After Delia's Boutique sent me defective merchandise (pair of pants with a hole in the fabric), I've contacted them multiple times and they have NOT responded about a return/refund. Their written policy says I can return the merchandise, but they have refused to provide details on how to do it. They are a bad business, and fraudulent - I'll not do business with them again.

I must say that their service is awesome. I had a very good experience and I cherished every bit of it. The client service was second to none and I recommend these guys for any business!
