I have been trying to cancel since the middle of December (it's now Feb 12) because my business is closing. I am still getting billed, and every time I call to discuss their cancellation, the department is "unavailable, but they will call you back." Despite giving them the number required to reach me each time, they insist on calling my business's front desk, which I am never at. They refuse to cancel over email, and unless this gets resolved immediately, I will be contacting consumer protection and reporting them.

Tip for consumers:
Do not pay these people. They lock you into contracts and then entrap you for a service that doesn't work.
You are better off paying a 12-year-old to help you with your SEO; you will get more real value.
