Don't play any games on Zynga because they get your personal information when you sign up, then sell your personal information to other companies. After doing this, if you do not send them money, they will let you play for a while then suspend your account and then cancel it without a good reason. A total ripoff!

Zynga promote a credible and fair system but I have found this not to be the case. When people buy chips the playing field must be fair to all players - Zynga's algorithm for their OMAHA game is wrongly developed and has a plethora of fundamental issues. They give a higher credence to lower ranked players on high stake hands,

Some loser on Zynga support had the nerve to tell me that they may no longer reply to my inquiry bc they had already addressed the topic.Excuse me sir, if the topic was addressed- I would not be asking for support. Definitely demanding my money back!

Zynga poker is the definition of a scam! When you first sign up, you win about 80% of your hands. Then you slowly start to lose all of your "free chips" and they bombard you with offers to buy chips. As soon as you start buying chips, you will lose about 70% of your hands, mostly which happens on the river. They have bots that cheat and there's nothing you can do about it. Stay far away from this app, I would give it -10 stars if I could!

Invested over 100.00 in the first month of playing their game only to log in one day as a new player going through a tutorial again, all my purchases and progress wiped. Now their customer support…after telling them the account is gone they asked me to send them the user ID number in a screen shot….to….an….account….I….can't….access. The. They asked for screen shots of bank records showing purchases. Because the first thing I want to do is show more financial information to a company that just robbed me. I gave them all the info I was able to give off memory regarding what my old account was and the end result was them read king the same questions over and over to info I can't retrieve because of them wiping my account from the face of the earth. Do not give these scammers your money.

Don't buy chips on this game. Once you start you will be guaranteed to loose to these types of hand. Full house and one of their company players will have 4 of a kind, you will get a straight and they will have one card better on the same straight. These are just examples many others things like this will happen. If you buy their chips you are always going to loose.

When you go into choose a table it sends you into the most expensive table and takes a chunk of your money. I didn't choose a 50 million table it just sent me there and took 100 million and on top of that gave you off suit 2 and a 5
This has happened so many times I had 5 billion and it went down to 1.5 billion all in 3 minutes with me trying to get out of the game and it just throwing me in hands

Zynga creates games that require growth by investment to compete; then, after wasting several years and lots of money they will change the game or out right quit operating it and let your time and money go to waste. I will forever avoid anything associated with this company in the future.

I am so done with this gaming company all they care about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$, to fund their fleet of Citation X jets and airships, not to mention their eating out at the most luxurious diners and restaurants at player's expense here, these crooks are even giving Wizard of Oz a terrible name none the less, not to mention the actors and actresses that played in that movie more than likely don't receive a single thin dime to their name, very disgusting if you ask my oppinion.

Worst ever site. Nothing like poker. 90% bad beats on the river. 1 in 3 hands. Straight. flush.or full house. Players individually targeted not to win. Player stats are a lie EG zynga says 20% win rate when it is really 5%. Total rubbish

Chat has gotten out of hand with abuse of women players and death threats. If a person spends enough money on this site they can get away with anything. Stay away, it has officially become a literally dangerous place to be. We all know the games are rigged with bots and team players which we have put up with... but the threats of violence and other abusive language cross many lines. This is the kind of allowed behavior that eventually gets authorities' attention and internet shutdown.

Zynga ignores reports of cheaters as they continue to play and cheat others of their chips. This is so that we are forced to spend money and buy more chips should we wish to play. For those who vent their anger at such cheaters, because Zynga refuses to do anything about them, Zynga blocks our account to keep us quiet. Stop playing games on Zynga as there are many other more reliable platforms. Read the forum and see that I am not the only such player affected by such ridiculous actions! Boycott Zynga now!

Zynga poker is corrupt, filled with hypocrisy, double standards, and Gestapo-like administration. They do as they wish, with not much consideration to the facts, and no reasoning as to when you better prove your point to them. This is a company that does as it wishes without any consideration to the facts. In my opinion, Zynga is fully aware that 90% plus of their players who are playing on the top tables and 50% playing on the smaller tables have all bought their chips from an outside supplier, breaking the Zynga terms and services rules, and yet they do not do anything about it.

One day I had over 2 billion chips. The next day, after only two small stakes games, I had 224,000 chips. This has happened several times, and I have kept careful records to establish this practice on behalf of the game. Also, I noticed that once a player buys a large number of chips, the games become stacked against them, and they quickly suffer unusual losses. I intend ask Florida's attorney general to investigate. In the meantime, I have deleted this app.

I want to take a moment to recognize the Zinga Team. I have loved all your games. They have helped me cope with Pain Management without narcotics. The games are engaging and fun. I can't pay for a lot of extras but they provide a lot of opportunities to watch ads and move forward in the game. At a time where I have no income, I truly appreciate that. My heart filled thanks goes out to the entire Zynga team.
