Positive experience no complaints so far. Maybe include a cheap tool for at home adjustments :)
Zenni is the BEST place to purchase eye wear of any kind. Alway the best quality for the cheapest price.
I have been afraid to order online due to bifocals and having a big head. These fit perfect, no adjustments needed. I will be ordering all my glasses online going forward... so happy with the entire process!
I just ordered a replacement of my favorite frames because my prescription didn't change. I just popped out the dummy lenses and popped in my prescription. Easy peezy!
Thank you
We love our Zenni glasses for my 4 and 7 year old. They look great and hold up surprisingly well! AND we're saving tons of money. We especially love that!
I bought them for near vision, and they literally dont work for things over 12 inches away.
I had originally thought they were scratched and called customer service but I was wrong they weren't. Great glasses
These glasses are perfect for the price! They are super comfortable and look great! Im no longer worried about losing or breaking my glasses!
Shipping was quick and easy! There are a lot of options to pick from as well
Bought glasses for my toddler- great glasses and great service
Super happy with customer service response to fix and replace list items quickly.
Easy, inexpensive, great glasses. Love Zenni! Have ordered 3 pairs.
Everything arrived promptly. Great customer service and great quality of product. Very happy overall!
Love both pair of glasses I received just wish the arms on my sunglasses were not blue when the frames are brown and black
Have now had two different delivery dates promised and now delivery date is known. Zenni says it's because so many people are driving their cars... what a bunch of malarkey. Poor service. I have had packages arrive from different locations with no problem. Some arrived earlier than estimated. Don't buy from Zenni.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the delivery time of your order for standard progressive eyeglasses with our Blokz° blue-light-blocking feature. We were sorry to read that you are disappointed in the delivery time of your eyeglasses, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. The U.S. Postal Service advises that this eyeglasses order was delivered to you on February 12,2022, well within the 14-21-day delivery-time promise for Standard shipping to U.S. residences. We hope that you are satisfied with the eyeglasses. Moreover, we want to advise that our 30-day warranty period starts the day the glasses are delivered. Therefore, if you have any issue with the eyeglasses, we invite you to contact us during this 30-day warranty period, at Zenni Customer Service, 1-800-211-2105, or by having an online Chat with us by clicking the button labeled Support, at the lower right-hand corner of every page of the Zenni website, or by emailing us, at service@zennioptical.com, and if you choose this communication method, please put your order number, o4484631335, in the subject line of the email. If you are having vision issues with the eyeglasses, insofar as this appears to be your first order with Zenni, please have the prescription you received from the eye doctor handy when you call or Chat, since the customer service representative who answers will ask you to confirm that you entered the prescription correctly. If the pupillary distance (PD) is not on the prescription, please advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement. If you cannot see well with the glasses, and you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we will invite you to return the glasses to us for an inspection. If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we can offer to remake them for you for free. If we find no manufacturing errors, we can return the eyeglasses to you or issue one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the PayPal account you used to pay for the eyeglasses order. If for any reason you dislike the glasses, even if they were made correctly, we can issue one of these two refund options upon the return of the eyeglasses. Of course, we hope that you are happy with the eyeglasses, but if you have any issue with them, please contact us, so that we may address whatever issue you are experiencing, and, we hope, resolve it to your satisfaction.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the most recent pair of sunglasses you ordered from us. We were sorry to read that you dislike these sunglasses, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. This order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered. Therefore, you may return these sunglasses to us for the refund option that is available when an order has been paid for with a combination of store credit and funds from a credit card – a 50 percent refund of the amount of store credit that was used to pay for the order, plus a 100 percent refund of the amount that was paid for using funds from a credit card – minus the $4.95 Standard shipping fee, which we do not refund in a situation such as this. If you would like to pursue this refund option, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you with emailed instructions to return the glasses for this refund. It took my glasses a little while to arrive due to global pandemic situations when I ordered them, but for the cost and the quality of the product I received I'm very satisfied!
Thank you for posting your gratifying Zenni review of the first order for eyeglasses you placed with us. We are happy to know that you are pleased with the single-vison eyeglasses you ordered, particularly regarding their high quality and low cost. Since you mentioned the shipping time of your order, we looked up the order to determine whether the glasses were delivered to you past the 14-21-day delivery-time promise for Standard shipping to U.S. residences. The U.S. Postal Service website advises that the eyeglasses order was delivered to you on November 19,2021, 17 days after you placed the order, on November 2,2021. Therefore, the glasses were delivered to you within the 14-21-day delivery-time promise. However, had the glasses been delivered to you on the 22nd day after you placed the order or later, we would have contacted our lab to ask them to refund the $4.95 Standard shipping fee to the credit card you used to pay for the order, insofar as the shipment would have been late. Nevertheless, we thank you again, Ms. Oliver, for taking the time to share your comments about your eyeglasses order. We want you to know that, at Zenni, we believe that it is a privilege to serve your eyeglasses needs, and we hope to do so for many years to come.
