Processing takes literal months and it's like pulling teeth to get customer service to respond with any kind of update. When you order it does tell you that it will take 40-65 business days to ship, but my order took almost 80 with no reason given by the company. Don't pay with your card, you will never get your refund. I placed order 2 weeks ago, they canceled for some unknown reason, still no refund. Then they told me to place new order, I listened to them and did it last week. For whole week they tell me different stories and today again tell me the canceled.
