Even though I texted YES in response, a transaction attempt caused TOTAL blockage of my accounts & I had to wait until next day to get it resolved

Tip for consumers:
Their text to confirm a transaction told me to text back YES if the transaction was legit, and I did so, but when I tried again my entire card was blocked in a way that only their fraud dept could unblock, and fraud isn't staffed on weekends. Later they said you have to wait 5 mins after texting back YES before transacting again, but there was no communication about this in the texting system. That could have prevented the whole problem.

I ordered digital sheet music. However, after paying I came to find that the only way I can access the digital sheet music is through a third-party app that doesn't let me print or own a PDF. There was no information when ordering or prior to paying indicating I would only be able to view the music on an electronic device.

This website requires you to type everything into their computer system to place an order. You need to have an account and log in to conduct all actions including approving proofs. Since my organization requires a P. O. process, I had to do everything twice and be worried that their order would be based on my data entry and not the P. O. that has organizational checks and protocols in place to ensure accuracy. So I won't be ordering from them again.

I filled out a form to receive a sample with a certain address. They linked it to my "account" with a different address I had for in the past (my work address, but now I'm working from home). They sent the sample to that work address. They would not treat me as an anonymous individual after that but wanted to change the address in my account to a home address. This would be bad, because I don't want boxes of promo items sent to my home address, just a sample. Somehow they couldn't handle just treating me as an anonymous requestor of a sample.

I ordered a duvet with two pillows total, and I got only one pillow. The item heading on the website said "duvet and pillow." I asked via chat whether it came with one or two pillows, and they replied that it came with one pillow. So I ordered one extra pillow because I wanted two altogether. When it arrived there was just one duvet and one pillow. I called and they said that the duvet did not come with a pillow. They basically wouldn't believe me that the chat said we'd be getting a pillow with it for that price, and they wouldn't send another pillow.
