Let me preface by saying I have been a customer of Al Serra for roughly 10 years. In that time I have used the service department (which has served me well) and the parts department which, until today, I have been satisfied with. Over the course of years I have purchased a motor, 2 transmissions and a differential as well as miscellaneous low dollar parts from them but based on my experience today that relationship is severed. I can safely say that I have spent several thousand dollars with them but today for a transaction that might have been $20 I am done. I tried calling on my mobile in route to the dealership the parts department and was transferred 3 times by Kelly and was cut off 3 times. After driving 20 miles to the dealership I was informed they didn't have my parts. A surly employee in the parts department told me he had taken 50 calls that morning and didn't know why I couldn't get through. Based on that attitude I will be taking my business elsewhere to someplace that values my business and appreciates that while today I may be spending $20, tomorrow it may be $2000. I will encourage anyone I know and anyone who reads this to go elsewhere where your business is valued and appreciated. You have the opportunity and the obligation to patronize businesses that value your patronage.
You pay £15 a year to join, there is only 1 person that can deal with support issues and the site recently got hacked giving all members password details away, all passwords were reset and the forum locked out to new users, so anyone who lost there password or used an old email address are basically not allowed back in! Yes even after you have payed and provided proof of that to him you just get ignored by netsmith the owner, i wont be renewing this year :(
I love Clipper ships because of their majestic ethereal beauty. So, when I found Model Expo, I thought I had struck "paydirt." Even the ad said, "if you have problems call. We're here to help. If you break a piece, we'll send you another." However, every call was condescending and a pitch to buy more. I purchased two sets of instructions because I was told they were extra and the booklet was all I would need. I have built solid hull ships before and the plank on frame seemed like the next logical progression. This is where I began to face problems. Next, I had to buy more accruements to make sure the frame was straight. Then the planks did not lay flat because they were too thick. Now instead of a piece of art, I have a box of overpriced sticks. There is an old joke about a boat. A boat is something you buy only to continually pour more and more money into it with no reward. I especially did not appreciate that I was sold two sets of instructions, one came in the box and the other in a huge 5' by 4" tube. Besides being disappointed with myself for failing something new, I was more dismayed that I had invested so much time and money with nothing to show for it. Like the old Twilight Zone "To Serve Man" where the lady says "It's a cookbook."
Situated at 8210 CREUSOT in Montreal. Beware - They change their price often and not by a little, they personally insult you in the process, so not a good company to deal with. Went elsewhere - not far much better service
They always send coupons to my house so I decided to use one for emission and inspection. They failed my inspection and wanted to charge me 1000s to get new tires and something with my axel and all these other issues that won't pass. My car was on the newer side plus I get regular check ups on m car along with oil changes. I left to get a 2nd opinion bc it didn't sound right. They still charged me separate for passing the emission which happens to be more then the coupon itself. When I got a 2nd opinion there was nothing wrong although he recommended I get new 2 tires but the wasn't bad enough to fail. They will rip u off! Never ever going there again. Just bc I'm a female they want to take advantage. Stay away from these crooks!
On 14 Mar 22, I ordered two front seat covers from Lseat for my 2003 BMW M3. Similarly to many reviews, the front seat covers were made too short despite having confirmed my car's correct year, make, model, and pictures of the seats. When I received the incorrect front seat covers (approximately one month later), I had to take a day off work to go a local upholstery shop who clearly showed me how terribly short the new front seat covers were (in all areas). At this point, I begged Lseat to reach out to the upholstery shop (via an multiple emails and a picture of the upholstery shop's business card along with their with contact information) and so they could handle this situation regarding the correct measurements without me (the customer) being involved. Lseat NEVER contacted the upholstery shop to rectify this issue in which they created. Ultimately, I had to go back to the upholstery shop (Day 2-that I had to take off work), took the correct measurements (not my responsibility), and took 20+ pictures regarding Lseat's poor quality and craftsmanship in hopes to get my seats done and car back. I sent this information to Lseat who apparently didn't display a sense of urgency and customer commitment. To add to Lseat's bottomless level of unprofessionalism, they told me to ship their incorrectly made covers and pay for the return shipping fees ($29.00) before they would ship my corrected front seat covers. I refused to pay for any additional shipping fees because I already paid for them on my original order (when Lseat should have done their job right the first time). Again, I had wait about over a month (21 April 22) and I sent ALOT of emails to Lseat before I received the corrected front seat covers. On 25 April 22, I ordered my two rear seats