I ordered a Zolucky product in mid-November 2021. I did not receive any information regarding my Order but Zolucky was very swift to take my money out of my Bank/ 6 weeks later, no product and no information. I sent them a copy of my Bank statement showing they had my money. They replied indication the order was cancelled, and I would receive a full refund.
Now, again several weeks later - - NO money and no product.
For me, Zolucky is a bunch of thieves.
I ordered a super dress here! Beautiful, very cute. Take into account the sizes, I am M (1.84m / 70kg) and the S fits me very well considering that I am thin, but I do recommend always ordering a larger size, at least in dresses.
Items arrived - a supposedly 'loose-fitting" casual tee shirt and nice white Capris pants. Even though I ordered plus -sized clothing, the tee was NOT loose fitting! The sleeves were ridiculously tight and the body of the tee tight as well...a 2X! The capris pants were just right, so I would say my order was 50% successful. The lightweight shoes I ordered previously and received, were just right, too. Honestly, if a clothing company offers plus-sized clothing, it may want to get a correct gauge on the nuances of plus-sized clients' needs.
Found six lovely items for my summer wearing comfort! Can't wait to receive them! Thank you!

I ordered several 2X items (as that's what I end up buying after trying on clothes in local stores) but they were all much to generously large. Reordered in 1X and they fit nicely. Problem is returning items to China is ridiculously expensive. I am giving the larger size items to friends who they fit.
I purchased two tops from Zoluky. When they finally arrived they were not what I expected. The tops were so pretty on the models but what arrived were two tops that a 90 yr. Old woman would wear. No shape to them at all and very cheap look. So, no I am not happy with my order. Beware.
I purchased several items from Zolucky. Every piece of clothing ordered was way to big. They were 3 times the size they should have been and the material was horrible! I had also ordered some jewelry items that were so cheap and didn't look anything like the pictures. I normally do not give reviews, but you should not get swindled like I did. I tried to get them to do a return. They let me know that it would cost me way more than it was worth it to return the items and that I would have to do it on my own dime. I was also told they would prefer just giving me back 15% for the items purchased. They will only give 15% back on part of the clothing items. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Stay away from them.

Customer service is terrible. My wife ordered some blouses and only one was to her liking. One blouse appears to be a defect in which they requested she send some pictures of the blouse (which she did). The other blouse was way too big and she wanted to send that one back as well. They responded that the they will only offer a 15% cash refund ($6) or we would have to pay for the return and any subsequent custom fee. Although the error was their fault. I would highly discourage any one from ordering from this company to keep from them from going throught this frustration.

I was not feeling well when I ordered and received yhis order and so it took some time - probably months until I unpacked it and tried everything on. Zolucky sizing does not match with sizes if other clothes I buy regularly. Everything was too small. By the time I learned that it was too late to return them. Sad outcome for me.
I followed the sizing chart and all looked well until I got the packages and tried on a couple of the blouses I had ordered. I am wearing an American size 3x which is loose. All the blouses I ordered are 3x and really tight. I had to return them all. So lesson is, when buying clothing made in another country, order a couple sizes bigger than you normally wear. These were made in China. Also a couple of the blouse colors were more faded out than in the pictures but most were as shown.
Received my first package of items. 3 of the four items were as shown, but the multicolor half gloves are displayed as knitted, with texture. The item received is sub-par at best, not knitted and overpriced for what was received. Bummer.
I couldn't purchase this item and have it sent as a gift to another address. Too bad- it would be much more convenient. Now I have to pay for shipping twice- once to me and then again to my gift recipient.

The 2 blouses I received were the cheapest, roughest, nastiest fabric and make I have ever seen. The adult XL I ordered wouldn't fit a large child never mind an adult. The fabric is oppressive hot and scratchy. What junk... absolute junk.
I requested the remaining items be canceled. I have no intention of paying for any further items of such horrible low quality.

Zolucky is such a great company to deal, they have very good products and a large variety of items to choose from. And the prices are very reasonable. I have never had a problem so I can't say anything about the customer service, but I am sure it is just as good as the rest of the company.

I was worried, I had purchased 2 items,, because a package arrived damage I got in touch with Zolucky, telling me my second item was in a different package, which arrived a few days later in perfect condition. Both items are as I expected, beautiful! Love them! Thank you Zolucky.
Very easy to find things and order. However, I needed to return a pair of pants. Their enclosed order slip is unreadable so I searched and searched on their site for a return address or how to get a "ticket" and couldn't find anything. I apparently have to keep the pants but will not order from them again.
Return policy is a scam. The sizes are larger then other companies, so if you try and return an item, they offer you a discount to keep it because their return department is in China and you have to pay return shipping. A lot of good a discount is going to do if you can't wear it because it is too big. If you decide to order from them, concider ordering a size smaller than you wear. And always read the fine print.

Your clothes are beautiful but not as soft as stated and probably run larger than normal. I bought a dress and blouse and they are beautiful but run on the bigger size. I usually wear a medium and probably could have gotten a small... however, there are no zippers in the dress so probably wouldn't have been able to get it on.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