This is my 4th pair of glasses for the family, my second pair of progressive glasses. I waited 4 years due to finances and finally got my prescription from America's Best. (With their deal I got 2 pairs of readers as I didn't want to pay for progressive transitions at their prices. When my Zenni arrived the progressive was the size of a pencil erasure. Slight turn off the head and everything is blurry. Now the worst part, how Zenni handles... Snail mail return + "inspection time" if they actually admit to their horrible job they did and fix it turn around from when I called and got return label is approximately 2 MONTHS! NO LONGER CAN I SAY ZENNI IS WORTH ANYTHING! RUN AWAY TO ANOTHER COMPANY...
So an update... They verbally said I would get a response 1 week from when they received the bad glasses, it has been 2. I chatted with rep who said please give 14 business days (almost 3 weeks) for them to analyze the glasses. Is there a 0 star rating I can give, this is horrible.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the most recent pair of standard progressive eyeglasses you ordered from us, which we were sorry to read you found had a very narrow progressive reading corridor. Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result. We want to confirm that we use a style of progressive eyeglasses called freeform, which provides a progressive reading corridor approximately 12-14 millimeters wide, with no vision correction on either side of this progressive reading corridor. Therefore, we advise our customers to point their nose at what they are viewing on their computer or reading, rather than moving their eyes from side to side. In addition, we want to confirm that we place the top of the progressive reading corridor, where intermediate (computer) vision starts, at 5 mm above the centerline of the lens. We hope that this information is helpful. Moreover, we also want to confirm that we received the eyeglasses for an inspection. We will inspect them soon, and when we have inspected them, we will email you the inspection results. If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the eyeglasses, we can offer to remake them for you for free. If we find no manufacturing errors on the glasses, we can return them to you or offer one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order. We look forward to inspecting these eyeglasses and emailing you the inspection results, and we hope that at that time we will be able to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
Answer: Hi. We are sorry to tell you that we have recently and temporarily discontinued delivery to Spain. We hope to ship there again soon and we encourage you to check our website frequently to see when it is available again.
Answer: I had no problem with returning my initial pair of glasses. I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.
Answer: Hi Reginald, thank you for your question! We do not manufacture only lenses, or lenses for non-Zenni frames. I am sorry about any inconvenience!
Answer: Hi. Yes, store credit is one of the options available when you contact us during the 30-day warranty period. And our Customer Service department will be eager to help you with the return. Please call us at 1-800-211-2105, email us at service@zenni.com, or chat with us live by clicking on the floating Support button that appears near the bottom-right corner of any page on our website and a representative will issue a return authorization number and provide return instructions.
Answer: Hi. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. Doing so will give us an opportunity to address the issue and to offer you a proper resolution. Thank you for posting your question.
Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
Answer: Yes, it costs a little more for bifocal lenses. It does not however cost as much as it does in a typical eyeglass office/store.
Answer: None. There is no guarantee on anything (lenses or frames) beyond 30 days.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the near-range workspace progressive eyeglasses you ordered, with which we were sorry to read you cannot see objects past one foot away. Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. We want to confirm that the near-range workspace progressive eyeglasses are designed to provide good up-close vision, up to approximately three feet away. You posted this review one day after the end of this order’s 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, which was January 13,2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service website. Of course, we will be happy to extend this warranty period on your behalf, if you would like to return these eyeglasses to us for an inspection or for a 100 percent refund of what you spent on the glasses in the form of store credit, which is the refund available when an order is purchased with a Gift Card. If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the eyeglasses, we can remake them for you for free. Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you. Please have a copy of the prescription you used to place the order handy, because the customer service representative will ask you to read the prescription to them to confirm that it was entered correctly. If the pupillary distance (PD) is not on the prescription, please be prepared to advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement. If you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we can invite you to return the glasses for an inspection. Since your most recent previous order, o3716452021, placed on March 12,2021, had one pair of single-vision distance sunglasses and one pair of standard progressive eyeglasses with the same prescription and PD, please confirm whether you could see well with those standard progressive eyeglasses. When you do, we will email you the instructions to return the glasses from order o4409028013 for the inspection, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. If our inspection finds that we made the glasses incorrectly, we can remake them for you for free. But if it turns out that something was entered incorrectly on the order, or if we receive and inspect the glasses, and our inspection finds them to be correct, we can return the glasses to you or issue the 100 percent store credit refund. If the wait to speak with a customer service representative is lengthy, you may have an online chat with us by clicking the button labeled Support, at the lower right-hand corner of every Zenni page. You may also email us, at service@zennioptical.com, and if you choose this communication method, please put your order number, o4409028013, in the subject line of the email, and in the body of the email please attach a copy of the prescription. If the PD is not on the prescription, please advise how it was obtained. If the prescription matches what you entered, we will email you the instructions to return the glasses for an inspection and we will also email you the prepaid mailing label. If the prescription does not match what you entered, we will email you to ask if you would like to receive the 100 percent refund in the form of store credit to your Zenni account. We will email you the instructions to return the glasses for this refund, as well as the prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. We very much hope to hear back from you, in the hope that we may resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
