I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
The service as is Terrible…. I found the size I needed in a dress quicker than they could help. And the staff acted as if I asked them to do something outrageous.
Do not shop here!

I purchased thigh high boots for my wife for her birthday. She ended up getting into a car accident and unfortunately broke both of her legs. We waited until the cast came off before she tried them on. When she tried them on, the were a size too small. I called Zara and explained the situation. I told them that I didn't want my money back, I just wanted to exchange them for a larger size because she did love the boots. They told me that there was nothing they can do for me and there was no way they will allow for an exchange, even if we provided them with medical reports. I spoke to Ashley Ext: ******* who told us she's the supervisor and she basically said that even if it was a medical case, she still wouldn't try to exchange. She was absolutely NO HELP and did not care about our situation at all. I will definitely never shop there again.

Zara shipped the wrong color sweater on my order. Customer service rep advised me that I had to send the wrong color sweater back to them in order for Zara to ship the correct one. BAD customer service, it was Zara who made a mistake and I had to wait a week for the order to arrive. Not purchasing from Zara in the future. Other retailer would of send the replacement right away.

Return policy is TERRIBLE! NON-EXISTENT! BEWARE!
Daughter purchased coat for me in NYC store - did not fit. We were only able to find return info for online purchases -- or the item can be brought back to the store for return. NO ZARA stores in our state (or even neighboring states!), so we shipped orig receipt, coat and letter explaining the refund request back to the store, via UPS which was recvd by NYC store 12/2/22.
Over TWO MONTHS later and many e-mails, online chats, phone calls from ZARA and many empty promises --- NO REFUND recvd yet.
Unless you live in a city with a ZARA store ----- DO NOT EVER MAKE A ZARA PURCHASE.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from ZARA unless there is a ZARA store in your city.
REfunds = for online purchases, or you can personally return an item to a ZARA store!

Zara has the worst customer service ever. I called 3 times to discuss the same concern with my online order. Everyone I spoke with sounded like they just woke up. They told me there was nothing they could do to assist me with my online order, they suggest I call the store directly. That went well the store told me they do take orders over the phone, I needed to come to the store for all items. Worst Customer Service Ever!
Tip for consumers:
Better train your staff in Customer Service. Just being helpful would be wonderful.

Beware of Zara!
I ordered 5 items and returned them all.
When I got my refund, I noticed that they only gave me credit for 4 items.
I spoke to 3 different people to state that I had returned every item.
They decided I was wrong
This billion dollar corporation refused to believe me and to refund me $49.99 for an item I returned.
I had been a good customer until then, but this was a horrible experience.
I'm never going back.

Customer service is bad the people are rude, I wait for a package for 10 days and I didn't receive it... I called many times and they were so rude. They didn't even think to find the package and they just told me that they will refund the money... we are wasting time when we are buying on line... and the stores are always empty and in mess

I bought an item on the 26 March 2022, the item doesn't fit. Its too small. On Tuesday the 29th March I went to the Zara stole at the V&A store in Cape Town.
They wouldn't allow me to exchange the jacket that I. Literally bought two days ago just because I lost the receipt.
1. The items hasn't been worn, the tag is still on it.
2. who still keeps paper recipients these days? E-receipts are a thing! Paper receipts get lost broken or wet.
3. for the amount of money I spend at this store I don't want to b left with an item that doesn't fit.

I was at there shops in lakeside and Westfield and both have to be in a quee an hour. Contact their store customer service department on phone and that was the worst one. Not helpful, rude and don't have any respect/ regards to customers.

Unfriendly dressing room attendant at Ala Moana Center location who refused to allow me to enter dressing room with my child because of their one person/room policy. She was only going to try on one romper. I was told to wait outside. Not safe.

Trying to buy 1 item as a gift, check out as a guest-cannot check out/can't get past the contact page. Antiquated, inaccessible, certainly not user-friendly…and very rude CSR who wouldn't let me finish a sentence and hung up on me. Not worth it.

I do not like their online shopping service. You wait very long! The last two orders offended me. First lost. The second paid for urgent delivery, I'm waiting for the second week. Offensively! Money is not small for clothes you pay. But the service is awful.

Been shopping with Zara for 15yrs, i returned an online order which they lost for weeks, once they found them they said that two items had their tags removed.
I told them that i did not do it, they said i did and refused my refund!

I am still waiting( from 3months ago) for my refund. I bought shoes during covid but returned at local store. I have been told every lie a company can tell you.
I'm now waiting for a " e-transfer" that I should receive within 15 to 30 days. What a joke. This order was just over $100.00 so it's not going to sink a ship it's just there is NO integrity in this company. I am telling anyone who reads this this company is in financial trouble. Know that when you purchase.

