This company seems like providing low-cost eye glasses, but it is really a rip off. If anything goes wrong with glasses, this company doesn't provide any replacement service, only available option is to return with 50% refund or store credit. If the glasses goes wrong again, the store credit will be refund at 50%. For eye glasses service, this policies are unheard of, it is like a scam for consumers to absorb our cost in order to feed them revenue that they don't deserve. In addition, the agents are rude and I got hanged up twice. First time, the agent was mysteriously disappeared when I was asking questions and never came back. Contrary to your statement in your review, the U.S. Postal Service did not lose your glasses. On the usps.com website, the post office states that they attempted delivery on January 3,2022, but they were not able to access your residence because of heavy snow. They said that they will attempt to redeliver the package when they are able to access your residence. We hope that you receive this order for nonprescription eyeglasses soon.
Had my first bad experience with Zenni optical. I was an advocate for them for so long. I reordered glasses for my teenager. Same pair of glasses that her last ones were. The lenses, everything is the same. When we received the glasses you could hear the lenses jingle in the frames. You can hear them click when she bends over, moves her head, walks. I have worn glasses for 37 years and never had this problem before. UGH! They will not replace or fix them! I am not asking for free glasses or a refund, just a pair that is not embarrassing for my teenager to wear.
We have ordered about 8 pair of glasses from them. All with success. It is a shame they will lose my business for not repairing the faulty glasses they sent me. They are great to work with if they do the job right but if they screw up there is completely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Zenni finally made it right.
I mailed the glasses back for inspection but they lost them(sent to wrong department).
They said they could replace them or give a store credit.
In the end I got what I asked for the first time. I did not want a freebie just a replacement. We got a pair of glasses where the lenses fit properly and my daughter didn't feel like a dork/embarrassed clinking every time she walked or moved her head.

Arrived as expected, the Blokz lenses are impressive and they don't have the really light blue reflection you see on other anti blue light lenses which i really love, because you can see your face much better in pictures.

Paid for expedited shipping but it still took so a week…and the glasses didn't even have prescription lenses in them.

Zenni is just fine - if - there is not a problem with the glasses you order. I have ordered from them twice - but I would not do so again. My last order the prescription sunglasses were blurry and I could not see out of them - that was a month ago! I have yet to hear back if they have corrected the problem or if they could even find the problem with their process. I have called 3 times and each time I am told they will get back with me. There refund policy is horrible - 50% to refund purchase or 100% store credit - however - this is worthless to me after waiting a month to even find out what is wrong with the glasses. No I don't think Zenni is worth the discount on prescription glasses. - Don't bother!

Took a month to get back with me about my order status. No updates or communication in between. When a response finally did come it wasn't very helpful. I just lost my money and didn't want to go through the hassle of getting a new pair I can actually see through.

The prices are amazing, quality of the frames is great and they arrive in just a couple weeks. We love zenni and have bought our last 6+ pairs from them. Great for little kids too because they go though many pairs of glasses and going through your eye doctor gets pricey!
I was able to get 3 pairs of progressive glasses for about the one through my optometrist.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
