Thanks for getting in touch- great question! With 99designs, you post a description of your requirements and we get dozens of designers to work on your project. You'll rate the designers based on the actual designs they submit. All-in-all it's a 3 step process:

1.) After 4 days, you'll have 30-100+ unique designs to choose from created by (potentially) dozens of designers.

2.) Narrow down your designers to finalists who will work to refine their concepts for you.

3.) In the end you'll pick your favourite as the winner, and the designer will then provide you with everything you need to own the logo outright. This will include: the high-resolution files, and full copyright ownership so you can use your logo on business cards, brochures and your website - really anything you need to produce for successfully marketing your business.

However, if you find that you don't like any of the design concepts generated, we'll refund 100% of your money, no questions asked. In addition to the contests, we also offer 1-to-1 Projects, where you can work directly with a designer on any design work you may need. Pricing in the 1-to-1 Projects will be up to you and the designer to agree upon.