covers from Lseat (I really didn't want deal with Lseat anymore; however, I didn't want the front seat covers not to match the rear seat covers should I have purchased the front seat covers from a different company-[perhaps I should have]). Just like the front seat covers, the rear seat cover was made incorrectly too despite confirming my car's year, make, model, and sending pictures of my original seats. Again, I had to take off work again (3rd day) to go to the upholstery shop and took measurements (This is NOT the customer's responsibility), took 20+ pictures of the incorrectly made seat covers, and emailed this information to Lseat. Additionally, I asked them to contact the upholstery shop (they NEVER did) and expedite the new covers to upholstery shop because I was without my car. Several months past and during this time, I found several other dissatisfied Lseat customers on various forums. In fact, one dissatisfied customer conducted some great research and found the Lseat's business tax records which listed the registered owner as: Mr. Ping Yang along with his current address. As a result, I sent one last email to Lseat/Mr. Ping Yang which advised of legal action. At that time, I also notified the Texas Attorney General and BBB regarding Lseat's deceptive business practices. Ironically, I received the corrected rear seat covers about one month later. This whole ordeal began in April and finally ended in October 2022. This nightmare lasted about six months to finally end and to receive the correct products that should have been right from the start/at the time of payment. This was an absolute miserable and unnecessary experience with Lseat. Their products and customer service is the worse than I have ever experienced. Therefore, I would recommend two things: 1.) If you read any reviews that rates Lseat two stars and above, please be highly skeptical of their validity and as to whom the real author is. 2.) Run not walk... RUN away very very fast! Don't waste your time and money because your time and money can be spent with much better companies. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone who cares about the car and perhaps you should not either.
Bull$#*! freaking one month late shipment f off frsport
I ordered a VW engine from this company through a parts site. Their price was fairly good so I went with it. Let me tell you all of the red flags and what went wrong. - The reviews the company has are bs and probably done by the owner himself. The company is so shocking that's why there's no Google reviews or any place you can review it. - it's not a professional company and just ran by a bloke in his house. Sometimes that's ok but for this guy, you will receive the worst customer service EVER! - Any promises the owner makes, he won't fulfill them and if you chase him down he will tell you not to call him and hang up on you Ok so what happened? I bought the engine. It arrived late so I had to reschedule my mechanic's time slot to place it in my car. Secondly, the engine ended up being faulty. When I asked to return it, he he said he would come to pick it up himself. Then suddenly changed his mind about it and tells me to pay the £50 to send it. Delayed giving me information about the delivery address and delivery time to run down the warranty period. Once I sent it, he refused to pay for the labour costs and only offered to pay for the engine refund. Even after that, I had to chase him down for a long time to get my refund and they were being dodgy about it. If you still want to order from them after this, USE PAYPAL and good luck. Honestly I've never been left fuming by this guy more than anyone. Even when the mechanic spoke to him he couldn't believe his behaviour.
It was easy to sign up but the website has bugs. I sent a message for technical support but I got no answer. I think the site is dead.
I bought an item from this store and they refused to return it even though it was defective.
Misleading product description that were no longer relevant. Most valuable features had been removed/pay walled (without changing the retail price of the product) and was not indicated. Refused to accept a return. 12 months later product stops working all together and warranty has expired. Only help was the suggestion that I purchase a second unit. Tried reviewing the products on the website but anything with less than 4 stars is not published.

I went to Purrfect Auto to get my bolt screw that was missing. They said they want to correct the issue from what USA Auto did to me and make it right. Eric said they will REPLACE the one side transmission mount and will give me 1-year WARRANTY for REPLACEMENT but only REPAIRED it by inserting a missing bolt screw. I got a dinged front top hood when it wasn't there before & shoe marks on the back seat.
Dont buy a car with landmark they are trying to cheat us out of a $2500. Rebate dave seadler and jason booe are liars
This is the same firm as e2watches.co.uk AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE read my review of e2watches buyer beware you have been warned
Gregory Dagostino should be in prison for ripping off customers $50-200 at a time. There are so many used car options in Milford, CT that there is no reason to go here. He is the classic stereotype of a used car salesman.
They dictate shipping option, ignore customer's request, chose different option without customer's authorization, shipping cost not discussed before shipping. I requested USPS shipping because UPS shipping isn't option for me but they shipped it with UPS regardless, saying "safer". Now I cannot get package w/o changing shipping address with UPS and days of delivery delay. Unless out of option, I don't recommend to use this selfish store.
