I booked a hotel for my wife, and her best friend, down in Florida through Travelero. I noticed when I got the confirmation email that I had booked the wrong day. The package was a "No Refund" deal. However when I explained what happened, the customer service department at Travelero was very curtious and assisted me in solving my mistake. It took a few hours for them to contact the hotel and soforth, but with patience and courtesy they fixed the mistake for me.
