I'm writing this review as a warning to others after experiencing unacceptable customer service and shipping issues with Country Outfitter.
*Order Issues*
I ordered boots, but during checkout, the website automatically changed my shipping address to an old billing address linked to Apple Pay.
*Immediate Action*
Within one minute of receiving my confirmation email, I contacted Country Outfitter to correct the address. However, despite prompt action, my concerns were ignored.
*Unhelpful Customer Service*
Multiple calls, including one at opening time this morning, were met with uncooperative representatives claiming they couldn't assist.
*Additional Costs*
I tried to upgrade to UPS Premium for $20 and pay an additional $27 to reroute. However, even after paying, UPS stated that only the sender can request changes, making the upgrade impossible.
*Unresolved Problem*
Someone in another state is now set to receive my boots, leaving me out of pocket and potentially losing my entire purchase.
*Last Straw*
This experience has left a sour taste, and I will not shop here again. I urge others to beware of Country Outfitter's inconsistent customer service and flawed shipping processes.
