I placed an order with this company. After many days, had to chase for status of my order, Said they would send right away. Days later, chased again, said they had fulfillment issues. I asked for a refund. Instead of refunding me they partially shipped my order, charged me full shipping, for an item that was an add on to my order. They claim to be based in the US. They aren't. The products are like cheap knockoffs of what you see online. They claim you can return a product for a full refund. Rather than giving an automatic notice for a renewal, it is only automatic for them to remove your subscription cost $99. They refuse to give any refunds when you see they have removed your money.
