If you, someone within your company, a former director, or former owner of your company signed a contract with Yellow Pages since the 1900's, you are still be charged. Yellow Pages auto renews their contracts in the hopes their clients don't notice. They don't communicate, they don't ask you to renew, they don't provide any marketing, this company is hanging on by the skin of their teeth and they don't mind taking advantage of anyone who once associated themselves with this dinosaur.
