I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
Zara does a nice job presenting their items online but the reality is that the items are poor quality, ill-fitting and don't wash and wear well.

I wish I could give them zero star. I've ordered from zara for years now and never had an issue until now. I ordered $200 worth of kids clothes for my nephews birthday online and had it shipped directly to my sisters house. Well they never received the package and nobody stole it cuz she lives in a cul de sac where everyone knows everyone and will let each other know if they see anything or anyone suspicious. She receives all of her other packages from other companies but this is the 2nd time she didnt receive one from zara. So i called customer service and they said they would investigate. Didn't hear back for few days so I called again and they said they're still investigating. Well today i called again and i was told that it was delivered to the correct address and that there was nothing wrong so therefore they can't do anything. ARE YOU EFFING SERIOUS?! He kept telling me it was delivered so they can't give me a refund or re-deliver the items. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge cuz I am not just letting $200 go down the drain when my nephew didn't even receive his bday gift. NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM AGAIN!

Bought a top in Dubai, which I washed according to the instructions inside the top. The result was a top which was at least 2 sizes smaller. Lt for lille. Now Zara disclaim all responsibilty and say they have a ploicy of not refunding anything bought in one of their shops abroad. Ok, so I am expected to buy a plane ticket and go back to Duabi to get a refund for a faulty product? Unbelievable that Zara will not refund the mony when their product is faulty! I cannot believe that such a large international organisation treat their customers this bad. I have had a lengthy email correspondance and telephone conversations with Zara customer service and already here something is wron. Why do I have to spend this much time with customer service, when all I am guilty of is buying a faulty Zara product!. They would not send me an email address of a manager, but could get a manager to call me, which I am still waiting for... I am never ever going to buy any of their products again when this is the way they treat their customers:-( DO NOT SHOP ZARA!

My order was placed on the 25th of November, the funds were withdrawn from my account same day. I saw assured that my order will take a few days with a maximum extension of 48hrs, which wasn't the case. My order was shipped out on Dec 4th (already being 9 days held for no reason) which makes no logical sense as to why Zara would lie to me regarding the shipping time frames. The funds were randomly refunded back into my account on Dec 2nd and taken out again on Dec 3rd without my authorization and without any notification or warning from Zara which resulted in me getting a $50 overdraft fee from my bank. End result is my package not arriving and after spending a ridiculous amount of time over the phone with customer service i was told that my package is being shipped back to Zara and if i wanted the same items i would have to re order them at regular price (not the black Friday pricing i committed to). As a loyal Zara customer that has purchased endless amounts of clothing from their retail stores i feel scammed, lied to and disrespected with the treatment i have received so far.

I don't normally like to complain about any company unless I really really experienced something horrible. I'm the person who doesn't like hassle and just say " Let it go, Let it go"
But this I couldn't, and I believe as a customer we deserve better.
This isn't the first time that this happened. I sent my item back to Zara for a refund. Now I know about the whole 14 days your money will get refunded. But after 14 days I emailed Zara asking, why isn't my refund processed? So they say one of our agents will look into it. Another week passed, I asked where is my refund. They ask me for tracking number, which shows it had arrived. Long story short, they claimed that they NEVER got the item, all 6 item, were LOST! Even though the tracking shows it had ARRIVED. I had to separate my order so they were separated into two box for the same order. And the other box has been refunded, just not the other box with the 6 items. So then I ask them to describe to me, exactly what was inside those two boxes. Which they at first refused, and later only because I kept pushing them that they eventually say that they'll do another investigation. Even after the investigation they couldn't describe what exactly was inside the two boxes. Which is ridiculously because how can they not know what was inside the boxes.
Update: it's already 14 days and my refund still hasn't been processed. I called their number and the agent was extremely rude! While I was talking she cut me off, and turn around said I was rude.
I've seen so many complaints on Zara's rude customer service but why hasn't the company even bothered to change one bit.
Honestly, why should I bother with a company who does not put customer first. Which Zara clearly doesn't care for customer service at all. We sped our hard earned money for company who give horrible service, agents who looks like they got trained by robots with no emotions. I truly had enough, and I will be

Black Friday, while vacationing in Miami, my husband and I went to Zara's. My husband went to pay for his items. After standing in a long line, we got up to the register, got rang up, then swiped our card (its was a visa debit). The cashier said the system is slow, to try swiping again, so we did. Once again, he asked us to swipe, but after it did not work he said do you have another card because that one isn't working. We knew we had plenty of money in there, but my husband took out a regular CC and swiped. That didn't work, so he used another card. Thats when they realized that the terminals were all going down... so the manager had all the cashiers use a smaller portable like terminal. My husband then was able to pay for his items.
When we got to the hotel that afternoon, my husband realized they hit his bank account 3 times! We called Zara's, spoke to Angela (Mgr), who basically said she couldn't do anything and that the corporate office would be closed until Monday. I explained that we are on a cruise starting Sunday and would be gone an additional week. She said she would make a call and get back to us after our vacation... Well that never happened!
I called when we got home in early December. The gal I spoke to said she was sending all the info, including the copies of our receipt and bank statement. A week later, I heard nothing, once again! Back to calling customer service again, but this time I had a gal that followed up. She sent our info to the financial dept and called me to let me know that they would process it and it would be another week to see the $164.36 credit back to my husbands bank account. It is now 12/29 and we have nothing! This company is horrible! Oh and to top off everything, they also hit both credit cards as well, so we had to put in disputes.

I read alot of bad reviews from Zara but I end up always having a great encounter with customer service and speedy shipping. I ordered a jacket and jeans summing up to about 170$ standard shipping. Then I seen I hat I liked and ordered it using express shipping. Dumb idea when I thought about it. I could of ordered all 3 express but I just woke up. So I get a confirmation email shortly after both that early morning around 6:00a. M and 11:00a. M then tracking for the jacket and jeans saying expected delivery date 10/05/17 when it was we'd 10/04/17 and thought they shipped the wrong one via express but then I get another tracking email for the hat. The jacket/jeans shipped via leasership and thehat shipped UPS ground. So call to make sure that they weren't glitches and they weren't. The next day both boxes were shipped within48 hours. All items prestige as always. I suggest when talking to customer service about an issue understand that they have hard days too. Respect can take you along way. No one goes out there way for rudeness. If I get good service I have to speak on it because if I get bad service I would also speak on it.
