I live in the Toronto/Oshawa area. The service at Yorkdale, Fairwiew and Oshawa is zero. I have NEVER had anyone ask if I needed help. When I ask if they have something in Oshawa I get, "If you don't see it, I guess not". And every store has one person on cash with a huge line up. At times there is someone else at cash, but apparently too busy putting clothes on hangers to give a hand. The employees are miserbale. I would like to buy there, but this is so frustrating.

I returned the item to a store as instructed as zara had extended there retunes to the 12/01/16. Queued up in store on the 12/01/16 with my wife for 30mins as the store was packed due to the sales. Was then told that I could not return the item to the store. The girl on the counter told us that it had to be returned to the on-line sales as they where to different companies. I said this was not the case as we had been instructed to return the item and exchange in store if they had the correct size as this would be the quickest way. I was then told again this was not the case and to move to one side as they were to busy and I should go back to the company I brought it from? Now they are saying I cannot return as a month has passed. AVOID, AVOID AVOID

Great value for money, nice products. Just make sure you watch a video of the clothes when buying because you can really see what the product will look like.

Stay away from this place. There is no customer service and IF you're lucky enough for someone to respond in any fashion, they are inflexible and totally rude. Their return policy is crap too. I tried their "online chat" option and no one ever helped me but sent another auto-reply that they hoped my issue was resolved. What a joke! I can't even get ahold of anyone to ensure my return was received that I had to pay to return, even though their product didn't fit the description properly!

I have never experienced such an horrible experience and i do buy loads of staff online.
I have done my order 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. On top of that when i tracked my order it saus the parcel arrived.
I have contacted customer service so many times and not even once they replied.
Is like it s a scam. They don't care about tgeir custumores. I really liked Zara clothes, but after this i will make sure I won't buy from this people. It s worst than a Chinese website.
Very bery disappointed. They shouldn't be allowed to do things like this. Their website should be closed.
It s a fraud!

They are too incompetent to give the delivery service the correct address and contact information so my order was never delivered to me and sent back to the warehouse so I was told I have to reorder everything which at this point everything in my size is either gone or three times the price because the sale is over. ITS A SCAM. They are so rude! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If you must buy their stuff do it in store where everyone will be rude to you and charge you an absurd amount for their average clothing. WORST ORDER EXPERIENCE EVER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

After a month of waiting for my shipment, they call to tell me that they lost it and sent another package but half the items i ordered are now out of stock and they cant replace them...

PLEASE DONT BUY ONLINE, save yourself the headache

I ordered an on-line shipment but had to return a few of the items; took to my local store, which they tell you its the best way to return; this was at Roosevelt Field, Long Island, New York; at any time, any day, the lines are out the door; I did
Notice several workers either behind the counter OR on the floor, but only 1 or 2 people on cash registers; they don't care how long the line is; I waited about 30 minutes; the girl at the register starts to process my online return and then tells me the computer is very slow and the codes are all wrong on the receipt; calls a mgr; finally comes after 10 minutes and tells her to input each item manually; she did not have the training to know she could do this AND to top it off each employee had an attitude; I will not be shopping online OR at this store again.

The quality of their clothes is awful! After the first wash the T-shirts are basically destroyed! I 'm never -EVER- buying from Zara again. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a pair of shoes on saturday the 15th of july, and needed them by sunday the 23rd of july and paid for 2-4 day shipping. Its now the 20th and they haven't even shipped. I called customer service and they lady told me it was in the final stages of being shipped out. I then talked to an online representative and he said it haven't shipped cause it was at a remote warehouse. I then asked why i haven't received an email saying it was going to be late and he never replied. I then asked another question and he again did not reply. I called customer service again to complain that he just stopped replying and ask about getting a refund. She said that they could not give me a refund for shipping. I then asked for the customer service email to complain and she said she could not give me that. She then said that and this conversation has been recorded... worst service ever!

I love the coat it looks just like the picture only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the fact that when I received my baby's coat the button was missing on the end part of the hood so I had to sew it back together.

I haven't had many issues where I've had to engage/experience their customer service but Zara's processes are impeccably run. The online ordering system, speed of order processing and providing tracking is insane... not to mention delivery usually takes 2-3 days at most depending on if there's a sale and things are backlogged. Returns are QUICK EASY AND ON YOUR PHONE... you dont even need to worry about losing a receipt. KUDOS. AWESOME company. The only downside is my size fluctuates whereas stores like Lulu Lemon I am consistently the same size in pants and shirts.

I was super excited to receive my Zara order, all the clothes were super cute! But that's not the problem all but one of my items came stained, the box was heavily damaged when it arrived, yet it did manage to arrive on time (luckily) I was going to return my items because of those stains but I had cut out the tags on the inside (yes definitely my fault) but the tags were super long and super annoying which I don't know why they would make them so long for a tight crop top and sadly I hadn't found the stains until all the tags were removed, overall I had super high expectations because their clothes are a little pricey and I give them 2 because yes there clothes were cute but they arrived super crappy

I ordered an item during the snow storm. It arrived ship free 5 days later. (includes weekend) Kept in contact with me. No complaints. The jacket I ordered is beautiful and well made.

I had order a clothes from zara online. When i try the size they were no fitted me so i have gone for exchange. But they refuse to exchange. Very bad service. Just hate them. Wasted my money.