I ordered from this site, they took my money immediately. Then they replied to no emails at all, and there were loads, the products never arrived. The phone just kept ringing and ringing and eventually a message said "there is no-one to take your call and the mailbox is full". I complained to Google and they requested for the company to respond which they didn; t. Google have refunded my money and stopped the company from trading through their checkout. BE WARNED and do not order from these phonies.
I ordered an ECU for my Mitsubishi Pickup with overnight shipping and didnt get the part for 2 weeks!
Hello to everyone. Please don't Join this site.! This site looks real nice.So I aplyed. Not even 2 days later he called me and said I have the right car to be sponsored. Then he gave a Great speach about being sponsored. The guy is a Great speach artist at pulling you in to pay the 197$ fee needed to join and get the process started, then he says he will need to call you everyday, But when you try to call him he says hes in meetings or that hes still working on it and does Not return phone calls. Please do not join this site or Pay money to them. Its been over 2 weeks and still no phone call to say anything about progress with sponsors.Do youre homework and steer clear of this site. Good luck.
They will ruin your car After they fixed my $50000 car they were too cheap to cover the car while spraying the bumper, leaving the whole thing covered with overspray, and tried to get out of buffing it.
My letter say it all: Dear Eis Implement and John Deere Corporate At the end of 2008 we purchased a John Deer Model E725 snow blower. The second time it was used, the auger collapsed, and I brought it in for repair. I was told that the auger was under warranty, but I would have to pay for the belt. That seemed fair enough at the time, so I paid. During the 2009/2010 season, ( this year) the auger again collapsed. I paid over $200 for repairs. When I questioned why the auger on a John Deere product would continually collapse, rendering the product useless, I was told "these things sometimes happen". I was not happy, but I paid. The SAME DAY I picked it up I used it, and again the auger collapsed. I turned around and brought it back to Eis Impliment, where it has been sitting for over SEVEN WEEKS waiting for a part that is supposedly on back order. During three snow storms I have had to pay someone to do snow removal, despite the fact I have a virtually brand new John Deere snow blower. On Monday this week Scott from Eis called to tell me that the part was still on back order, and the equipment would again be unavailable for my use. When I asked why couldn't he take the part from the identical snowblower sitting in your showroom, fix my equipment, and use the back ordered part to replace those taken from the one on the show room floor, I was told "we can't do that". To make matters worse, it turns out the reason the auger keeps collapsing is that there were no skid shoes put on the unit at time of purchase. This caused the auger to pound itself into the sidewalk, wear a huge groove in the shroud and ruin the cutting blade. This has been verbally admitted by TWO separate persons at Eis (one an owner no less); but when I suggested I should then be refunded the repair costs I have shelled out, I was told that Eis would not have made that mistake, and I must have removed the skid shoes. When I pointed out it was utterly unreasonable to believe that I would get the unit, bring it home, then take off the skid shoes, etc, both Scott and Jim Eis admitted that was extremely unlikely, and not to worry, they would "take care of me". It would seem that "taking care of me" means 1: Not properly assembling the equipment in the first place 2: charging me for belt, labor, etc DESPITE these parts being ruined by the improper assembly 3: Not noticing the lack of skid shoes until the THIRD time the unit has failed, and then CHARGING ME FOR THE SKID SHOES AND LABOR to install them 4: Having my unit for over SEVEN WEEKS AND COUNTING 5: Informing me I will have to pay for a cutting blade on the unit, since that and the shroud were ruined by the lack of skid shoes. ( the shroud being deemed cosmetic, and not in need of repair. I have reached saturation point with this situation. It was my belief that John Deere products are worth the cost, because they are, I thought, high quality, American made, and have knowledgeable, skilled people standing behind them. NONE of these have proven to be true. At this point, I fully intend to sell the unit, ( if I ever actually get it back), and NEVER again will I purchase a John Deere product, nor will I patronize Eis Implement. Not only have I paid $1200 for a machine I have not been able to make use of, I have also shelled out over a third of that price in repairs, ALL OF WHICH WERE THE DIRECT RESULT OF THE UNIT BEING IMPROPERLY ASSEMBLED IN THE FIRST PLACE, not to mention having to pay someone to do what I bought the unit to do in the first place! I cannot express the degree of frustration, disappointment and, at this point, disgust and anger I feel towards John Deere and Eis Implement. I am sending a copy of this email to John Deere Corporate, as well as posting it on Facebook, as well as as many consumer protection and review sites on the Web as I can locate so that others can learn from my experiences. Sincerely,
They are not less than glass emporium and they are using the glass emporiums good name to try to mislead in to calling them they will lie to you. Plus they use the cheapest glass in town. You are better off getting a used piece of glass from the junk yard and calling my 5 year old to put it in for you then to go there and get ripped off and your car scrached mouldings bent and then be told it was like that when you go there.
