Stay as far away as you can from this Company. They just delivered my new Bosch dishwasher, were supposed to install it with "White Glove Service" and haul away my old dishwasher, but instead just delivered the new one and high-tailed it out of here without installing it and removing the old one.

They were somewhat trustworthy a long time ago. Now everything is a scam. They blame covid for their "in stock and ready to ship" fraud.

Run away. This is not a professional company. It took over a month to get a oven from Brooklyn to Ohio.

Whoever is reading this DO NOT BUY FROM those Crooks. They are liars, 700$ later charged me for shipping fees of order I canceled due to no delivering for 4 weeks I wish I read the reviews! That company should be shut down for raud!

I agree with the others that have already tried to steer u clear on this horrible company. No amt of savings is worth the nightmare. If u are reading these reviews and answers to ur question and still decide to order, than u need to seek medical attention. When the others called this company SHADY is actually being kind and subtle. If they get shut down for illegal or solicit dealings, I would NOT be shocked at all. If fact, I hope for the sake of other companies that they shut down for any reason at all. There is no way these guys are not doing something illegal or sketchy. I am trying to returned damaged or tampered with product for $4K and I am waiting and seeing what battles will he ahead of me. If the other buyera are struggling with getting money back for a cheap microwave, I wonder what crap i will get

Dont deal with this company! I just had the worst experience with their return procedure. Long story short, ordered a microwave and when it finally arrived, didnt fit into my existing cut out so I requested a return for a refund, which ended up costing me $90 to ship back to them. FedEx delivered it to their warehouse with a signed proof of delivery by one of their personnel. After several back and forth messages/phone calls telling me theyre processing the return claim and 4 months later, they decided to tell me that sorry but they dont have anyone working for them with the signed signature... wtf! Then told me to make a claim with fedEx for a refund! Sounds pretty fishy right? I then requested the supervisor and gave him my 10 cents worth of curse words and flat out told him that someone at his warehouse stole that microwave and its not my problem that they cant find the microwave and I demanded a refund immediately or else I will seek legal assistance. 2 weeks later and after another 3 phone frustrating phone calls, he finally did an override and issue the refund. Do yourself a favor and just go to your local retailer to buy whatever because trying to save a few bucks like I did was totally a nightmare. And I believe all the negative reviews are true because I myself was a victim of their nonsense! Jason

I am still waiting for a chair that we ordered for my mom in Corpus Christi, TX who had back surgery. It's been 4 weeks, and we paid for express shipping. Still no chair and no updates on when it will be delivered. We are going to cancel the order.

You may have better delivery time than most because of their freight companies, they do have some in texas and not in some other region far from you. I don't recommend buying heavy items off of them due to part lead time as well as their return policy. I certainly wouldn't schedule a kitchen project around their delivery/replacement else you'd be in for a ton of headaches. Maybe a recliner, but definately nothing bigger as far as furniture. I'm banking most 2 line reviews on this site are fake and have stolen profile pics. From an actual person to an actual person, this company is shady as hell. Steer clear.
