I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
Zara despite of being such a reputed brand is on its way to downfall. I always buy perfumes from Zara but since the last 2 times when I bought perfumes. They had defective nozzles and we're leaking despite buying both of them from different locations which throws light that the products in all stores are not upto mark. Very disappointed from the brand. I was a pro Zara Man but now I wouldn't recommend it's products at all.

Purchased a ring for a themed bridal shower. Tried it on it broke! They sent me a replacement. Within five minutes of wearing it on the way to the bridal shower it snapped again. They denied my claim and said it was within quality standards. HOW?! Not to mention, was given false information about returns.

My order wasn't delivered. I contacted store and the department that facilitates missing packages and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I have proof of it not being delivered. My property is surrounded by security cameras and the footage shows no delivery. This is theft and going against my consumers rights. I will pressing charges.the package held a 280$ value

Your WhatsApp customer care is the worst in the world - so inept, incapable and unhelpful.
Your store in Westfield made an error with the sale of a dress and I've been communicating on WhatsApp for a week. I explained my complaint six times and given my address seven times in the same thread. They assured me they'll resolve in 48hrs and closed the thread without resolving three times.
The upshot is that, despite the store making the error, I need to make another two hour journey to Westfield, at my expense, to speak to the manager in person. Never heard anything so ridiculous and rude. They're alright as long as they're taking your money but absolutely useless once there is an issue.

I really wish I could leave a worse rating as you aren't even deserving of one star. In light of their new campaign that features body bags, a map of Gaza and rubble strewn about I think this company needs to reexamine its humanity. It's an obvious, blatant and disgusting display of racism, bigotry and Anti-Muslim sentiment. NEVER will I buy from this company.
I really couldn't care less about your company, in fact, there are many alternatives to your overpriced and mid quality products. Alternatives that don't have to use child labour in China to produce its clothing, alternatives and don't have to support genocide of innocent babies. You should be ashamed of yourselves and fully disgusted.You have embarrassed yourselves and lost millions of customers in one day because of your incompetence, ignorance and racist decision making. I purchased 2 pair of pants for my 22 year old daughter who recently started her first professional job. She told me that she would like 2 pairs of work trousers as a Christmas gift and told me the exact pair to buy as she already had a pair in size Medium. I purchased her 2 pair over the Black Friday holiday weekend online. The pants did not fit as before and we went to a retail location to exchange them for a bigger size. We were told they could not do that at the store. My daughter returned home and tried to exchange online and was told they can not help her since it was past 30 days. She litterally just wants to exchange two pairs of pants that still has the tags on them, however, we have been told that is impossible. I can't believe this the reputation they want to uphold and will NEVER buy from them again, nor will my daughter.

Zara has got to be the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. They refused my return but started my return 30 day window the day I ordered it not the day I received it! It took several weeks to receive the order! Completely screwed me when attempting to return a Christmas gift for a family member and if I had ever known how shady they were I NEVER would had ever placed an order! Not just unfair practices but unsavory and sneaky. Stay clear.

They make it impossible to make an exchange when you don't have a receipt. You have to call a customer service dept. They are very impersonal, take down the info say you will receive a call in 24,48 hours later no call. You call them back can't find your info needs to start process all over. Ask David to speak to a supervisor, we don't transfer calls to supervisor, what dept handles my call we are not allowed to disclosed, what dept. david works with, I am not allowed to disclose. Wake up Zara and give better customer service in todays world with customer cc that purchase was made you can find the purchase and help the customer with a return or exchange.

They have left me without my ENGAGEMENT clothes and didn't return my money so that i could by a new one! They have charged me for an item that wasn't in their store and have noticed me that the item is not available only a day before the delivery. Shame on you!

I have been a customer for years and returned a leather jacket. The jacket was described in their ads as distressed. I returned as it was too large and heavy to wear. They sent it back to me weeks later stating it was worn. I will never shop there again

If I can give them a zero, I would. The material is so bad for the price you pay. The return policy is complete BS, they don't take returns if you don't have a receipt however all the tags are attached. After their disgusting campaign I threw out all their clothings. Displaying the bodies of the Gazans is appalling and disgusting behaviour, your company has no class, shame on you.

Not only is the service atrocious but the Natick, MA store hasn't had dressing rooms since before the pandemic. Lines at the register run the length of the store and few people use self check out because they have returns. With no dressing rooms, the returns are through the roof.

I have order some item from zara at 16 of Jan which is showing delivered at 18th and since the day I've been trying to reach zara customer care and since the day they told me wait for 24/48 hours but I've got nothing respond back from them and trying to reach them everyday and asked to return my money cause I have t received my items but this is so ridiculous that they have no manner and taking responsibility at all. All they do is pick the call and say give us 24 hours

This company is full of s*** and everyone knows it but we still keep buying. I feel angry with myself for patronizing this company again after I promised myself I wouldn't after the last time. Never again. Poor quality clothing but even worse customer service especially in store in Chicago. These stores are the absolute worst. And Zara's b.s. About returns needing the specific shipping receipt is like, wtf. They make you feel like it's something special that they process the return with the original receipt. Like? Seriously. Systemic issues, completely wack business practices. And when I told the attendant I wouldn't be shopping there anymore because of the endless issues, he was like, oh, that's what everyone says. Okay, then everyone must have a problem with the issues at the store. But of course nothing will ever change because capitalism mixed with American poor service.

Bought few pieces online. Typically I do buy quite alot from different sites with no issues.
The return process was absurd. Had to call customer services during business hours - waited ling time on the line to receive a return label via email.
A nice dress which was the most expensive item did not fit me well, to my disappointment.
Too much fabric and nonflattering. It needed to be returned.The return was made immediately after receiving the label in its original, intact conditions in the same box and paper wrapping.
To my disbelief the item was sent back yo my house weeks later with a scribble barely readable and in spanish. It was absolutely not acceptable and untruthful. After trying to decipher the readings it stated the dress had an odor. Unreal and subjective.
Called back customer service and they refuse to accept the return. Will post the label.Will not EVER buy from Zara USA again. Will dispute with my credit card.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans for my daughters for Christmas. I purchased them Nov. 5th to be sure they did not run out of stock. One loved her pair, but the second does not. I was under the impression I had until Dec. 30th to return them. I was told I actually ordered them too early to qualify for the Christmas extension that gives you to the 30th to return. I would have had to order them between the 15th and the 30th of November. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I will never purchase from them again and will be sharing my experience with others. I hope they are grateful that they can afford to lose customers.

Very bad customer service. I returned a product and received a IN card of Zara from store almost 2 weeks this card is not working. Multiple times I messaged the customer service in chat as well as in WhatsApp twice they changed and updated case numbers. High escalations and high priority case as per them. Yet I didn't get any single call or card replacement. Irresponsible customer service

Post covid time, Zara has degraded.
The in-store experience isn't good because of the long lines for billing and trial.
I stopped buying from Zara when, on my last online purchase, I got pants that were semi-transparent, which was not visible in their photoshopped images. Since I had grey color in same pants, without any reluctance I purchased pink pants in it. For which I paid 290 extra delivery charges since it was on discount at that time.
Now for return, I have to pay 100 extra, so much hassle and waste of time.
