The first time I wore my pair of Timberland hiking boots the soles came off on both boots. I sent both boots back to Timberland and spoke with customer service multiple times. Avoid this seller. They lack integrity — I had to file multiple claims with Amazon against them. They still would only partly refund a portion of the cost of an unused product I shipped back and sending it back was extremely difficult. I had to raise multiple claims.