I am a patient of a serious disease. And due to the medication I have been double up of my weight in just 3 months. Being on this dreadful disease has already made me weak and look sick and lil awful, now I had to attend an important event for which I wanted to look better, so I was looking for some better clothing coz my old clothes doesn't fits me now... After dozen of trials, I found some decent dress in Zara and coz the colour I want wasn't available in store I ordered online. But it gave me 3 disturbed and stressful nights. But nothing else... Zara sent these products on wrong courier service, I was waiting for my parcel, instead I got a mail that it's returned back... After that I kept chasing to mail services and then to Zara customer care... But they didn't were horrible... They didn't helped me with anything, even they themselves asked for few replacement, when I said yes. They gave up on that too... for everything that kept laying... I felt so frustrated and betrayed by this big brand... And end up getting sick and couldn't went out for that event.

Was buying a vest and the hood was missing its fur trim and I approached the service desk and enquired. The lady at the next counter was so quick to respond that what's out there is what there is and if I didn't want it, they would just send it back to head office. They didn't even offer to check to see if there was any. Next customer next door she was smiling and chatting away and I felt discriminated against. Could have been handled better!

We ordered clothes for our baby from Zara.com for the first time. One pajama had a hole and we noticed it only after it was washed (of course, you don't give your babies unwashed clothes to wear)
We sent the pajama back but Zara.com customer service said they cannot accept it as it looks worn (of course it does as it was washed!) And the item will be returned to me and I need to send images of the item and then call their customer service and explain them what happened and then they will take a decision if they can take the item back. Can you believe it. So much for customer service and so much trust in their customers. Not once they were apologetic or sorry for the poor quality item that they sent and the trouble we faced.
Amazing. In this day and age, this is not something one would ever expect.

They told me delivery within 5 working days. By that time I recieved nothing. After that date I told them I wanted the delivery redirected, which they said that they would do (by email). It then arrived at the initial address, still a day later than usual. After this time I called them up and they could do nothing but say that the 'system' had been changed, so I have to pick up the pieces of getting the parcel to my new location because they screwed up. Really poor customer service.

I ordered online and didn't receive the package. I submitted a claim and Zara denied it because they determined it had been delivered. It doesn't actually matter that I didn't receive it, I still won't get a refund or replacement of goods. They don't care for or protect their customers.

Don't buy anything from Zara their policy sucks. They don't care about their customers. Even the manager of the store can't help you I don't know why they even have manager in their stores. Zara is a big company and they should keep their customer happy. So embarrassing... their customer service sucks and their employees are so rude.

I went to the Zara store in my hometown and bought 9 items, i did not try them on since i know my size and was in a rush. When i got home i realized that one of the shirts has a hole in the seem, so naturally i decided to exchange it for the same item. When i got to the store they have told me that the inside tags were missing and therefore they are not able to exchange the item and that is most likely what has caused the rip, however the item was already sold to me with the hole in it. After going back and forth with the manager and getting denied to exchange the damaged good that was sold to me BY THEM i decided to call the customer service where they did not care at all and said that since the manager assessed the item the decision will stay as is. I returned and purchased items at Zara Metrotown, and it was unbelievable how incredibly rude the cashier was. She was banging things around from hangers to the debit machine, and never uttered a single word except to 'bark' instructions to me about needing my debit card for the return. When I came back to purchase an item, she proceeded to tell me I was the one being rude and the difference between me and her is that she didn't mean to be rude. So, ignorant is an acceptable excuse for treating people, not to mention customers, poorly?
The rating scale should have the option of being negative on the scale. I would have rated Zara's customer service, based on my experience today, -5 if the scale was to 5 for excellent. What an unfortunate experience to have on such a beautiful day. I hope that cashier finds another calling because she should not be representing any company providing 'customer service'.

Zara refuses to deal with gift exchanges without a gift receipt. If a gift is purchased in the wrong size, they refuse to exchange the item for the correct size. I am highly disappointed in this store. I will never shop at Zara's!

Manager at Bayshore Ottawa, Michelle Pine (don't know if it is correct spelling) refused to give me her name so I could file a complaint because she said she was on lunch. Assistant supervisor also would not give me her name. After another irrate customer gave me Michelle's name and when I let her know I had it and she became infuriated demanding to know who had given it to me. She started screaming at me that I had no right to know what her name was and then continued to scream for someone to get security. Unbeleivable! Not only that but she also had a physical confrontation, grabbing at and pushing another irrate customer. There was one cashier with about 30 people in line while 2 supervisors were acting like morons adding nothing but confusion to the situation. I must add that I am a 65 year old woman, not some hot headed teenager.
