Package was received with all of the kits' noted parts. I would have given this rating a 5, but noted the packing slip had part information only and the parts packaging had part numbers. The correlating part numbers on the packing slip would be beneficial for assembly as well as, accounting for all parts.

I have had a good experiance with this company. I was able to find a local dealer who was able to get me approved. My credit wasnt the best, and I had spent alot of time getting turned down at most the car lot around my house. My friend actually showed me this site and helped me fill out the application. I was called by a sales person from the ford store, and he explained what they could do in my case and how they could help get me a car. They sent the mats, wrong color, wrong side {we specified left hand driver, as per our normal, they sent right hand drive. We contacted via email as they do not provide any phone numbers, and was told they would refund us. Been about 3 weeks, promises but no $. Just some weak excuses, mixed with lies. Oh and they said because of our trouble, we could keep the existing wrong color/wrong side mats. Please do not deal with this co.

I've ordered from this company twice now and have had nothing but good experiences both times. Prior to purchase I emailed them a question to make sure the parts I needed were correct and they answered quickly. They shipped the next day with tracking number. I don't know why there are negative comments but as the purchaser you should do your homework before purchasing to make sure you're ordering the right parts. I like buying online for parts due to low prices but when you are buying cycle parts it is better to talk to someone just to make sure you have the exact part you need. I like shopping at competition accessories as their sales reps really know their way around cycles.

Being me, I ordered the part I needed then read the reviews. After that I had trepidation. What I experienced was great. My part arrived just as promised at the beginning of their delivery time slot ( May 28 to April!). Next day I tried to install & I ordered the wrong part. I called and they could not have been better. I chose to purchase new part and return the incorrect part. I did that yesterday around 4:00 pm. By 5 pm UPS notified me the package was shipped. I will use these guys again.

They also check your car and are very honest about their assessment. My husband has done my brake job and when they looked at it they asked who did the brakes because the job was done perfectly. Right next door you can get an oil change for $90, but at Midas a synthetic cost $39 with a coupon.

Ordered parts on Tuesday due in next Wednesday. They came in on Thursday about 51 hours after the order was placed. Box was beat up a bit but 2 day service for free was fine. I ordered a suspension combo - 2 ball joints, 2 control arms, 2 front sway bars and 2 back sway bars. Seems to me the vast majority of the complaints are about shipping, 2 day service in particular. Today its April 2019 so maybe they have the shipping issues fixed by now. My parts are quality parts and my 5-7 day order made it to Columbus Ga in 2 days. Saved lots of money, $36 less than next price. $114 vs $150. Which was still considerably lower than most. I will try them again, like right now. Need more parts... ugh! This 55 yr old female does most of the work on my own car, can't align it without a machine but I put those parts on. Oh, and there's a pic of the answer to most of life's problems... a bigger hammer!
