I was involved in an accident on 10/3/2023 the guy who hit me ran a red light unfortunately in my state the police only do a report if someone was hurt at the time I didn't feel anything until the next day. Morgan & Morgan took my case on 10/12/2023 case was going well at first once I heard my case was going ligation because the guy had 100K policy that's when the problems started. My case manager was off the case and kept giving me new people. The communication stopped for over a month I called several times emailed them and nothing until today 1/4/2024 I called in the morning trying to figure out what the hell is going on with this case. I got off the phone emailed the legal assistant and about an hr later out a phone call says they won't be taking my case. A big waste of time. No im trying to figure out what I need to do I been paying rental car fee's since Nov 2. I will never recommend anyone to go to this terrible company. They never even gave me an explanation on why they didn't want to take the case.
