This book is the cutest and it arrived before Christmas. However I noticed we were the only faces of color in the book. There is a page in particular that has a crowd of people and there is NOT a single black or brown face. While DirectBuy may not have the lowest prices on everything, the few things that I have found have been great. Last year I bought two ceiling fans for our spare rooms (formerly kids rooms), and they were 10-15% below what I could find out there. Will definitely be going back for other home stuff.

I contacted this sports gear company as it states on their website that they price match. Once I sent them proof of a competitors price they said they wouldn't match it. Wouldn't give a reason, just said they couldn't. I told them they need to take that off their website and not to advertise that they do. What a fraud!

I'm sick and tired of dealing with these greed mongers. My account was on autopay with paperless billing, so I don't always notice when they literally double the price.