My husband and I visited Paradise RV (8012 Sparrow Crescent Leduc, AB) yesterday (August 1,2014), looking for a toy hauler trailer. I would not ever buy so much as camping chair from Ed, our salesman! First of all, we inconvenienced him by interrupting his pizza lunch! He only had 2 toy haulers to show us, so we took a quick look. Then he started to pressure us to buy right then and there! In his words, "We here to sell 'em, not show 'em! I don't get paid, if I don't sell 'em!". I'm sorry! If we're going to shell out $50 000, you can be sure we're going to shop around and take some time to decide! Then we went to his office to talk prices. Ed said he wouldn't tell us how much we could get the trailer for until we put down a deposit and gave him our credit card! He also told us he "heard" there weren't many other toy haulers down the road either. This place had the LEAST amount of inventory! One of the worst sales experiences I've EVER had! We went down the road to Coachworks RV who took the time to show us many different trailers and did not insist on us buying that day! That's who we'll purchase our trailer from and refer our friends to!

Calibercollision.com My car is under Calibers lifetime War,ranty. Staff refused to honor the warranty. Waiting now Since April to get the work completed. Had to go to the President of the company. Work was supposed to be completed on July 12th. Work is still not finished. Apparently they have to get the work done and will owe me money for such a long wait to get these repairs completed.
I purchased a 2004 F-150. On my way home the truck was cutting out terribly. I took it back to rayzorauto and they worked on it. Then it died on me twice so I took it back again. They worked on it again. They did not fix the problem so I took it to Ford and spent $1000. The check engine light came back on so I took it back to Ford and they are recommended replacing the motor at a cost of $6500. I reported rayzorauto to the state attorney general's office and they did nothing. DO NOT BUY from rayzorauto!
Premier Auto Credit is very discourteous, and a unprofessional Company. Agents; not customer service hung up the phone in my face, reprossessed my car after setting payment arrangements, dishonest, no work ethics. I talked to PAC agents on a Thurs. Afternoon and my car was repoed Fri. Early morning (12am), they didn't inform me, or allow me to get my belongings out. That same Fri. Afternoon (2pm) my car payment of $1000 was paid, & didn't get my car until the next Thurs. Day afternoon, with all of my valuables out of the car. $200- to get my belongings, $150 for a duplicate key w/o my permission to make, & responsible for paying it back, and $500- in repo fees. WTH! Repo Agents are just as unprofessional, made threats, disrespectful $#*! company. Reported to BBB.
Bamachips is a scam. The owner Doug Studdard never ansawers phone calls and emails and takes your money without sending you what you orders. SO, basically its a big scam and no matter what you here on a mustang forum I strongly urge you not to fall into his scam and make a purchase from his website and loose your money for good.
On the afternoon of March 18 2015, My son picked up a car he purchased from Yes Auto Sales, Holland, Michigan, on March 19,2015 while driving down the road the tire/wheel fell off causing the car to crash on the side of the road! Upon inspection of the other lugnuts, NONE of them were tightened down. The dealership stated that new breaks and rooters were installed on the vehicle prior to my purchase of it. There was body damage to the vehicle, and it is not known what other damage may have been done due to the crash! Yes Auto Sales is refusing to fix the car they want us to file a claim with our insurance company for a crash caused by their neglect! We have refused, and now the dealership will not give us any information and hang up on us when we call. We feel this is an unsafe company, no apology was given for the irresponsible work, even though this accident could have cause the death of myself, and my small babies! The car is no longer worth with the price I paid the day before, as now the car has been in an accident and the resale value has decreased due to their negligence! This company has had NO empathy, or compassion for what has happened, they have been rude, unconcerned, and state, that they have had two mechanics that state a car wheel/tire cannot fall off going down the road. YET IT DID! We no longer want this car as we do not trust that this dealership will deliver the car back in SAFE condition and in good repair! They almost killed my family once! Not going to give them another shot! We want the contract cancelled and will buy a new car from a reputable dealer who is trustworthy and honest!
