Zynga allows players to cheat. I have notified them numerous times about a Boggle With Friends player who has gotten EXACTLY the same score for 23 days in a row. They have allowed this player to continue cheating while telling me the problem is in my app, that the player is just scoring his "average", that I should update my app, among numerous other excuses.

This is not how legitimate companies deal with honest customers. I now suspect that zynga is a somewhat sketchy company and I don't want their app on my phone.

I often see hands like 7/4,3/7 random off suit hands win big pots by players who obviously have no clue. What's THAT all about? . The wins are bizarre. And not towards the decent player.

Straight up fraud, they want ur money I just lost 470 billon chips and bought 60 bucks worth and lost all those too, $#*! the owners of Zynga! Die slow $#*!

I have tried to leave reviews and feedback through ginrummy plus but to no avail.
In a time when low self esteem is so high this company has been shameful.
The ads and the constant requests to purchase when times are tough for most is even more so.
Why can't we just play fair games with fair real people.
I fear those days are gone

I have tried to buy zynga poker chips 3 times in the past. I am saying tried because it was never successful. Zynga holded me 36 hours at every time for payment verification and told me they are unable to accept order after 36 hours. They refund money after 20 days. This is really bad. I have other friends who cannot buy anything from zynga by credit or debit card. Their prices are also high. I am using other chip sellers better than zynga and faster. They also ban accounts without any reason.

They MAKE you play at levels that you can't possibly win without buying more tokens. You can't play JUST to enjoy the game, which is sad because I used to LOVE this game. I can't afford to keep buying tokens to play. I deleted it after reaching level 44 and being told that I HAVE to buy tokens in order to play. Zynga is a total ripoff!

I emailed Zynga told them I was knocking people out of billion dollar tournaments and they would get 5 more chips Zynga says we are aware trying to stop it, bever reimbursed any of my chips and kept emailing them it didn't do any good and I bought my chips with real money b. S. ripped offs
