I have used ScanCafe and been satisfied with the results. In my most recent order, I requested digital of a VHS tape, put onto to a memory stick (cost $19). They advised they could not read the VHS. They shipped me two memory sticks, both with the same photos. I requested a refund of $19, which was refused. I will not use ScanCafe in the future and cannot recommend their customer service.
